Just spent a long weekend in this fabulous place. As clean and well appointed as it is, the rooftop deck is why you should stay here. OMG! Fantastic view of the city. Sleeps 4 comfortably. Close to restaurants, 6th St and the greenbelt. Will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful view off the private rooftop balcony. Conveniently located with easy access to the river, South Lamar, Old West and downtown Austin. Whole Foods market within walking distance. The condo could use some TLC and more linens but suited our needs for a two night stay.

The unit doesn’t have any shared walls, so it is quiet. Within walking distance of many restaurants and bars. The views are great from the rooftop patio. We would definitely stay here again.The dedicated parking spot is a bit tight, but nice to have.

Great location, walking distance to just about everything - coffee spots, breakfast, dinner spots, Whole Foods and retail. Very chill, near to nice restaurants and yet only a block away from the action. Amazing view of downtown from the private deck will blow you away! Looking forward to our next stay here!

Excellent location and loved the rooftop patio. I would highly recommend replacing the decks as they could quickly become a hazard as the wood is clearly rotting.

Extremely convenient spot if you're looking to be in the city. Whole Foods directly across the street for grocery needs. Great rooftop with a top tier skyline view of Austin. Got the job done!

This is a great place to stay-we enjoyed the private rooftop patio. Very comfortable with everything we needed. The parking spot was convenient but small-luckily we rented a compact. There are many levels & stairs to navigate but we enjoyed this as there are several spaces for us to congregate or find a quiet place to read or rest. The neighborhood had several wonderful restaurants & shops within walking distance. We will definitely try to stay here in our next trip to Austin.

Upon arrival we found Out that the washing machine was full of mold, so useless ... My E-Mails still received No reply from Vacasa... Dryer was full, carpets have a Lot of stains... The stairs outside to the Appartement have no railings anymore (really dangerous for our Kids) Location, neighbourhood and View are nice.

This unit is in a great location and had a great view on the rooftop Balcony. However the unit was subpar for the cost. The walls were very dirty the carpet was very dirty. The hot water in the shower last for 5 minutes at a time. Contacted the Vacasa company that owns it and they did nothing. Don’t recommend it.

Clean, unique condo next to all the 6th St action, but off the beaten path The rooftop patio is private with an excellent city backdrop. There's a grocery store in walking distance and plenty of restaurants in the area. Really enjoyed our stay. Thank you for sharing your place with us!

Stayed here 3 nights and the location was great. The condo was beautiful although it couldn’t have been cleaned up a little better. There was trash behind the headboard in the bedroom and no broom or dustpan to clean up. It was a little dusty but overall the house was nice. We enjoyed our stay.

The location was convenient for where we wanted to be and the rooftop balcony was an amazing place to wind down the night with an awesome view. The stairway inside is a bit dark though, there should be some sort of light fixture or light switch downstairs that will turn the lights on upstairs, because it was too dark with no overhead/floor lighting. Cleanliness was the biggest issue with our stay. It did not seem like the cleaning company finished the job before we came in. Dirty beds, toilets, and a musty smell were not a pleasant welcoming. The management company did say they would send another team out, but we had already dealt with most of the issues and just wanted privacy.

My friends and I attend ACL every year, always on the lookout for a quality property within walking distance of Zilker Park. This house was very unique with multiple floors, the master and guest bedrooms on the first two. The living area had a stocked kitchen with floor to ceiling windows showcasing amazing views of downtown Austin. Each floor had a balcony which was unexpected. There were plenty of bathrooms as well which is a must for our group. Overall one of the best properties we’ve stayed in. We’re hoping to book it for the festival next year!

Great location but difficult parking spot, lots of stairs, just a weird feeling inside the unit. Clean but didn’t feel clean and extremely dated and dark unit. Owner was almost too communicative. Constantly texting etc. vibe was so weird that we never stayed there the 2nd night.

My wife and I were looking for a few nights in Austin and couldn't believe this property existed. It is a great location and also out of the way enough to have some privacy and quiet. The view of the night skyline is fabulous and all-in-all we loved it. Some people have commented on the bed as it is low to the ground and certainly that part is a bit different but we found it comfortable. Everything was in great working order and the neighbor next door was very friendly. I highly recommend the property.

