Very good stay overall. Had an issue with a leak but was rapidly resolved and moved to another room. Comfortable bed and great shower, quite complete breakfast too with convenient hours. Very good shuttle service to the airport. Cookies are delicious!!

Pros - Location is convenient to the airport and interstate and the front desk staff are very courteous. Cons - The hotel is currently going through a much needed renovation. Paint was peeling on the wall im my room and the air conditioner was leaking condensation onto the carpet. Also, they advertise a shuttle to the airport but one staff member didn't have their license and the other one that was called refused to do it...over the walkie talkie...so I had to take an Uber to the airport. Also, there is a Houlihans restaurant on site but it's pricey.

The hotel is struggling to stay a float, both elevators for residents were out of order. We used the service elevator. Got to our room carrying all our luggage and the keys didn’t give us access to the room, this was Inconvenience. Smell of marjuina filled the halls.

I stayed at DT hotel to attend my sons turning green ceremonies at Ft Benning. The breakfast host was phenomenal she was very hospitable and attentive to guests. My room had a few roaches though which was disappointing. Overall stay I would stay again.

I stayed for multiple days and my room was never cleaned. Every single day I told them that my room hadn’t been cleaned and they said that they would bring me fresh towels and never did. There were clumps of hair in the drain of the shower and dirty towels in the dresser when I arrived. Disgusting.

The front desk associates upon checkin was very pleasant. This hotel has potential A LOT OF POTENTIAL. The hotel is very nice but the cleaning staff does a terrible job at cleaning. The bed was made incorrectly as I was checking out another customer had the exact complaints. There is no point of complaining to the night desk clerk. Below dirty floor and dirty towels upon arrival!

Room had not been cleaned when we arrived - unmade bed, towels on the bed and on the floor. Staff was nice and comped us free breakfast and assigned us another room. This room had seen cleaning service but wasn’t cleaned particularly well. Hair on the bathroom floor, shower, and sink. Would not recommend.

The property has issues with mold. I took pictures of mold in the bathroom and got move to another room. They room was better. Exiting the elevator, you see mold on the ceiling. The hotel and restaurant are nice but must have some type of water issue because mold is throughout.

we checked in , the bathroom was out of shampoo the flush was running the whole time . The bathroom door was not closing.The floor was dirty. I complaint the front desk , but looks like nobody cared.

The front desk staff was helpful and professional. I ate at the restaurant inside the hotel and it was just ok. The hotel is older so I saw small areas of mold and rust in my bathroom but overall it was clean. My biggest issue was the noise, not from guests but from the air conditioning unit!!! It made a clunking noise all night; I felt like I was in a garage!!! It would kick in then all of a sudden there would be like 5 minutes of this loud clanging sound - this cycle went on all night!

We stayed one night. It was clear they have been doing remodeling and everything looked good. The only complaint I have was the ac in the room. It was so loud you couldn't even watch tv. I had the volume on 30 and still could barely hear it. Other than that it was ice cold. They still have some tweaking to do with the remodeling but otherwise it was great. If we're ever in that area again we will stay here again.

Service was abysmal. Was given a room with an air conditioning unit that clanked and made it impossible to sleep. Also broken. They had to get a replacement unit and it took forever and the room was unusable they need to refund all of my money

From the moment we entered the front doors, to the moment we left, we experienced friendly, professional people at every turn. From Tiana’s welcome and efficient check-in (with her amazing smile!) to Veronica’s kind care as we departed at 6:30 am with a coffee made by Mr. Nick, the courtesy and care of the entire staff was simply perfection. We needed the toilet fixed and it happened within moments! We requested more towels and they appeared in minutes! Thank you for making us feel so very at home. My only regret is that we could only stay one night. Although the bathroom was frighteningly small, this was the nicest Doubletree we have ever stayed in and they’ve all been lovely.

Checked in on a Thursday and checked out on a Monday. Not one time did we get house keeping. It took 3 different front desk people just to get fresh towels on Sunday evening. House keeping staff hiding behind carts on their phones right by the elevator. Tried to get a manager none on site requested one to call me never did. Failed like their service.

I was not given a package on sign ln had to ask a Wi-Fi info no restaurant information ASKED to be put in a room near the front because my wife was on oxygen they put me in for 431 at the back of the building, would not allow me to use my reward points.

We arrived about 15 minutes after check in and our room was not ready. We had to sit in the lobby for an hour and a half before our room was ready. We were late for an event we had to attend.

Very nice and clean. Service was great! Also had a very good location. I wouldn't stay there again anytime. Pricing was reasonable. My only complaint was the bed was a little hard. Test shower I've hat at a hotel! Food was good at the restaurant too.

Basics got done but face it. This is an older structure crying for redesign. Details include (but not limited to) peeling wallpaper, retrofitted (old) environmental unit, textured walls (really?), noisy restroom exhaust, amateur tile work in the shower, cheaply repaired restroom door, and a receptionist with waaay tooo many cliches, etc. Good location, though.

Wonderful stay. Great clean hotel, Nyia and all the front desk staff were awesome. Great meal at Houlihans right at the hotel. Plenty of quick food places around and just an exit away from top notch restaurants and shopping. Thanks Doubletreee Columbus Staff!!

The front desk staff was helpful and professional. I ate at the restaurant inside the hotel and it was just ok. The hotel is older so I saw small areas of mold and rust in my bathroom but overall it was clean. My biggest issue was the noise, not from guests but from the air conditioning unit!!! It made a clunking noise all night; I felt like I was in a garage!!! It would kick in then all of a sudden there would be like 5 minutes of this loud clanging sound - this cycle went on all night!

For the price of the hotel, it was extremely dated. There were holes on the ceilings. Breakfast is not included unless you are a member. You can get way more and nicer rooms for less. Very disappointed.

The stay was great with very nice and clean rooms but beware of the breakfast altogether it was pretty good with typical breakfast food items it’s extremely expensive charging us $70 for four adults eating very little.I was thinking that we would have at least gotten a small discount being we were guests at the hotel but apparently not.so as long as you steer clear of hoolihans restaurant attached to hotel you’ll be great.

Pros - Location is convenient to the airport and interstate and the front desk staff are very courteous. Cons - The hotel is currently going through a much needed renovation. Paint was peeling on the wall im my room and the air conditioner was leaking condensation onto the carpet. Also, they advertise a shuttle to the airport but one staff member didn't have their license and the other one that was called refused to do it...over the walkie talkie...so I had to take an Uber to the airport. Also, there is a Houlihans restaurant on site but it's pricey.

Great clean location. The AC in our room wasn’t overly cold and it felt like the heat was on in the hallways of each floor. Odd for mid September. Staff was nice overall minus when we walked in looking for a bathroom and was told “There is a sign on the other end of the reception desk”

Had a horrible time checking in because system was down so it took almost 2 hours before they realized that they could actually use paper and pen when everyone had a confirmation number. In the meantime we just sat around. His staff was friendly enough just ineffective . I think they were just waiting for corporate to tell them what to do . I actually called customer service and suggested to them that paper check in should be okay for those that have a confirmation number I guess they finally got the message . The room was clean except for the shower which had a lot of mold growing in it. When we checked there was no trash can in the bathroom nor a bar soap for the sink but both problems were resolved after pointing them out ti housekeeping . Lots of free parking. Houluhans restaurant on site. Has the highest rating of almost any hotel in Columbus. Would hate to see the lower starred properties
