I booked this a couple months in advance to take my great grandson for his 5th birthday. And on the web site it specifically said it had a pool. Unfortunatly it doesnot have a pool and i had a very unhappy little boy. It is connected to a indoor water pak and doesnt not state on line that the water park is only opened on fri and saturday and also sundays, but on the waterpark web site it showes also that the water park is closed sundays but also charge for day tickets! I should be refunded or some type of compensated for false advertizing. I wouldnt of booked there if i would of known there was no pool, thats what we traveled there to enjoy before starting school.

It was a decent property. Room was great. Breakfast good. Nice for the price. The elevator is a bit sketchy but would stay there again.

Arrived at hotel and no one at front desk- waited for 5 minutes then called the hotel and told “ I’ll be right there… watching the television “elevator arrived and gentleman went to front desk to check us in. Hotel advertised a pool, so went to check it out- horrible! Dirty towels, dark and water dirty and still. Water slide was inoperable. Also advertised bar, cooler with beer available. Very weird place- sign out front covered with tarp sign “peach tree inn- seemed either to be closing or reopening!

Staff was friendly, room was clean. Lamps on night stand that we are suppose to use as a light and outlet didn’t work. The pool was very disappointing. The water may have been dirtier than we knew it. The pool floor was extremely slippery where when my wife and I both almost slipped and fell entering and exiting the water. I can see someone getting injured very easily unless that is fixed. The pool is catered to kids which is great but the only part for adults wasn’t even filled up with water. If they are going to advertise a waterpark it should be up and running completely

Nice place for an overnight stay. Water Park attached is good for younger kids.

I reserved the property for the pool access, I called to verify pool was working before making the reservation, they had the pool closed 3 of the 4 days I was there, the weather was bad and they didn’t keep the parking lot or sidewalks cleared.

Unsafe. Power failed and there are no working emergency lights in halls or stairs. Renovations are underway and conditions are poor. Staff is generally unhelpful and aloof. Find another option.

Do. Not. Stay. Here. What is posted online is not accurate. First there is a pool BUT you have to pay $20 per person per day and it’s only open limited hours on weekends. The elevator is scary and once you get to your floor it drops a little bit and makes a loud noise. The breakfast food was old. There were ants in our room. Ice machine was broken so you had to ask staff for ice. The bathtub did not have a stopper for a bath. They were doing construction and left their trash all over. Since the elevator was scary we took the stairs and they had ladders and lighting left on the floor, not safe for littles! Trash cans outside always filled and over flowing. So unhappy about this stay!

Rooms were filthy, they smelled. We got our first room there was giant stains on the bed. Switched our room and there was bugs on the pillows and behind the bed. Water park was advertised but cost an additional $20 to use the water slides. Would not recommend very rundown and dirty!

The property was infested with ants. Our room was covered, they couldn’t switch us to another room since 1/2 the hotel was under construction and they would not refund our second night even though we didn’t stay. Terrible customer service.

This property was so dirty and run down. The first room they gave me, the bed was broken So I was given a 2nd room. In that room, the tub faucet was on, even when turned all the way off. As I was getting into bed after a very long day of travel, I discovered blood on my comforter under the top sheet/blanket they had on top. I was too tired to complain again. The hallway did not seem to have any type of air on and it was 95 degrees out. The complimentary breakfast, was very sad as well. The pool was fun, I will give them that. We played there for hours. The staff was rude in the hotel. The shower DID have amazing pressure, for a hotel. I would stay somewhere else if you can, even if the deal looks pretty good.

This hotel is in a be try poor state. It seems as it has been recently bought but the new owner had not invested into any renovations. It looks very empty like a lot of the furniture and decor from the previous owner was removed and not replaced. The elevator’s floor is falling apart, the button to the third floor was even gone. The carpet and decor look super old, the shower gel in the tub was empty and not refilled. When I mentioned it to the front desk, they could not find anything to provide me with some. A client there said he had the same issue too… The door to the room does not close unless you give it a hard push with your shoulder. It rubs on the floor. The curtain was out of its rod and hanging down on one side. The tub’s enamel was in a bad shape. Overall, I could not wait to get out of there. I spent only one night, fortunately. I stayed there because it was the only one available in the area close enough to Berrien Springs where my child had an ACT test. I would not go back there. I hope the new owner make some improvements, because it was not worth the $200 I spent.

