First I do have to say that the lady working the desk was very helpful and pleasant, that how ever is the only nice thing I can say about the property. The room was dirty, run down and smelled heavily of smoke. Both tobaco and other substances.The furniture was old and in disrepair and the beds were old, worn out and the sheets were stained. The ceiling tiles in the bathroom were discolored and one even fell down. The property at large seemed to have several long term tenants and random people wandering the property. The pool was closed and it seemed that was permanent. I did not complete my stay and checked out a day early. I will not be staying at this property again.

Our confirmed room rate was not honored. This was not because of “additional fees.” We were literally told they did not have the room we booked, so we were charged more for a room exactly like the one we’d booked. It was filthy. The door jamb was loose. Everything looked dilapidated. The metal fixtures were all rusted. The pillows were paper thin. The TV was awful. The mattress sunk and had holes all along the box spring. The facility was noisy at all hours. The elevator looks like a death trap. The pool was empty and filthy. The young lady working the night desk was extremely challenging to comprehend language-wise. Paying anything over $30 a night to stay here will leave you feeling robbed. Last resort.

Shower did not work so I had to bathe the old way. I’m a big guy so that was not fun. Freezer needed defrosting so it wasn’t cold. There were dead roaches on the floor and live roaches that visited me in the night. Something bit me twice, once on the leg and once on my arm. I don’t think it was need bugs but it hurt and woke me up. There was lots of activity at the pool until around 9 pm which was very noisy. There was some guy walking past my room every few minutes carrying a boombox with the volume very loud. The entrance is next to a busy intersection and it’s difficult to get into if you come from the highway. The desk clerk seemed maybe depressed or exhausted, I don’t know. I do not recommend!

I entered the room and went right back to the front dest and ask for a refund the room had a bad smell looked dirty the bedsheets had holes in it outside the door looked very untidy. Nobody thats clean wouldn't stay in this place it sure was not for me.looks nothing like the pictures online.

There was no cable, Wifi was terrible, the room was not clean holes in the sheets and needing and in the bathroom there wasn't a shower curtain only a curtain that turned u hung up over the windows had a roach crawl on me there was only a half of a towel in the room then I went to ask for more the girl said they was locked up for the night went again in the morning and a guy said they was out

This was the scariest worst nastiest hotel. I was so disgusted I immediately left. No lights, dirty, hair and stuff on floor. Cockroach. Sticky floor. Bed not made. Mold on fridge. Ashes on toilet, burn marks everywhete. Doors open with druggies hanging out playing loud music yelling at each other. This was my worst nightmare. I thought I was going to be killed. Do not stay here! No safe!

The rooms were filthy the water didn't work the tv had 2 stations there was food under the bed the pillows were so flst the sheets had not been changed. It's a complete drug complex people live there and you can tell exactly what they do fr a living.

For the cost, it was fine. My door's deadbolt didn't work, so I placed a chair in front of the door. The room wasn't very bright, and it smelled a bit. Other guests played music loudly at 3 a.m. That said, what can one expect for the price? If I wanted the Ritz Carlton, I would have paid for the Ritz Carlton.

Quite possibly the worst hotel stay In my 67 years. Poor reception onTV. Microwave not working. Not a single towel or washcloth in room. Dirty room. Claimed they could not find my reservation although I had info on my phone. Charged me higher walk in and weekend rate. Very noisy outside and around room.

Some furniture was broken. The room overall was worn. After I took a shower, the soles of my feet got dirty just from walking on the floor. It's just a tired, worn-out property. Admittedly, $60 is not much to pay, and I should not have expected much. But I did expect a clean, intact room.

I had to stay there because it was all I could afford. The mattress was worn out and needed turning. The pillows were flat and totally worn out. There was no hot water when I went to take a shower. There was nothing for me to hang my clothes in or on. There was no room service. I had one towel and one wash rag. There were only a few channels to watch on the television and none of them were any that I like to watch. I didn’t have a good experience at all other than having a place to sleep out of necessity.

Didn't get to check in because the staff was absent. I was told to check in at 3 and the bote on the window said out until 4:30. We ended up booking a hotel somewhere else with excellent service.

