Palms Place Hotel and Spa

We stayed here when the original owner was managing the property and everything was more than expected. Based on previous experience, we decided to celebrate our anniversary here which turned out to be a mistake. Check in took quite a bit of time per guest. Our condo was somewhat shabby. Leather- like headboard had major peeling and cracking with strategicly arranged pillows to hide first impression. Kitchen had no plates, utensils, pans, or a towel. Room phones were unconnected so has to search for calling the operator. A plus was the staff and prompt service to bring most of the kitchen items. Unfortunately the Teflon pans were scratched beyond use. Some plates were chipped - still usable but not good optics for a 4 star rating. Jacuzzi did not work and bathroom drain was slow. After reporting this issues the first day no service on either by the end of our stay. All bathroom products were low quality. I didn't know that such thin, scratchy bathroom products were available for purchase. On the plus side was the friendly staff and that regular hotel amenities, including a casino, were available to the connecting property - a short walk either through the hallway or outside. Hotels.com rates this property at 4 1/2 stars. I hope someone will consider re-evaluating to bring the listing more accurate. In my opinion, 3 stars would be a generous evaluation. I would rate the property at 2 stars.

Everything was as expected. Easy check-in. The only complaint would be slow drains in the sinks. Otherwise, value for the cost was great.

More cleaning to rooms especially the in room bathtubs

Amazing experience !!!!!!

The bathroom is the best aspect of this hotel! The rainfall shower, the tub, and the space make this very relaxing and enjoyable. The only downside is that if you want snacks/water after the early evening, you need to talk to Palms Casino Resort (SIF stuff i forgot) store which is a 5-7m walk away.