The workers were all extremely nice. It was just a bit more run down than expected. We had 2 rooms and the tubs were peeling and rusted, also the main door in one room was extremely hard to close looking like it had been forced open at some time, and a closet door in the other room was hanging off.

The initial room smelled of mold and had what looked like semen stain all on the pull out couch when my nephew was supposed to sleep. The front desk got got us in another room for the night. The room he moved us to was way better but STILL dirty. The bathroom shower looks as if it never got cleaned. After the second night we was moved to another room because the front desk guy stated that someone else booked the room we were in. So now we were the third room and needless to say the same condition. I would not say in the place again or recommend to anyone. The room was very overpriced for the condition the room/hotel was in.

Gross bathroom sink- toothpaste and stubble hair, probably wasn’t even touched. One of the bath towels had brown stains on it, used it for the floor since the floor was wet from no shower liner with a cloth curtain. No hand soap in bathroom. Conditioner was empty in shower. Snack bar in lobby was not stocked. Coffee in morning was empty. This used to be a Fairfield by Marriott and was definitely a nicer facility. Will only stay there again because it close to business, after inspection, otherwise I’ll stay further up 94

Outdated dirty noisy from highway

Good first: quick check in, 3 queen beds available for family of 6, rooms appear to be made and ready. The bad: I walked in and the first thing they clarified was if I was there for the water park or the hotel. I booked the room thinking the pool was included in the price. It was not and was an additional $20/person. I wasn’t about to change the booking with 4 kids in tow. I would have considered paying the price, but based other observations from the hotel, I’m not sure the water park/pool would have been worth it. Things seemed dated. The pillows are small flat squares. I tried a wall outlet and it was really loose. The hotel elevator was missing a button and tiles. The carpet was stained and it just felt unclean. The hotel worked in a bind (booked last minute). However, I would consider another hotel in the future.

There was some drag racers outside at 9 pm and 2am that were loud. Think it was an isolated incident. The room was clean, pretty, large and reasonably priced.

We reserved the family suite as we had 6 people in our group. They didn’t have all the beds in the room that were promised and made us pay for a second room to have enough places to sleep. The rooms were dirty and the family suite had missing lightbulbs in the lamps and when mentioned, they never gave us replacements. Everything was not their fault or their problem. The water park was a nice space but the water was foamy and it didn’t smell at all clean. The bathrooms in the water park were very gross and obviously hadn’t been cleaned in the previous 24 hours. They have some basic things to do to bring this to a hotel level I would want to stay at again. I would rather pay that same money elsewhere in the future.

The AC was loud as hell and they're are no TV channels.

Room was spaciousness and clean. Staff was helpful. Beds were comfortable. They just need to fix the elevator because when going up to the 3rd floor and it stops, it drops and make a loud banging noise. I was terrified to use it after that because I cannot navigate stairs very easily due to severe knee issues.

It was great to find a place to stay nearby cousins cottage in Coloma. The hotel has seen better days and it want cheap. But the beds were very comfortable and the room was clean.

This is definitely a work in progress. Our room was spacious and clean. The hotel was quiet for the most part and the staff was very friendly. It's clear a family has taken on the job of restoring this property to a new, beautiful standard. I was pleased with the location, the price and our room. The elevator is a little scary at the moment, but I'm sure it will be fixed. I look forward to seeing it fully restored.

Light inside door didn't work. Microwave and refrigerator didn't work. Soap dispenser in the shower was empty.

The location is convenient to the Interstate 94. However, it also contributes to the noise factor. Room was clean. A little outdated. Peeling wallpaper. Very low water pressure on the 3rd floor. Could barely get enough pressure to brush my teeth and flush the toilet. Breakfast as expected. Bed comfortable. Front desk professional and courteous. Price reasonable. Ok for 1 night stay.

I called earlier in the week to arrange for an early check in. I was told "no problem". When we arrived, we were told the room wasn't ready and they could put us in a smaller room that was. I accepted that but wanted a refund of the difference because my original room was more expensive. I have talked to three different people and have received nothing but a run around. I feel as though if they keep passing me off to different people I will finally give up. If a person isn't qualified or trained to make adjustments in payment, they shouldn't be running the front desk!