I booked the room around 1:00 in the morning just to arrive to a back in 30 minutes sign the individual and I that I was with waited for an hour no one even showed up to even book us in and then they want to say no refund but also on the window it says no refunds after 15 minutes once checked in the room we never got a chance to check in our room we waited for 2 hours nobody still came back to give us our room we had to get a room a couple doors down that was more money and in the morning return to the same back in 30 minutes so I was charged for a room that I never got even checked into. Something has to give that's pure robbery

Well considering I wasn't even able to stay after making a reservation and showing up after I 35 mi trip the guy at the front desk informed me that there's no available rooms went online when I made my reservation there was one room left so he said that that one had already sold so it sold within 40 minutes of me getting there he offered me another room after telling me that there were no more rooms in it offered me at $85 when online it was supposed to be $51 then it just told me to leave terrible service will never go back.

They do not honor the reservation or pricing they provide to your service and your customers. Stayed last night and was charged $64.09 instead of the $59.43. Booked again for tonight and when I arrived I was told there were no rooms left and that it was first come first serve even though it appears their are 7 rooms still available.

Staff is Extremly rude. You can book online but it doesn’t matter they won’t even look and there gonna charge you way more than what the website says. Rooms are disgusting. And the people at this hotel are sketchy as all get out. Would not recommend. If anything they should let people stay here for free.

I got there early and they wouldn’t check me in. But check-in wasn’t till 3:30 I got there at 1:30. They couldn’t find my reservation and tried to charge me more than hotels.com stated. They finally agreed to charge what was stated. Room was supposed to be a queen size bed but it was a full size mattress on a queen frame and boxspring. The bed sheets had cigarette burn holes in them. I went to call the front desk to find out the WiFi password to find the phone was not connected. The TV remote had no batteries in it. There was one small towel in the room. When I went down to ask for more towels they said they couldn’t get any and had to wait for housekeeping. I stood 3 nights and housekeeping never came into the room to give more towels or change the sheets or even make the bed. I told all this to the front desk (which by the way they didn’t let anyone in the lobby so you spoke to them through a little window outside) they had a sign posted on the window “Unable to cancel after 15 minutes of check in. Guess that should have been my first warning. I guess the old adage is true. You get what you pay for.

I looked and searched for a decent price and booked it and when I got here to pay, they quoted me another price even though I went through this website and they didn't honor the price and by that time I got here it was too late to find something else so I just paid the difference. Had a gun pulled on me within 15 minutes on the property. I did not stay here. I gave them my key and they said I would receive a refund and have not. Additionally, they say that they do not work through Expedia.

Pulled into what looked like the projects from the film training day. Minimum of 50 people hanging over balconies, laying in vehicles with no windows and so on. This place is a haven for prostitution, junkies and dealers. The woman at the window was absolutely terrible and when we went to our room it was the most vile disgusting thing we had ever seen. On the balconies there was piles of garage, melting rotting pizza and bugs all over outside rooms. Doors hanging open, loud music and loitering everywhere. This was straight out of a horror movie. We get to our "tomb" and the bed was slept in and may have had a body under the blanket for all we knew. Mold everywhere the bathtub was black and full of mold and filth. The sink had blood in it. We walked right back out and demanded a refund. Then we went and paid double to stay at comfort suits and the experience was much different a few short miles away. Do NOT try to save money go elsewhere!

In going into the hotel, there were many people loitering in the parking lot. There was a drunk guy walking around with his pants down and pouring beer on the pavement. When we got to the room, it was dingy and dark. There was only 1 wash cloth and 1 towel and we were told we couldnt get anymore, even though there were two of us staying in the room. Apparently people keep stealing them, so only so many are allowed per room. A few doors down there was a party going on and the cops had to get called. Across the parking lot in another room there was a man and women arguing really loud. It seems many of the people staying there were there to drink and party. The room was not the cleanest. There were still hairs in the bathtub, and dirt in the corners of the bathroom and main room. There was also food left in the mini fridge and the microwave was disgusting. I guess you get what you pay for :(

This place is a negative star. They are a scam. When I got there they say they say they don't accept reservations from hotels.com even though my reservation was confirmed and I had an itinerary number then say the room will be much more than the price that my reservation was. I stayed only because I was a danger on the road I was so tired. There is prostitution going on in the parking lot and hotel and when I woke up. MY CAR HAD BEEN STOLEN in the hours I slept. Save yourself , stay anywhere but here !

We booked our room with check in at 3 only to be told no come back at 4 we have no rooms clean I got back at 345 and was made to wait until 407 when I was then told No we have no rooms come back some other time they was rude and not very clean definitely do not take your children here unless you want them to have nightmares for the rest of their lives it’s unsafe and unpleasant
