As advertised, the Denver Cottage was perfect. Clean, well appointed and a terrific location for any Denver activity. And parking was was always available on Vine Street in front. We’ll definitely stay there again next time in Denver

We loved this location and walked everywhere we visited. It was close enough to the Denver Museum of Nature and History, swan boats in City Park, Botanical Gardens, and we enjoyed restaurants Syrup and Cherry Tomato. The kitchen was fully stocked with amenities we used in cooking for our family. The place was cozy and comfortable for the 5 of us to enjoy relaxing in the space when we needed time to relax and we enjoyed hanging out in the yard at the little bistro table playing games in the late afternoon & having coffee in the morning. Great towels/ bedding/ throw blankets and great shower toiletries and lotion. Super communication with hosts and easy check in process. One downfall was this place could supply better toilet paper.

Very roomy and pleasant cottage behind a house. Had no problems with parking on the street or getting in. Very convenient location for the zoo and science museum. Accommodation was comfortable and had all the basics we needed. We didn’t use the kitchen much, but it looked well stocked. I personally found the king bed too soft for my liking, but the other beds were firmer and comfortable. The property is a gem - very cute decor, super clean, and quiet location near the city park. We were very comfortable during our stay. Great spot for visiting the park, zoo, and museum of nature and science. Hosts were very responsive. I appreciated the nice, cool AC on the hot summer days! We would definitely stay here again.

The carriage house is in a great location and everything was as described in the listing. Easy street parking, A/C worked great, nice quiet neighborhood, etc. I particularly appreciated the clear instructions on everything - how to direct delivery drivers, check in, what to do with trash, check out, etc. We used the carriage house as a home base for our trip visiting not only Denver but Colorado Springs, Golden, and Manitou Springs. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend this property to others!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautifully restored carriage house in Denver! The place was well stocked (kitchen, bathroom), clean, cozy and very charming. It provided everything we needed, including some toys and puzzles for my toddler. We were a party of four generations, and the carriage house served us all well including my toddler and his great grandmother. The location is in a cute, safe neighborhood with ample parking on the streets. The hosts were communicative, and the check in/out processes were very simple and straightforward. Located close to places of interest like the Denver Zoo and great food, there were lots to do and places to eat within a 5-15min drive away. We would absolutely stay here again on a future visit.

Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay at this property, for our first time in Denver. The neighborhood was quiet, with a wonderful location just minutes from the zoo and Museum of Nature and Science. We also loved being able to walk to a really nice playground in City Park as well some great breakfast options. Check in was easy and the property was very welcoming and comfortable. Our kids enjoyed the puzzles and games, as well. We would definitely enjoy staying here again, if we are ever in the area.

Really enjoyed our stay at this property near City Park. Plenty of space for a family of 4. Well stocked with things you’d need to cook, do laundry, bathe, etc. plenty of blankets and pillows and super comfortable beds! We enjoyed the puzzle and books and endless TV choices for the time we spent indoors. Street level parking was never an issue - we were here a week and parked directly in front of the house every single time we returned to the property. Very close (under 3 miles) to just about anything you’d want to do in town. Will definitely look this one up for future visits to the city!

We spent a week visiting our son who had moved to Denver in June. The home was clean and had all the amenities needed to prepare a meal. Nearby in walking distance was a park and two coffee shops. Highly recommended.

This was the perfect spot for our Spring break getaway from Wisconsin. Our family of 4 was very comfortable here. Clean, very well equipped, hosts were great communicators and location was perfect. We walked to a breakfast spot and it was a quick Uber ride to downtown spots. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Our family of 5( including 3 teens) loved our stay! It was the perfect size place for us. We cooked breakfast every morning and a couple of dinners. The boys enjoyed a baseball game and the ladies a little shopping. It was in a great location. The beds were comfortable and even though you’re in the city it wasn’t noisy for some great sleeping! Great communication with the hosts Highly recommend

This private carriage house was so quiet and spacious. We were looking for something to spread out and enjoy away from the hustle and bustle of my son’s wedding festivities. This place was perfect. The neighborhood is safe and walkable with City Park and a few restaurants near by. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked, and the towels are big and fluffy.
This private carriage house was so quiet and spacious. We were looking for something to spread out and enjoy away from the hustle and bustle of my son’s wedding festivities. This place was perfect. The neighborhood is safe and walkable with City Park and a few restaurants near by. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked, and the towels are big and fluffy.

We stayed in this lovely and historic carriage house after many days in the Rockies. It was a great base to explore Denver--it was close to the Denver Zoo and the Rino and LoDo neighborhoods. We walked to a great breakfast at two different cafes. The carriage house is very comfortable, clean, and quiet. We loved the light in the place and the well stocked kitchen. We highly recommend this place.

My sisters, my daughter, and I stayed in this adorable house when we were in Denver for The Eras Tour. We all thought the home was beautiful and cozy. We were interested in the art throughout the home and then realized that one of the hosts is a talented artist. I asked about an early check in because our flight landed so early in the morning, and I was so glad that they let us check in well before the normal time. We really enjoyed our stay.

