The property is under renovation, which wasn't known when the booking was made. Check in took 25 minutes, at 1045 at night, with no lines. Waited 5 minutes and then called the property to get some to the front desk. The room we were assigned was marked "out of service" in the computer and the desk person didn't know how to change that which took trying to get a hold of someone and a long phone call when that finally happened. That is what it is. The room wasn't the cleanest, possibly due to the people renovating it using the fridge, etc and that not being cleaned before being "put back in service". Some stuff appeared possibly not yet finished. The room had a very overpowering smell of paint and/or glue which made it hard to sleep which is the purpose of getting the room in the first place. A little disappointing.
