Les informations indiqués sur le descriptif des prestations indiqués une piscine mais celle ci n est pas incluse dans le prix de la nuit avec un supplément de 20€ par passage. Il s agit d un grand complexe idéal pour les séminaires situé entre l aéroport et le centre ville. Peu de chose autour de l hôtel. Les chambres sont agréables et grande. Très légèrement bruyante côté voie rapide. Le petit déjeuner est bien garni. Le personnel n est pas toujours disponible et avenant discutant entre eux sans prendre en compte le client. On a même essayé de me refaire payé la chambre réglée en ligne. De même, l appel a 23:30 pour confirmer la destination du taxi réservé pour 4:50 n est pas appréciable. Je trouve le rapport qualité/prix un peu élevé.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout our visit. Our room was clean, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable – one of the best hotel beds I've slept in, which is not something I often experience. The breakfast was excellent, with a great selection of both hot and cold dishes. The atmosphere in the hotel was pleasant and relaxing, and the rooms were very quiet. We didn't hear any noise from the street or from other rooms, which made for a great night's sleep. We also treated ourselves to a massage at the hotel's spa, and it was one of the best massages I've ever had. It was truly relaxing and a highlight of our stay. On our second evening, we had to change rooms because the automatic curtains in our original room kept opening by themselves and couldn't be closed properly. The staff handled the situation quickly and moved us to another room of the same standard, which we really appreciated. Overall, we had a great experience and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

At this moment, I think this is the best hotel in Sofia. Everything inside is modern and spotless, the staff is very helpful, and the amenities are top-notch.

Came for an Energy conference and only stayed one night. Got an unexpected free upgrade and breakfast and a gorgeous modern corner room. The hotel has a gym and a pool however if you plan to swim (like I did) you need a swimming cap and entrance is 20 eur extra. Staff were all great very helpful and best thing: no waiting times at checkin or checkout.
