Hotel Indigo Rochester - Mayo Clinic Area by IHG

The room was ok, the beds were comfortable. Housekeeping never came even though we requested them in writing; so a 4 night stay with no housekeeping. The common areas were not well maintained, hallways are dark and common staircases look neglected. Good proximity to Mayo, but we will not stay here again if we have other options.

Front desk person was there to collect a paycheck. Seemed annoyed I had some questions about parking after I checked in. No smile. Choppy personality.

Closet space incredibly limited. No parking validation. Almost impossible to find luggage cart; carried most by hand needing multiple trips. Font desk person super disinterested and rarely at desk. Really like Crave. Too many other options to stay with Indigo anymore.

Our room was not very big for a queen size bed. The second floor lobby with no street-level direct access was inconvenient. The hotel shares a lobby with Crave restaurant so there really isn’t a hotel lobby dedicated for guests. The skyway access to Mayo Clinic is very nice and convenient.

Overall it was an ok stay. Very small room. Bathroom didn’t have a working vent. Common area microwave barely functioned.
