The common area is good but rooms are not ..my mattress was void from center .There was no extra light in room other than night lamp so we used mobile torch.Although I understand property is not responsible for parking area but I need to mention that someone scratched our car from passenger side with an object like key .

Days Inn by Wyndham Houston was a major disappointment from start to finish. The entire property, both inside and out, was extremely dirty and poorly maintained. The outdoor area was in disrepair, with parts of the building literally falling apart—most concerning was the second-floor metal railing, which was missing pieces and felt completely unsafe. The pool was unusable, the windows were filthy, and the bathroom had disgusting stains that made it feel unhygienic. I had expected a decent stay based on the Days Inn brand, but this location fell far below even basic standards. While the bed sheets seemed clean, everything else felt neglected. On top of that, the hotel sits next to an incredibly loud and busy highway, making it nearly impossible to get a restful night’s sleep. For the price, this was unacceptable, and I would never stay here again.

The room was right by a dumpster it stunk and the restaurant that had apparantly closed stunk. There was no ice machine close to this side of motel. It had bugs. Something was leaking in bathroom. The air conditioner was very noisy. There was no guide to know what channel on tv or what to watch

Reserved 2 rooms & both had roaches. Numerous things broken such as fridge, microwave, lighting, & tv. Both rooms had stains everywhere. Overall, dirty. Would not recommend.

The motel was in a very convenient location to where I needed to go each day, but that is the only positive. The room smelled bad, there was a huge area of black mold in the bathroom, there was blood on the walls, water was trickling down the wall, the ceiling was crumbling in. I woke up in the mornings to paint and drywall all over the floor where it had fallen in the night. I couldn't use their bath towels because the shelf they put them on had black mold, and the water leaking down the wall got the towels wet. There were also roaches! I would not recommend staying here unless you don't care about your health, or just need to stay someplace cheap. It was budget friendly.

THIS PLACE HAS BED BUGS!!!!!!!!! and all their outlets are all exposed wiring as well. The bathroom shower and tub was covered in MOLD and the drain was literally clogged, the water wouldn't drain whatsoever. It smelled really dirty and the bed sheets were stained with dried up semen and BLOOD!! of course due to those bed bugs. I wouldn't even recommend my worst enemy here, its horrific. The staff was no help whatsoever when we told them about the sheets and bed bugs and didn't even want to give a refund. Literally go ANYWHERE else but here.

Didn’t offer much for breakfast, and everything was dirty especially the sheets where they all had stains and even cigarette burns in them. Even with the room renovated every inch of the room was dirty. The only good thing was the price of the room.

This place was so crappy I don’t know where to begin. First off, the Door lock didn’t work properly so it took 10 or more attempts to open the door. The Tv only had one channel that was clear enough to see through the fuzz.. no cable or even local stations… the mattress was worn and extremely uncomfortable (you could actually feel the spring through it). Apparently they thought painting it was a good idea but apparently hadn’t heard of masking tape . The Bathroom was dirty and they actually painted the toilet seat. The bathtub had chunks of enamel missing and was rusty. I wasn’t lonely though, while showing, several baby roaches came out to help me shower. Thank you wyndom and days inn for the incredibly poor experience!

The dude at the front desk is so rude and disrespectful. Room had no outlets that worked, A/C….what a/c? Say less, it was hotter in the room than outside. Tv? They definitely let me have the static

The first room I was assigned was at the back of the property that seem to be where transient were housed. After numerous complaints, I was assigned another room. The first room had no coffee maker, no ice bucket and t bathroom was hideous. The air conditioning did not cool the room. The reassigned room was better but still below the standards of what I have come to expect from Days Inns. Would not stay at this property again or recommend it to others.

While we stayed the rooms were spacious and clean they are working on a remodel of the rooms so there was lot of noise early in morning but the hotel for most part is a decent place to stay

I am not sure how this hotel has such a good rating. It is fairly clean but reeked of weed. The fire alarm malfunctioned in our room at 3am. Called the front desk and he arrived promptly. Had to disable it for it to stop. Very loud thumps and bumps throughout the night. Wouldn’t stay here again.

