Privates, sehr gehobenes Haus mit beheiztem Pool

The house could use some comfortable seating at the kitchen table and outside. There were only 3 chairs outside the fourth was broke. The house had dirty floors. Other than that it was a nice place to stay!

This property is centrally located and is located in a quiet private neighborhood. I would absolutely recommend this home. It was a pleasure dealing with the owners. I would definitely book this property again.

We had booked this place for two nights and ended up staying for a third! It's the perfect set up for a couple or more. We loved the kitchen, the pool, the living room.... Everything is in great condition and modern style. Owner is very easy to communicate with and quickly responds. I would come back again!

Check in was great with Sasha. Improvements? Please clean the entire home. Under the couch was full of dust bunnies and food. Also, please make sure everything works, Some lights didn't work, toilet paper holders were broken or poorly installed. Drains were very slow in one bathroom. Screen door was bent and broken. Overall OK but when one pays the equivalent to 9,000/month one would expect close to perfection.

I rated it Excellent because the updates were beautiful. Everything was clean and comfortable. Nice and cozy for 4 people. It was too cold to use the pool but in warmer weather I'm sure it would be enjoyable as well as private. It's a very convenient location to eating establishments and shopping. I had a couple of questions and tried to reach out to the manager by email without a response. I called him instead and he answered right away. I would stay there again...