Thanks largely due to the exceptional service provided by Sam. He ensured a seamless check in process and even fixed the TV issue in my room. Overall, rooms were comfortable and clean,, I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone seeking a welcoming and comfortable stay in the area.

Made reservations on hotel.com, when we arrived, hotel didn't have our reservations. Did get a room, not most friendly employee

The manager, with his distinguished British charm, impeccable manners and genuine concern for the well-being of guests truly set Peach Tree Inn and Suites apart from the rest, ensuring that every. The guests felt special. In conclusion, It was an absolute pleasure and memorable stay. Also amazing housekeeping service , cleanliness of the rooms.

Just here for a quick night. It’s very comfortable and has everything we need for this one-night stay. We were a bit perplexed when we informed the front desk that the smoke alarm in our room was beeping, instead of coming to replace the battery it likely needed, they told us to take off the wall. I wasn’t in fear of a fire, but surely disengaging safety devices isn’t the most sensible way to proceed through life.

We had a good night sleep, but after breakfast we couldn’t go back up to our room. Neither elevator worked. My husband and I are both disabled and couldn’t take stairs up to the third floor. Dwaine was very polite and kept trying to reset elevator, but wouldn’t work. Not to mention we had to deal with the smell of paint. The hotel was remodeling. Dwaine was finally able to reset the elevator, but told us we only had probable 30 minutes to get our stuff and leave. My husband wasn’t able to take shower as planned. We had stayed the night before and only one elevator was working at that time.

It was an ok experience. This hotel is overpriced but it is the only hotel in Watervliet. Breakfast should be improved if they want to keep high prices otherwise Pawpaw hotels are way much better. They have a play room (arcade, not sure why this is not promoted). The water park is ok but is not inviting by the workers. I felt intimidated to go inside as if I was breaking rules or was not a hotel guest.

The staff was so kind and accommodating. The building was receiving some repairs while we were there, but it was very clean. Great location and only a short drive from anything you may need. The local restaurants are wonderful. The water park was perfect for us. I would definitely stay again.

It was ok. On the pricy side. On check in they didn't have the room I booked. The bathroom shampoo and conditioner bottles were out. Lost power and had to use the stairs. The breakfast had really bad coffee. And there was a 10 year girls baseball team dominating the breakfast area. Only one waffle maker. With the second one out of Service. Over a 1/2 hour hour wait.

My sister and I took our kids for a little get-a-way. We were planning to be at the little waterpark on Sunday then Monday to the beach in St. Joes. Great price, not too far from home, free breakfast. What would be bad? Started with no rooms available for early check-in. There was NO ONE there. You mean to tell me ALLLL of the rooms on property were being cleaned? Then I asked to switch to a King. Nope all the Kings were booked. ALL of them? Ok cool. Check-in at 3. My kids Love hotels. What kid doesn't? Go to turn on the TV for them while I get us unpacked. NOTHING on the TV is attached on the back. The remote doesn't turn on or off the TV or control the Volume. You must use the power buttons on the actual Tv. I did have to call the front desk to come and help and the guy did. Not very friendly but he did fix it right away. The room was less than updated. The armchair was stained, the office chair was all worn with all the fake leather peeling off, the bathroom with not overly clean, the vanity had a big crack on the side pulling away from the wall and the door had some kind of water damage because the door warped because it was very difficult to open. My Boys LOVE their breakfast. I wouldn't let them eat most of the food. I have never seen eggs and sausage look like that. They had just a crockpot of gravy. Nothing was labeled. The Milk was just in 2-gallon jugs. The apples had many brown spots and the one my child ate was rotten. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!

Same breakfast choices every day. No variety

Everything good. Breakfast was warm wish there was toast or just a toaster for bagels they provided but there wasn’t any spread for the bagels. Water park area was better than expected but the water was not warm. Overall decent place to stay.

Upon checking in we were informed there were be no hot water until the next day at 11am. In addition, there was almost no water pressure for the bathroom faucet. There was a broken set of curtains in the corner of the room. There was dried pant on the bathroom counter. There was one, mostly used roll of TP in the bathroom. The grout was completely worn away from the bathroom floor. There were signs posted around the property stating "do not take breakfast to the rooms, management." The room numbers on the door were pieces of duct tape with the number written in marker. At check out there was no one available at the front desk with whom to speak about these issues.
