Staff friendly and helpful. Room clean and up to date. Good breakfast with fruit. Variety of restaurants, but you mostly would have to walk a ways. Within short driving distance of must-see Bok Tower gardens. On-site exercise room.

Half of the Hotel did not have electricity meaning the elevator didn't work. so, I had to use the stairs to get to the 3rd floor. I parked my truck under a light pole. When I looked out the window to check on my truck, it was so dark from the lights being out that i couldn't see my truck. which means i had to walk down the stairs to go move my truck and then walk back up the stairs. Also, the pillows and mattres were horrible. I had to sleep opposite way due to the headboard end being lower than the foot part.

I like the clean room and beautiful lobby/breakfast area.

We had a nice stay at this property. The room was clean. The staff was nice and helpful. The breakfast was great. Checking in and out was a breeze. It’s at the end of a road, but that road has a lot of stuff like stores and restaurants. My only “issue” was that we arrived around 9:30pm and there was no lighting in the parking lot and that made me feel a tad uneasy. Other than that, my family and I would stay here again!

Very nice stay,clean room and spacious bathroom. I was happy because it was the 1st time that I didn't feel like i had to clean anything. I usually bring my cleaning supplies,mask, and gloves to every hotel we stay in, because the rooms,especially the bathrooms,aren't as clean as they could or should be. It was very nice to come i to your hotel and not have to clean..🙂 So We stayed in Lake Wales because my fiancée had to have surgery the next morning at Advent Health hospital. It took the stress out of driving from Sebring,where we live,an hour away.The lady that checked us in at the front desk, on Tuesday 8/12/25, around 5pm...she had blondish hair, she was super professional and she also had a great sense of humor. I told her the only reason that i had picked your hotel instead of the Holiday iNN Express across the street, was because your price dropped, (only a couple dollars) but it made me think. Ok ok someone is hustling trying to get the rooms sold out. I'm in. It was only a Couple of bucks... who cares.However,in a world full of hotels one of them, a Hampton Inn to boot, dropped their price?Wow, after an already discounted rate. Whoever dropped the rate $2 is genius, and will bring people in. There was also a gentleman working the night shift or overnight shift on 8/12/25 about 12-1 am.He was very helpful as well. I was shocked to see an actual person at the front desk late at night.It made me feel safe. Most hotels don't have anyone at the desk anymore.Thanks!

In short, everything was adequate. Friendly staff, clean room, amenities in the room were great, and breakfast was included with good hours.

The hallways were not clean and look rough. Room smelled moldy and could use a facelift.

The room was very clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

I thought the property was nice until my alarm went off at 5am unnecessary. I turned on the light and saw roaches crawling up the wall. Later that morning I went to breakfast came back to find roach on my pillow. I told manager and he offered to refund my stay. I have yet to see refund. came back to

Maybe a simple maintenance thing, but it needs to be addressed. We had to change rooms during check-in. But that didn’t help. Bathroom fixtures like the flush gets stuck, you have to remember to pull it back up or the water just runs all day long. The drain stopper was broken.

Rooms have not been updated or touched up since 2001 or earlier. The rooms smell like mildew and maybe mold. The staff do not communicate with each other causing housekeeping to barge into rooms where people are asleep. It's not a high volume location which is why the quality is so low but that's no excuse to have low quality service.

What I liked most about this hotel was the friendly staff, the safe neighborhood and the cleanliness of the rooms.

Room smelled musty. Looked like paint peeling of the door. Water for shower did not get very hot at all. The shower head is very dated. Thankfully didn’t need to wash my hair because if I had it would have taken forever to rinse out the shampoo. Definitely overpriced and will not be back. Very disappointing considering how much I paid.

Stayed two nights. Rooms were not serviced after first night. Asked why upon check out and was told we were asked during check in if wanted our rooms serviced but no one asked. In fact, two rooms were reserved at the same time but woman checking us in had to "look" for the second room. TV in my room was really small. Not all of the remote functions/buttons worked. When I told desk staff I was told it problems with remotes were from the previous year's hurricane. This makes no sense.

Overall a good experience, very quiet an had everything we needed an then some!

Water in bathrooms was consistently cold and tv malfunctioned throughout the entire stay

They were very accommodating, and responded to all our needs. The rooms were clean and very spacious.

The walls were very thin I could hear everything upstairs and around me. The phone in the room on two separate occasions rang only once . This scared me honestly don’t know why that would’ve even happened. After two hours, I ended up checking out of the hotel room. Upon check out the two ladies at the front desk noted in the reservation granting a refund I said, since it was through a third-party, I’d have to reach out to the third-party. I have done that and however, I have yet to receive the refund. This is very disappointing and awful Customer Service.

They were remodeling and Hotel had a musty smell and the noise from workers was pretty bad first thing in the morning. Staff was training at and were pretty confused

We stayed in the Hampton Inn about 10 years ago. It was a very nice place. Our recent stay was disappointing! The location is in need of an upgrade. Torn wallpaper, dirty walls and doors. The staff at front desk were kind and accomodating. The breakfast employees were very accomodating as well.It just the place needs an upgrade.

I liked it bc it seemed safe, convenient location. Restaurants and stores were nearby. No crazy traffic trying to get into their property.

Good location for Bok Tower Gardens

Amazing room clean and close to Legoland . No complaints. Nice breakfast too love how they have coffee tea and even hot chocolate out at all times! My kids loved the hot chocolate

The breakfast was not the best by far! But the room was beautiful and very clean and comfortable. Overall I rated 4 1/2 just because the breakfast did not it for me.