I had a very unpleasant experience at Days Inn during my stay. The room was not clean, and the pillows were covered with yellow stains. There was a bad smell in both the room and the washroom, which made it very uncomfortable to stay in. I reported a broken hair dryer multiple times, but no one ever came to fix it. The customer service was unresponsive throughout the stay. Shockingly, the housekeeping staff entered the room without any permission in the name of cleaning, which is a complete violation of privacy. There was visible mold around the bathtub, the silicone was peeling off, and the tiles and bathtub tap were broken. The lighting in the room was also very poor, and there was no room fan, making the room stuffy and uncomfortable. Overall, it was a terrible experience. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, safe, and responsive place to stay. It seriously needs maintenance and better management.

Charlie was one of the rudest people I’ve met in my life! I had to extend my stay for work twice. The first time i extended I went the the front desk and signed whatever paperwork he needed me to. The second day Charlie made me check completely out of the room and told me to come back at 2pm to recheck in. I am a former flight attendant and in all my years of traveling have I ever been asked to check out, pack my things and then come back.

Facilities are a bit old, yet the hotel crew makes their best to have it cleaned daily. It’s a good option to sleep if you’re looking for a spot near downtown and has access to quick routes. Lobby personnel is very helpful and friendly.

The gentleman at the front desk was great. Professional down to earth, Kind. For the area What was the issue experienced was the mini fridge and phone did not work. They were broken. Other than that, sheets were clean on both beds. Pillows were fluffy not flat. Water pressure well. Lighted well.

First 5 mins there, I found baby roaches. It had carpet from 1970's. It was very loud outside. Then I heard banging on the door I peeved out the window the room next to me was surrounded by police officers. For some reason the gentleman in that room had to be escorted out. By then I was afraid for my life.

Days Inn by Wyndham Houston was a major disappointment from start to finish. The entire property, both inside and out, was extremely dirty and poorly maintained. The outdoor area was in disrepair, with parts of the building literally falling apart—most concerning was the second-floor metal railing, which was missing pieces and felt completely unsafe. The pool was unusable, the windows were filthy, and the bathroom had disgusting stains that made it feel unhygienic. I had expected a decent stay based on the Days Inn brand, but this location fell far below even basic standards. While the bed sheets seemed clean, everything else felt neglected. On top of that, the hotel sits next to an incredibly loud and busy highway, making it nearly impossible to get a restful night’s sleep. For the price, this was unacceptable, and I would never stay here again.

Long drive completely exhausted been going since 5:30am. Bed was comfortable, the room was clean, the shower/bat was perfect. The breakfast was okay but it didn't have any meat or eggs. I wanted grits and bacon but got a mini waffle with water instead. No apple juice just water came out and the cranberry juice was orange. The coffee machine was nice with its different options for my husband.

Worst hotel experience I have ever had so thought I should spare someone else from making the same mistake. Days Inns can be great but this location had incredible rude staff, the plugs were pulled out of the walls, no hot water most of the time(only Luke warm), the satellite was not working properly so the TV would go in and out, the laundry facilities were closed, the bathroom in the lobby was closed, breakfast consisted of bread slices and cold biscuits(gravy was always gone, and the juice machine was broken. overall the place was dirty and poorly maintained. Staff threatened to charge $35 if not in the lobby by 11 sharp so not accommodating in the slightest. Days Inn should revoke their right to use their name.

They have roaches and bedbugs as well they do not have clean at all I had to do a retouch on everything and housekeeping knock they don’t read the do not disturb sign and they didn’t want to refund for the week we stayed there unfortunately never going back again

My television does not work along with the phone. The room was not clean. In fact, I had to mop the floor which turned my mop nearly black. Then I am being charged a daily fee for having a dog despite the FACT the room was dirty when I checked in with orange and brown stuff covering the walls, an a/c unit filters were black with mold. The door to the room does not close properly and the sheets in the room were dirty and no mattress cover on the mattress. Hopefully it does not have bed bugs!!
