El hotel bien, muy bien ubicado y cómodo, aunque sin ascensor. Si consumen en el bar de playa y son huéspedes tienen descuento. Avisen antes que son huéspedes. CUIDADO si elegimos cenar en el roof top, aunque avisamos que éramos huéspedes y nos tomaron el número de habitación, No hicieron el descuento, Nos retiraron las facturas luego de pagarlas y debimos reclamarlas. Así que si eligen cenar en el roof top estén atentos para que les descuenten lo que corresponde. Porque si reclamas después, te dicen que lo sienten y que fue un error. La verdad no era por el dinero, fue la acción, empañó la estancia . Lo demás bien.

First I have to admit that the location couldn’t be better. On the beach in the wall to the Old Town. We stayed at the hotel. Our room with a balcony and a view over beach and ocean. If they understood guest relations at all they would have a good review but probably they don’t need good reviews because of the location. We booked the best room included breakfast and prepaid and during check-in they told us that we also had 10% off at the restaurant. To get the 10% we need to show that we lived at the hotel. We didn’t expected that or asked for 10%, we were just offered 10% off. Late for eating lunch we decided to take the offer and have a small lunch. When the waiter arrived with the drinks we showed that we were staying at the hotel but they told us we were to late. YOU HAVE TO SHOW THIS BEFORE YOU ORDER! Just checked in at the hotels best room I was a little surprised and didn’t accept. Instead of a nice 10% off they tried to steal 10%. Well in a very bad mood the waiter told me he gave me 10% from his own money. Later in the room I found an A4 sign ”It’s mandatory to present the breakfast card before ordering, if you do not register that you are a guest of the hotel, you will pay the total cost. OK it’s not mentioned it must be before ordering and it didn’t make me feel good or welcome. I already paid for the breakfast in advance and now I as a guest need to behave in a certain way to receive what I already paid for.

What a location! Spent new years here and it was right at the heart of everything. Wonderful staff, lovely rooms and fantastic breakfast. The beach terrace was literally rocking each day with live bands in the winter sunshine… a true gem of a place

Beautiful location with three areas to eat. Safe, quiet, clean. Air con worked great. Bed comfortable, staff great. Nicely appointed room. Park at the very last parking lot of town, you just have to queue until a spot becomes available. I paid 17euro for about 15:00 to 08:30

The parking availability is a lie. The only option is public parking, which costs €2/hour during the day and €1.5/hour at night. This is double the €20/day advertised by the hotel. When we complained, the hotel offered no compensation and only offered us the option of leaving with a refund for the second of the two nights already booked and paid for. Regarding the accommodations, the bathroom was dark and the towels were stained. During the night, there was a very loud outside air conditioning noise. In short, don't fall for this trap. Escape while you still can.
