Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Die Straße ist tagsüber etwas laut. Die Matratzen sollten mal erneuert werden. Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis ist aber sehr gut. Abwicklung unkompliziert, sehr nette Verwaltung

Dall' appartamento ci aspettavamo di più. Arredamento molto datato, manutenzione inesistente. Inaccessibile ai portatori di handicap per la presenza di barriere architettoniche . Abbiamo dovuto insistere parecchio per avere in ritardo la Trentino guest card. Nota molto positiva la gentilezza e simpatia di Bettina, agente immobiliare.

Sehr schönes und sauberes Apartment. Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen dort und der Platz war genau passend. Der Skibus in beide Richtungen Canazei und Alba hält vor der Haustür. Kritikpunkte: Es gibt keine Kaffeemaschine. Es gibt keinen Abstellraum für Ski und Skischuhe. Wir haben die Ski im Auto gelagert und die Schuhe in der Wohnung getrocknet.

Voor deze prijs was het prima omdat er toch wat aandachtspunten waren. De inrichting is gedateerd en de bedden kraakten en piepten bij elke draai. Ook waren een aantal matrassen doorgezakt. Wij vonden het jammer dat er geen koffiezetapparaat en water koker aanwezig waren, maar dat kan verwennerij zijn😊? Vandaar, voor deze prijs en gelet op de locatie, prima te doen.

Preis- Leistung ist in Ordnung, das Objekt koennte aber eine Renovierung gebrauchen. Die Betten sind nicht ideal, viel Gerauesche und schlechter Liegekomfort. Wir kamen spaet an, die Agentur hatte geschlossen und die Beschreibung um den hinterlegten Schluessel zu finden, war etwas difus. Als Ausgangspunkt zum Ski fahren aber sehr gut gelegen, der Skibus helt direkt davor, fuer das Mietauto steht ein Parkplatz zur Verfuegung. Wir (4 Pers.) kommen gerne wieder, da die Landschaft und die Skipisten super sind. MfG René und Familie
