I was impressed with how classy the hotel looks. Good sized room with comfy bed. Good bath and shower. Air conditioning kept the room cool at night. Nice bar area. Plenty of parking (just remember to register your number plate). I would stay there again. Only minor grumbles were one lift had a fault, and the two coffee machines at breakfast were very slow

The original twin room I was given had lots of space but bathroom was awful. Was told the hotel was full but after showing a photo of the mould around the bath & shower, another room became available. One of the two lifts was broken. One of the two coffee machines at breakfast was broken. Breakfast was less than mediocre. Bar area was nice. Superb location for stadium of course & the arena just a few minutes away.

Great value for money. Clean room, free parking, great restaurant. Was a expecting a single king/queen size bed but it was two pieces of single-beds latched together. The overlap between the beds made sleeping not co comfy.

Polite and friendly staff, excellent food & service in the bar. The only downside was the dated room. The hairdryer looked like it was from the sixties, the bathroom was old & tired and the window in the room wouldn’t open. Despite that, it was immaculately clean and the staff made it a very pleasant stay. Would definitely return.

Hotel was in a great location for a footbal game. There were also many restaurants and shops nearby as well as plenty of parking. Room was functional and warm. Staff was very friendly.

The Bolton Whites Hotel is a very nicely designed hotel built into the side of the football stadium. My stay was for business and there were some issues to report. There were not enough staff to man the breakfast area. The coffee machines were out of action most days, the tables were not cleared and food options ran out regularly. Toiletries in my room were not automatically replenished. And one of the two lifts broke down twice in my total of 7 nights stay.

The stay was amazing, I would definitely highly recommend this hotel to anyone, the hotel was very clean and spotless, very bright and airy, comfortable, and the staff were friendly, approachable and helpful when I struggled to open the door, the breakfast was great and it was complimentary too, there was an amazing view of the pitch, I was very pleased with this hotel stay and I will definitely stay again in the future.

Excellent service, the staff couldn't do enough for customers and guests. But the hotel rooms are a bit dated and could be cleaned better. My sofa had crumbs and debris in the creases.

We used the hotel for an event at Bolton Stadium, convenient for the short walk around to the suite. Front of house areas are clean and well maintained, staff are friendly and the breakfast was good. Unfortunately, our room was tatty and poorly maintained. The window did not open properly, paint was peeling off the walls in the bathroom and grubby sealant around the bath. Definitely needs some investment in maintenance.

Hotel room was nice but quite cold and no heating except for a plug in radiator. Room was clean, bathroom lovely. We paid £15 each for breakfast and it was possibly the worst breakfast I have ever had in a hotel.

The location of the hotel was great for our visit. It was great to be able to walk to Middlebrook. We were visiting family from overseas. We spent 10 days in a variety of hotels and Airbnbs in a very similar price point. Unfortunately, this hotel seemed tired and dated. Little things that could have been noticed by housekeeping were missed, for example, the nozzle on the hairdryer didn’t fit. I’m sure the hotel would have helped had I asked for a replacement, but it would have been inconvenient to contact a member of staff.

Central location to lots of shops and restaurants, with a stunning view of the pitch from our room. Consider getting pitch view rooms if possible as it's definitely worth it. A real treat for football fans for sure 👌

Booked a pitch view room, it was match day and perfect! The hotel was busy afterwards but it was to be expected. Room was great, had the facilities we needed and a comfy bed. We included breakfast with our stay which was very good, a good decent selection and staff on hand if needed. I would definitely consider booking here again.

Very quick check in, very friendly staff, hotel was spotless, room was huge, all be it was a penthouse suite, had a great nights sleep, food was spot on in the evening and breakfast was plentiful and fresh, if I’m in the area again I’ll definitely stay again!

We booked this hotel to stay over night with the little one, the hotel is super clean staff are amazing and very helpful and they didn't even charge for little ones milk we would definitely be staying there again...when you have staff this good it makes the stay even amazing... Firstly, I booked a twin pitchside view room. They don’t have pitchside twin rooms. So was moved to another. I then had (assumedly) housekeeping walk into my room at 8am, and then again at 10am.

