Nethway Hotel

A great value small hotel. Hosts Julie and Gary were so friendly and helpful. Hotel is around 15 minutes from the start of the area where restaurants are, so very convenient for eating out .

Very welcoming staff, nice clean room and a good breakfast to start your day. We will be returning to this lovely hotel, all the best to Gary and Julie. Kelv & Tara

A great place to stay for a night

Owners Julie & Gary are friendly and ever present. It feels more like a B&B than a hotel in that respect. We used it as a quiet base for day trips in and around the area and it is in a good location for that. We had a family room and it was split into two creating a seperate space for the children rather than just having all the beds next to each other like a lot of places do. Its an old building with all the character that comes with it like high ceilings and creaky floorboards underfoot but we didn't hear the other guests when we were in our room and it was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was good with a selection of cereals, juices and a cooked breakfast made to order. The only downside was that the cooked breakfast didn't come with black pudding. Despite the black pudding scandal we had a very enjoyable stay and would definitely make Nethway Hotel our base again the next time we visit Torquay,
