It's a good place to stay, as long as you're not looking for a real exercise facility.

The staff was very friendly, but the elevator wasn't working; so, we had to carry the luggage up the stairs.

The dryer is broken so I had to hang my clothes all over my room of course I didn’t figure that out before. The staff often had to be woken up if you need anything before 8, but overall pretty good

The room was clean and comfortable. BUT we had to dodge a homeless person outside and then inside the lobby. The elevator was broken and the ice machine on the second floor was also broken.

I was told that our room was on the 2cd floor but the elevator had been out for over a month. I ask why this was not disclosed to your website or the future guests and they said well we are having a hard time getting it fixed. I have a lung condition (COPD) and having to climb 2 sets of stairs was not easy. I asked for a different room and they only had a king room and there were 3 people in our party. I asked for a roll away and they said they didn't have one. However they did fail to mention that the couch was a hideabed. I won't be staying there again. The room smelled like old pot and smoke. Thanks but no thanks. !!

The elevator was inoperable

Fitness room has 3machines; 2 were broken. No weights, or other equipment options. Coffee/tea service that was promised 24/7 in common area was not there. Elevator grinds and moves slowly- causing worry. TV cable service was erratic- cut out frequently- had to stop watching. We hope the breakfast buffet (offered from 6-9 a.m. ) will be edible. The room itself was ok, with only2 flaws: no bathroom exhaust fan; only one lounge chair for a room for 2 guests- and chair replacing as support springs were shot. This property likely has management that has no interest in a higher quality guest experience.

Check in was easy, fast, and the lady at the front desk was so courteous and friendly. The elevator was out, but I usually take the stairs regardless, 2nd floor room so it didn’t matter. Television wouldn’t turn on using either or the two remotes provided or the button in the TV. It would have only been used as background noise anyhow so I didn’t complain knowing it would involve a room change. The shower head is nice but water flow seemed abnormally restricted.

We just had a 1 night stay on a long road trip. The hotel was perfectly adequate for the few hours we needed to sleep. We had a 3rd floor room, but the elevator was broken. No big deal, however when we opened our room door it was a sauna. It’s the middle of July in Alabama it was so hot in there and all we wanted to do was go to sleep. Luckily, the AC cooled it off in reasonable time. It suited our needs for the night.

This is the 2nd time I’ve stayed there in the past couple of months and the elevator didn’t work either time! That could be a big problem for some people! Breakfast was so-so and the coffee could be better. The halls both times had a smell, but the rooms were nice, clean and I felt safe. I would stay again, but if the elevator doesn’t work a third time I will go somewhere else.

The hotel is pretty basic and shows some normal signs of wear and tear but I could not get over how clean it was!!!! I've never stayed at a hotel in this class that was so immaculate. In fact I've stayed at several 4 & 5 star hotels that were not as clean as this one! 100% would recommend!

Employees were great. Everything smelled good and was very clean. I would stay here again.

Room cleaning was poor eyelashes on the floor when I checked in and the next day after cleaning, mold spores on the A/C unit and stains on the wall

Within 30 minutes of checking in we saw 3 roaches!! So until they get that handled I would not recommend staying there. The person on duty was very friendly and helpful.

Very clean rooms, like no dust, not even on top of the lamp in the back corner. (We only looked becasue we notoced how clean everything was). Beds and pillows were comfy. Staff was all very nice. Zero complaints.

Unfortunately the elevator wasn’t working and we had to go upstairs with all our luggage’s. Also in the bathroom many moldy spots by the bathtubs.

The bedding was dirty and smelly like mildew..The room had a odor..The shower had dried up soap bar stuck in the shower from previous tenants..The shower head spewed water out the pipe of the shower head..

They say it's smoke-free but we were greeted by the strong smell of marijuana when going to our room. It didn't look like our room had been cleaned very well and found we long black hairs on the sheets of the bed. It was late and we were only staying for the night so I didn't complain to the front desk. The breakfast was good. The breakfast area was small and locked down, a room key was required to enter.

They had to change our room three times. First room - the toilet was broken. Second room - roaches were crawling all over the night stand and bed boards. Third room roaches were in that room. Did not sleep and other hotels were booked. Came out to my car @ 5 am to sleep before going to Graduation services and driving back to Atlanta. I would like to be refunded. I also have pictures and videos. Where should I send those pictures and videos?

Good value! Away from the main highways so it was quiet. Small room, which is fine for 2 people. Breakfast OK. Restaurants are 2-5 miles away, except for a couple of fast food places.

If all you want to do is sleep, it’s OK. Small rooms, a reasonably bare bones place. One chair in the room, I don’t plan to return.

Room was clean snd smelled fine when we first got there, when we came back from getting food it smelled like dog and we could hear a dog barking alot.

Bathroom had the loudest fan, alarm clock wasn't working, AC was kind of loud.

Overall, my stay was 'okay'. Check-in was good and the lady at the front desk was very nice. It was super hot in the hallways and in our room. The unit was turned off. The room probably didn't cool completely until around 4am. We checked in around 8pm the previous night.

