Great place to stay, and host was great.

A lovely dog-friendly base for Newquay only 15 mins walk from the station. If you don’t like animals don’t stay here! Stayed for 4 nights and we loved the cosy room, beds are so comfortable. Had the best sleep! This cute B&B run by the lovely host Sarah who was so friendly and helpful. It’s like a mini animal sanctuary with Willow the cat welcoming you as you walk in, 4 gorgeous dogs and a chicken barn at the back. Perfect location for Lusty Glaze beach. Thank you Sarah! We will be back!

Room was adequate and clean with a quirkie toilet under the stairs behind the door inside the room that I hadn’t noticed. Sarah is lovey, friendly and a really lovely host, however should be a little more direct and forceful of her rules ( ie check out times and parking). Parking is not the best as when full at least 2 cars will be blocked in completely - and annoyingly she kept trying to encourage me to park round the corner on the road- which I did not want to do ( hence booking a b&b with car parking ). I was going to take my dog, however it was too hot so left her at home but would not have been a problem here. I would recommend this b&b although please ensure your parking and also it is a 15 min walk to town and 40 mins walk to fistral beach xx. Not a bad review just my opinion. Thank you sarah I enjoyed my stay .

There was some confusion regarding the breakfast included or not, but that was the fault of Expedia
