Fantastic place to stay, great location and Andrew and Abigail were amazing! Homemade breakfast treats and such helpful suggestions of things to do. Room was extremely comfortable with lots of thoughtful details.

Accommodation was very clean . Near to walk for a meal . Extra touches ie home made muffins and bread .

Would highly recommend this guest house. Great location for walking into Windermere and Bowness and for exploring wider area. Owners very welcoming and provide useful information about the local area such as places to eat, walks, places of interest. Great breakfast using home grown and local produce. Home baked bread and muffins a real treat.

Room was lovely and clean and warm, staff were nice and friendly and breakfast lovely.

We had a lovely 2 night stay lovely clean room with everything we needed. Andrew and Abigail are brilliant hosts nothing is too much they go above and beyond especially as I am Gluten free had two delicious GF breakfasts and my husband had the full cumberland breakfasts and one of Abigails lovely home baked muffins. We will definitely be returning next year.
