My experience at this property was extremely disappointing due to a severe lack of cleanliness and proper maintenance throughout the facility. From the moment I walked in, the public areas set a bad tone: the hallways and elevator were visibly dirty, and the carpets throughout the building were gross and clearly overdue for a deep clean. Inside the room, things were no better. The bathroom was in awful shape, and the walls desperately need attention—they were heavily stained and showed concerning marks that appeared to be mold. To top it off, the breakfast area was a total mess every morning, with sticky, uncleaned tables and poor upkeep. Basic hygiene and upkeep should be a minimum standard for any hotel. I would not recommend staying here until management addresses these serious cleanliness and maintenance issues.

I feel that the hotel could’ve been a lot better. The refrigerator in my room did not work. I went to the front desk to ask them to change the refrigerator out or to send Maintenance. I was told that Maintenance was coming, but Maintenance never arrived. After a while, I went back down to the front desk again and was told that she was the only staff there so basically she could not help me. My food went bad because of this. I feel that the property itself could be better maintained. There were definitely signs of more than regular wear and tear going on in the room. For instance the window curtains were half there and the bathroom had signs of water damage. I feel like the owner should maintain the upkeep of the property better. The hotel is in a good location.