Very tired looking, staff had no idea what they were doing, breakfast was awfull, had to wait 30 min for any food to be available at all food was then inedible, staff in tears, awful experience, tried to let the main receptionist know, she literally just laughed at me, won't be staying here again, awful experience.

Lovely hotel in a great location for getting out and about. Only issue for me was the bed. It was very high, I’m 5’3” and had to physically climb onto it and the mattress was very firm. Stayed for 2 nights and didn’t sleep well either night

Unfortunately, our room was tatty and poorly maintained. The window did not open properly, paint was peeling off the walls in the bathroom and grubby sealant around the bath. Definitely needs some investment in maintenance.
We used the hotel for an event at Bolton Stadium, convenient for the short walk around to the suite. Front of house areas are clean and well maintained, staff are friendly and the breakfast was good. Hotel was in a great location for a footbal game. There were also many restaurants and shops nearby as well as plenty of parking. Room was functional and warm. Staff was very friendly.

The stay was amazing, I would definitely highly recommend this hotel to anyone, the hotel was very clean and spotless, very bright and airy, comfortable, and the staff were friendly, approachable and helpful when I struggled to open the door, the breakfast was great and it was complimentary too, there was an amazing view of the pitch, I was very pleased with this hotel stay and I will definitely stay again in the future.

Stayed for two nights when up in the northwest for a family celebration. The Bolton Stadium hotel represents excellent value for money. The rooms were clean, comfortable and had all the amenities we needed, and crucially it was quiet which meant we slept well. The staff were helpful and friendly. The only reason I wouldn’t give it 5* is that we felt the breakfast choice could have been a bit better and they needed more staff in the restaurant to replenish items and clean tables. Some of the decor in the rooms needed a refresh too. But on balance, a great reasonably priced choice. We will stay again.

Hotel room was nice but quite cold and no heating except for a plug in radiator. Room was clean, bathroom lovely. We paid £15 each for breakfast and it was possibly the worst breakfast I have ever had in a hotel.

I was impressed with how classy the hotel looks. Good sized room with comfy bed. Good bath and shower. Air conditioning kept the room cool at night. Nice bar area. Plenty of parking (just remember to register your number plate). I would stay there again. Only minor grumbles were one lift had a fault, and the two coffee machines at breakfast were very slow

Very limited gluten free options on the menu and no seperate fryer means no chips for me :-( Room was tired but single beds were comfy but narrow. Bathroom extractor dead, shower screen leaked by toilet, sink very gurgly. Otherwise good location and easy to find.

The original twin room I was given had lots of space but bathroom was awful. Was told the hotel was full but after showing a photo of the mould around the bath & shower, another room became available. One of the two lifts was broken. One of the two coffee machines at breakfast was broken. Breakfast was less than mediocre. Bar area was nice. Superb location for stadium of course & the arena just a few minutes away.

Booked a pitch view room, it was match day and perfect! The hotel was busy afterwards but it was to be expected. Room was great, had the facilities we needed and a comfy bed. We included breakfast with our stay which was very good, a good decent selection and staff on hand if needed. I would definitely consider booking here again.

The helpfulness and friendliness of the staff. The beds were comfortable. We were disappointed with the breakfasts. Refilling was slow and considering the price, selection of cold dishes could have been better.

Very tired looking, staff had no idea what they were doing, breakfast was awfull, had to wait 30 min for any food to be available at all food was then inedible, staff in tears, awful experience, tried to let the main receptionist know, she literally just laughed at me, won't be staying here again, awful experience.

The Bolton Whites Hotel is a very nicely designed hotel built into the side of the football stadium. My stay was for business and there were some issues to report. There were not enough staff to man the breakfast area. The coffee machines were out of action most days, the tables were not cleared and food options ran out regularly. Toiletries in my room were not automatically replenished. And one of the two lifts broke down twice in my total of 7 nights stay.
