Staff were lovely especially the lady who checked us in! Fantastic! Lovely clean room and nice relaxed time in the spa Would recommend and come back!

Very large room. Room 53 in a separate building from the main hotel building. Huge living area and 2 bedrooms and one bathroom. Just a minute off the motorway. Tired fittings and fixtures. Dated bathroom. Sofa and chairs look newer though. Perfect for overnight stop which is what we used it for (very spacious for 3 adults). We arrived at half past midnight and reception was friendly, quick and helpful.

Very welcoming staff, clean and tidy room. Great shower water pressure. Overall very good. Hotel showing signs of wear and dated but clean. Good value

Rooms are extremely dated. Circa late 80s early 90s. Staff extremely helpful and friendly; one of the redeeming factors in my stay and hence the 3 stars. Breakfast was fantastic. Dinner was overpriced for what seemed like a microwave meal

Staff were great. Rooms need a little TLC. Mattrass needed an extra duvet as a topper (im fussy) Breakfast also needs a bit TLC - the first thing is the atmosphere. The end room where the continental food is, is deathly quiet. People having to whisper. Get some music on. The second thing is the coffee...