The condo is probably 3 decades old and needs to be refurbished. The views of downtown Austin are amazing, especially from the terrace. But note that there are many, many stairs to get up to the condo and to move around within it.

We had a great stay. Mgmt was very good at response times when we needed something. You should be aware that there are lots of stairs at this property, both to access the front door and to get to the living area once inside. Anyone with any limitations should take that into consideration.

This apartment ended up being perfect for our girl’s weekend. The location was great, the property manager was responsive, the place was clean, and overall provided the perfect space for us to relax after a fun day and get ready for an enjoyable night!

Could not have found a better location for the events we were in town for. Beautiful skyline view - the pictures are accurate. Everything was as it said it would be, and instructions were spot on. A little hard to find the parking spot on day one, but re-read the instructions and figured it out in a matter of seconds. Other than Austin being HOT AS HECK, it was a great visit. Highly recommend Clarke's for seafood and oysters, and 24 Diner for breakfast - all walkable from the condo.

Location was wonderful. So much within a walkable distance. The kitchen was well equipped, and the couple of things that felt missing (cheese grater and coffee grinder) were brought over the same day we asked for them. I think this would be a very comfortable place to stay during typical weather. Unfortunately, we stayed during a prolonged freeze. We were unable to keep the downstair warm enough to be comfortable. The drain from the shower froze, causing water to drain through to the ceiling and light fixtures below. Of note, the primary management team was responsive and communicated well. Unfortunately, it was Christmas Eve when we experienced the water leak. We got no response until the primary team was back after Christmas and I had reached out a second time. On the final full day of our stay, it was warm enough to be up on the spacious rooftop patio. The view was stunning, the patio furniture comfortable. Again, can easily recommend during more typical Austin weather. The HVAC challenges, expansive windows, and seeming lack of insulation did not make our specific stay comfortable.

Check-in time was 4:00, the lock didn't work with the code I was sent and the unlock code for the Realtor key was incorrect. By the time the property manager was reached and available it was 9:30. This was disruptive to our plans and very inconvenient. If I got a rebate of some sort then the rest of the stay would justify a better rating.

The place was so cute and worked out great for me and my three friends. The parking situation and getting into the house was difficult but once we figured it out we enjoyed our stay.
The place was so cute and worked out great for me and my three friends. The parking situation and getting into the house was difficult but once we figured it out we enjoyed our stay.

We had a good experience staying at this property. The AC unit went out the last two days of our stay so they credited me a night stay and offered me free future stay. Overall it was a nice place and great customer service.

Great location, near the heart of 6th street, but far enough from the hustle if you want to simply wind down. Roof top patio was perfect for the evenings and morning coffee. Well appointed and worked well for our family of four.

Just spent a long weekend in this fabulous place. As clean and well appointed as it is, the rooftop deck is why you should stay here. OMG! Fantastic view of the city. Sleeps 4 comfortably. Close to restaurants, 6th St and the greenbelt. Will definitely stay here again.

The unit doesn’t have any shared walls, so it is quiet. Within walking distance of many restaurants and bars. The views are great from the rooftop patio. We would definitely stay here again.The dedicated parking spot is a bit tight, but nice to have.

Great location, walking distance to just about everything - coffee spots, breakfast, dinner spots, Whole Foods and retail. Very chill, near to nice restaurants and yet only a block away from the action. Amazing view of downtown from the private deck will blow you away! Looking forward to our next stay here!

My kids and I really enjoyed the place. Perfect area of town, we walked all over downtown instead of the usual driving and finding a place to park which is normally a pricey nightmare. We loved the rooftop view of the city. Not only will we be back to stay, I am recommending others who are visiting Austin to stay as well. My kids can’t wait to come back and stay.

Check-in time was 4:00, the lock didn't work with the code I was sent and the unlock code for the Realtor key was incorrect. By the time the property manager was reached and available it was 9:30. This was disruptive to our plans and very inconvenient. If I got a rebate of some sort then the rest of the stay would justify a better rating.