The house itself is wonderful. Wide open space and enough beds for Grampa, Gramma and the two boys. Directions are pretty clear and signage is onsite to direct you to the carriage house. Just a narrow sidewalk that is being over crowded by the shrubs is the only downside to this property. We had a wonderful time. Near enough to Coors Field, Ball Stadium and Mile High Stadium for a quick drive.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautifully restored carriage house in Denver! The place was well stocked (kitchen, bathroom), clean, cozy and very charming. It provided everything we needed, including some toys and puzzles for my toddler. We were a party of four generations, and the carriage house served us all well including my toddler and his great grandmother. The location is in a cute, safe neighborhood with ample parking on the streets. The hosts were communicative, and the check in/out processes were very simple and straightforward. Located close to places of interest like the Denver Zoo and great food, there were lots to do and places to eat within a 5-15min drive away. We would absolutely stay here again on a future visit.

This was the perfect spot for our Spring break getaway from Wisconsin. Our family of 4 was very comfortable here. Clean, very well equipped, hosts were great communicators and location was perfect. We walked to a breakfast spot and it was a quick Uber ride to downtown spots. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

This private carriage house was so quiet and spacious. We were looking for something to spread out and enjoy away from the hustle and bustle of my son’s wedding festivities. This place was perfect. The neighborhood is safe and walkable with City Park and a few restaurants near by. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked, and the towels are big and fluffy.

This is the perfect spot, and it was just what we were looking for. It is just a short walk from beautiful City Park, which we took advantage of, and it is an easy drive downtown or out of town from there. Only 30 minutes from the airport. We highly recommend this rental, in fact, for our next visit we plan to stay here again.

Lovely converted carriage house in a friendly residential neighborhood within walking distance of City Park. Calm and quiet.10 mins drive downtown, easy access to everything (including groceries).The house is very well furnished and perfectly stocked up. Communication with the owners is easy and efficient. The property is a gem - very cute decor, super clean, and quiet location near the city park. We were very comfortable during our stay. Great spot for visiting the park, zoo, and museum of nature and science. Hosts were very responsive. I appreciated the nice, cool AC on the hot summer days! We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed in this lovely and historic carriage house after many days in the Rockies. It was a great base to explore Denver--it was close to the Denver Zoo and the Rino and LoDo neighborhoods. We walked to a great breakfast at two different cafes. The carriage house is very comfortable, clean, and quiet. We loved the light in the place and the well stocked kitchen. We highly recommend this place.

We loved this location and walked everywhere we visited. It was close enough to the Denver Museum of Nature and History, swan boats in City Park, Botanical Gardens, and we enjoyed restaurants Syrup and Cherry Tomato. The kitchen was fully stocked with amenities we used in cooking for our family. The place was cozy and comfortable for the 5 of us to enjoy relaxing in the space when we needed time to relax and we enjoyed hanging out in the yard at the little bistro table playing games in the late afternoon & having coffee in the morning. Great towels/ bedding/ throw blankets and great shower toiletries and lotion. Super communication with hosts and easy check in process. One downfall was this place could supply better toilet paper.

We loved our stay! The location was perfect- we ran every morning from the house to city park. The house is well stocked and very comfortable. Great spot for a family of 4! We loved Syrup- great breakfast spot!

We spent a week visiting our son who had moved to Denver in June. The home was clean and had all the amenities needed to prepare a meal. Nearby in walking distance was a park and two coffee shops. Highly recommended.

Absolutely loved this carriage house! Kitchen was very well appointed which was great as I needed to prepare some Thanksgiving dishes for my daughter’s house. Beds great! One of the best VRBOs I’ve stayed in . There were 3 of us and my toddler grandson came over to play and take a nap. Thanks for the pack and play!

Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay at this property, for our first time in Denver. The neighborhood was quiet, with a wonderful location just minutes from the zoo and Museum of Nature and Science. We also loved being able to walk to a really nice playground in City Park as well some great breakfast options. Check in was easy and the property was very welcoming and comfortable. Our kids enjoyed the puzzles and games, as well. We would definitely enjoy staying here again, if we are ever in the area.

The carriage house is the perfect pied a terre in the city! It is centrally located, making it easy to get to destinations deep inside of downtown in 10 - 15 minutes. The house is very well set-up, comfortable and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable, the interior was so cool temperature-wise during a crazy hot week in Denver. We used the kitchen to make dinners and a few breakfasts and it was well-equipped.We live in the mountains where the bears outnumber the people and werenworried there might be a lot more noise than we are used to, but the entire property was peaceful, quiet and private.Thank you for a lovely stay!

Great safe spot, perfect layout, convenient features that make a big difference like hooks in the bathroom, gas stove, washer/dryer, big dining table, kitchen island, and nice outdoor patio space. Also love the proximity to amenities and quick, kind responsiveness of the hosts. This is our second time here, and we’ll be back next summer.

A comfortable and spacious place to stay in Denver, just steps away from City Park. The house is very well appointed with ample crockery and glassware and comfortable beds and furniture. Instructions for access were clear. We had little need to contact the host but the one time we did they replied promptly.
