Very small parking lot made more noticeable by the fact that two cars were broken down in the lot. It hadn’t snowed for a couple days and yet the snow wasn’t properly cleared around those vehicles. The toilet paper roll was on the ground when I arrived because the holder was broken by a prior guest and the easy repair wasn’t yet complete. Shower wasn’t very clean. Not the fault of the hotel staff, but if your room is in the back of the property, you’re only about 40 yards from the interstate so it’s very noisy.

Rooms are kind of dated. Needs some freshing up. The double doored closet was not cool as it allows kids a sneak peek into the bathroom. The pool area is small and only 5 chairs to sit in. They need more chairs. Hot tub worked great, but looked dirty. Area is nice with a great restaurant next door. Outside grilling is available at this property. Great idea. The morning breakfast is hot and hit the spot. Different daily.

This was a good place to stay! We had no issues. The pool was chilly, but no big whoop. The breakfast was your standard hotel free breakfast, but was good and we appreciated it very much. The check-in was easy enough. They have games you can check-out which was cool.

Pool was great the room the bed room door didn’t lock and there was either rust on the bath tub and the hot tub had to much chemicals in it that it burned your eyes but the bed was great!!!

I only stayed 1 night. Friendly staff. Room could’ve used a little updating but it was clean. The breakfast was awesome! A lot to choose from and I met the man who prepares the breakfast each morning and he seemed so proud of it! He was a sweet and helpful man!

Breakfast area was good. Room was not great. There was a large, brown, nasty stain on the pull out couch mattress. Bathroom was not great. Tub was discolored and faucet pulled out of the wall. Shower curtain was too short.

We love this hotel because they offer a two bedroom that is not expensive. When we travel, we make sure this is where we stop. But this time our room wasn’t as clean as it usually is. There was cobwebs on the ceiling, and part of the carpet had duct tape. I just didn’t seem as clean as the other room we had had during a different stay. It was late and wasn’t worth complaining about.

pretty clean just not well maintained. Faucet sprayed water everywhere when taking a shower,vent in bathroom didn't work but made tapping noise the entire stay and I'm 40 years old and have never seen a worse tv set up. Tv was a little 32" that I couldn't see from bed it sat to the side of the foot of the bed and I'm a TV watcher I ended up having to watch on my phone. it's worth the money for the area but I will spend a few extra dollars to stay next door to them or elsewhere next time

Our stay was OK for 1 night. Hard to see the entrance as it’s not typical of a hotel. Seemed old and worn. The room was OK bed was a little firm but not terrible. The TV was located off to the side of the bed which made it awkward to watch TV. Shower was great and the breakfast had lots of food choices. Coffee was good!!

The room looked like the bedroom was separate from sitting area and it wasn't. The whole room was small and so was the bathroom. The bed was not comfortable! Won't be staying there ever again. It's shouldn't be called a suite as it isn't.

Very small rooms basic amenity. They were working on the building while we were there right outside the room that was assigned to us. It was fine for one night. Not great. The sofa bed touches the king bed so no egress in or out from one side of the bed. Cleaning was average (food particles from previous longer term guest in sofa bed) 3 of 5 stars is fair review. Chose bacause of location and Bonvoy. Will not return.

Check in was quick and easy. This hotel was completely sold out for the weekend. We stayed here with our dance competition team for three days and two nights. The team hung out in the lobby, ordered take out, and enjoyed some adult beverages. The staff was GREAT all the way around from check in to breakfast team, and housekeeping. The price of the hotel was also a plus with having a complete kitchen, we were able to also enjoy meals in the room to save some money. We will definitely stay here again when visiting the area.

My stay was non existent, because for God knows why the hotel decided to give my room to someone else..I had this room booked and paid for since May 6 th. Upon my arrival they tell me. Oh we have some bad news. We gave your room away and we are booked full..They did not call or email at any time during the 3 weeks that the room was in my name. They claimed that they tried to reach me at 5pm the day of my reservation. I received NO CALL NO EMAIL.

Good service in a pinch. We needed room last because the hotel we had a booked was not safe or clean and it was the weekend of the Megan moroney concert. They got us right in and were so super friendly! Would definitely stay here again!

This hotel was clean and the front desk was friendly. In the morning, we were unable to shower with no hot water. After the fact, we were told “it happens” and were not compensated in any way for the “inconvenience”. Management of the hotel were not helpful at all.

Very small parking lot made more noticeable by the fact that two cars were broken down in the lot. It hadn’t snowed for a couple days and yet the snow wasn’t properly cleared around those vehicles. The toilet paper roll was on the ground when I arrived because the holder was broken by a prior guest and the easy repair wasn’t yet complete. Shower wasn’t very clean. Not the fault of the hotel staff, but if your room is in the back of the property, you’re only about 40 yards from the interstate so it’s very noisy.

I liked that this hotel has a kitchenette. This is really an excellent feature. The place is in good condition with good parking, and in comfortable. The back side of the building overlooks the highway and fields, the front overlooks the parking lot. There is very good parking, and it is right off the highway. The driveway is a bit confusing, as you may be misled into the Texas Roadhouse parking lot, or a strip mall parking lot.

Our stay was OK for 1 night. Hard to see the entrance as it’s not typical of a hotel. Seemed old and worn. The room was OK bed was a little firm but not terrible. The TV was located off to the side of the bed which made it awkward to watch TV. Shower was great and the breakfast had lots of food choices. Coffee was good!!

I only stayed 1 night. Friendly staff. Room could’ve used a little updating but it was clean. The breakfast was awesome! A lot to choose from and I met the man who prepares the breakfast each morning and he seemed so proud of it! He was a sweet and helpful man!

Very spacious room. Nice place to stop on a road trip. Bed was comfy. Fridge and freezer was much appreciated and allowed us to re-freeze ice packs from our cooler. Breakfast was hearty. Would stay here again.

This was a good place to stay! We had no issues. The pool was chilly, but no big whoop. The breakfast was your standard hotel free breakfast, but was good and we appreciated it very much. The check-in was easy enough. They have games you can check-out which was cool.

The staff was friendly and I had an easy check-in. Had an issue in my room, I call the front desk and they had me change rooms. The 2 bedroom suite is great.

No water pressure in the bathroom sink. Light bulbs burnt out and not replaced. Stove fan not working. Otherwise a comfortable spacious room. The breakfast is fantastic.

We spent a night here with 2 adults and 3 children-we had a suite which consisted of a small kitchenette and living room as well as 2 bedrooms. The space was fantastic and we loved the layout of the suite! The hotel was in a nice location and was a great stay. We did feel things could have been a little cleaner and we were bummed out to see the hot tub closed as well as finding weird bits of stuff floating in the pool. Outside of some minor touch ups with cleaning, we enjoyed this stay!!!