Hotel was nice for a one night stay. If you like super firm beds then this is the hotel for you! Shower stayed nice and hot, breakfast was delicious, the tv was awesome! Hotel staff were super sweet and welcoming!

Upon arrival, we were "greeted" by the front desk attendant in shorts and a t-shirt. He quickly put his uniform shirt on when he realized we would be checking in. While checking in, we were told that the hotel had overbooked. We were switched from a Double Queen room to a "suite" that had a King bed and pull-out sofa bed (not ideal for a family of four). Without other options at the time of night, we accepted. After this we were told that the elevator was out, so we would be carrying our luggage up three flights of stairs, also we would need to stop at the laundry room to get the bedding for the pull-out bed. A pile of laundry was given to us and we made our way upstairs. Breakfast was alright. Some of the options were served in heated dishes, but that meant that the eggs and sausage were sitting in water (condensation I presume). It didn't look appetizing. Upon returning from the day's activities, we walked into the lobby to the same attendant chatting with another staff member while rap music played from behind the desk. They were seated in the lobby area. I didn't appreciate having music about "b*tches" playing loudly enough for my children to hear while walking through. Very unprofessional in my opinion. Housekeeping emptied the garbage, but failed to replace the garbage bags. Overall, we were disappointed.

Front desk staff was amazing

Took 15-minutes before someone showed up at The counter. When asked why the registration counter was not manned, the response was rude and unapologetic (Christine at The registration counter).

We were pleased with our room and breakfast was great. Our only complaint was at checkout when we realized we had been overcharged. The manager was extremely rude and told us to “leave and get out”. She refused to explain the discrepancy or give us a number to call for an explanation. Sad ending to a restful night. We will not be back.

Everything about my stay here, was excellent. Friendly, helpful staff, even the guests I encountered was friendly. The environment was a safe feeling environment. Even the continental breakfast was eat able. The room was nice and the shower was even better. Would definitely stay at again.

I was refused check in due to my service animals not having a “certificate”. Those “service animals certificates” are fake and it is against the law to deny someone for having a service animal. I am a disabled veteran and it is also against the law to ask to see any type of certification stating they are a service animal (since those don’t exist unless they are fake) in Alabama.

Thank you for an easy process when the online time didn’t understand what I needed. Your employees are the best.

Hotel was fine but had people sleeping in the parking lot also when leaving in the morning some one asked to purchase my room key before I checked out. I told the front desk and they went looking for him. Would not recommend

The property was in a great location.Very close to the interstate. The property was very clean both on the outside and inside. The room was really clean, including the bathroom. The bedding was super comfortable.

The area around the facility does not appear to be the safest.

Great overnight stay on longer trip. Conveniently located to I-85 and close to a lot of options for food. Room was clean and hotel seemed like it was well kept. Comfortable beds. Area of town seemed pretty nice. Breakfast was decent.

Felt like a rough area of town, very difficult to navigate. The hotel itself is clean and bright and welcoming and felt safe. Check in staff was kind and quick to help, but I was disappointed to learn that no infant crib was available despite it being advertised on the site when I booked and requested in my notes ahead of time. Also, when we got to our room the remote was not the right one for our TV. However, after asking the front desk about it, they got us the right remote and we were all set. The bathroom is very worn down but clean and functional. Beds are very comfy and we all slept great in the quiet hotel.

The area around the property is really sketchy. They do well to have it where you can only enter at night by your key card, including the lobby door. But there’s a lot of random people hanging out doing drugs in the neighborhood and in front of the hotel.

The room was not clean. The breakfast in the morning was supposed to be ready at 6 a.m. It was not. The employee's only comment was that he got there late. Two other hotel customers left and came back with breakfast from a local fast food restaurant. We waited only to find ice cold biscuits, sausage and gravy. To that the owner/manager? replied "OK' to us.

The check in was so easy and the staff is lovely. The room was spotless and so spacious. The bed was very comfortable and I always appreciate a duvet over a bedspread. I loved that I could bring my pet for the most reasonable pet fee I have ever paid. She is a tiny cat, only 5 lbs. It was $10.00. I was pleasantly surprised. The breakfast was plentiful with several options. I felt this hotel was a great value and I will seek them out on roadtrips in the future. I am a 60 woman traveling alone and I felt very safe. I

Clean and comfortable. A bit dated. Breakfast is frozen biscuits, effs ans sausage, no taste. The other options, cereal, waffles and bagels was ok.

Do not stay here. This place is so dirty. It smelled terrible. We got a non smoking room and it smelled like weed, cigarettes and food. Smelled the same in the hallways. The woman at the counter wasn’t friendly. We got a room with a king bed and sleeper sofa, the sofa cushions were disgusting. The mattress was worse. They didn’t have blankets for the sleeper sofa. The breakfast was gross. Cold food that was supposed to be hot. I’m glad we were only passing through. I wouldn’t have stayed another night. We were afraid to touch things. Stay somewhere else.
