Easy check in/out and helpful staff. Breakfast was lovely. Location was great - close to the town and the station. We enjoyed our short stay with a young toddler. The building doesn't have lifts so just need to bear that in mind but plenty of helpful and approachable staff to help.

Room was clean, staff were lovely but breakfast was not great. No sugar free options or plain/natural yoghurt options, cooked breakfast very poor quality sausage and egg looked deep fried. Not worth £12.95 breakfast. I would stay again but I would get breakfast elsewhere. You can get a good breakfast with local quality produce for similar price point.

This place was hardly worth the $285 American dollars I paid for a single night... Had to get a member of staff to assist in getting the hot water running in my room, some of the furniture was damaged and the room was far smaller and more cramped than anything that was shown in the property photos. Not the worst stay ever, but definitely over priced for what you're getting.

An absolute disgrace of a hotel! It professes to be three stars, I wouldn't give it one! I have no idea what the public facilities looked like as I avoided them. The stair carpets were filthy, the sink taps in my room were wrongly marked (As in a red marker on the cold) and, no marking on the hot. The "view" from the room was of the rear of a building across the road, as in drain pipes and dustbin. I honestly felt that as an extremely late Booker, I had been "stuck" in the only available room. Whoever ownes this place needs to close it down over the winter and, spend money on a re-furb and, install a lift, as the vast majority of the guests seem to be elderly. In all for close to £200 for a nights b&b an utter disgrace!
