Waterfront Northern Neck Virginia Rivah Home med kajakroning

I can't say enough about this home!! I wish I could give them 100 stars. Everything was amazing. The little extra touches they do are so sweet. We have never stayed in such a beautiful home. It was a home, not just a house. It was clean and just perfect for my family of 10. The owners went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. They recommended places to us. I just can't say enough to praise them! We would love to go back again.

This property is absolutely beautiful from the house to the surrounding area. Mary and Larry are terrific hosts and communicate well. We had the pleasure of staying over Christmas with family and fur babies. The house was beautifully decorated which made you feel right at home. The beds were comfortable, and I cannot say enough about the kitchen, it has anything you would ever need to prepare and serve a feast. I loved the scenery and the quiet property. We spent 5 days at the Rivah House with our adult children and enjoyed every minute of our stay. The house was clean and comfortable and had a beautiful view from every room. We spent quite a bit of time on the water kayaking, paddleboarding, fishing and crabbing.Mary and Larry are great communicators and their house was well-stocked with essentials - from cookware and coffee to kayaks and paddles.

We had an absolutely wonderful time here! This place exceeded all expectations. The house is well stocked and super clean. The owners were very nice and helpful. We had a blast fishing and just hanging out enjoying the property. My family and I are already planning another vacation here. I cannot say enough to express how amazing this home is.

There is a lot to do in the area, but just sitting on the porch was heaven.
