Väldigt bra läge nära stationen/centrum och ca 10min promenad till backen. Trevligt spa (dock väldigt mycket människor), rymliga rum och bra frukost.

Das hotel ist in in Ordnung -mit Ausnahme des Parkhauses . Dieses ist viel zu eng und schlecht beschriftet . Auch die Beschreibungen der Reception für das Parkhaus war ungenügend. Rest war ok und positiv.

Great location, very central to everything. Nice rooms, we also had a balcony which got the lovely afternoon sun. Bathroom was nice, although the main problem is the shower where the taps are on the side of the wall rather than at the end under the shower head, so you end up continuously knocking your elbows when trying to wash your body or hair. The spa area is nice, although its not sound proof or sound protected at all so while youre trying to relax all you can hear is the kids yelling in the pool. Same with the hallways, when you're in your room, you can hear when people are talking or walking around in the hallways. The restaurant for dinner is outstanding, and the breakfast is great, too.

Wie sich dieses Hotel die 4 Sterne verdient hat ist Fragwürdig. Die Tiefgarage ist sehr eng! Eine Massenabfertigung für Touristen aus Indien. Dei Zimmer sind sehr ringhörig.

Schlimm ist, wenn ich als Schweizer in einem Hotel, im Herzen der Schweiz, beim Check an der Rezeption niemand Deutsch kann und wir uns mit Englisch unterhalten müssen. Dazu kommt, dass im Zimmer ein alten Spannteppich liegt, wo ich mir nicht sicher war ob der nicht alleine aus dem Zimmer läuft. Im Zimmer funktioniert das Hauptlicht nicht und im Bad was das Shampoo leer und der Duschschlauch defekt. Würde dem Hotel keine 4Sterne geben und das Preis - Leistung Verhältnis stimmt nicht.

We liked the hotel, everything close by and nice reception staff. The rooms are spacious and very clean with comfy beds. We would definitely go back

Wir hatten vor Jahren einen Gutschein geschenkt bekommen für ein Fondue Chinoise auf dem Titlis. War sehr fein und gemütlich. Da wir von weiter kommen, war uns der Weg in der Nacht zu weit zum Fahren. Also entschlossen wir uns für 1 Übernachtung in ihrem Hotel. Die Zimmer waren sehr gross und geräumig und die Lage vom Hotel top. Leider konnten wir vom Wellness was inklusive war, nicht profitieren, da unser Aufenthalt zu kurz war. Aber das Hotel wäre eigentlich perfekt, ausser das Frühstück. Das Essen war sehr fein und abwechslungsreich. Aber als wir etwa um 9.15 h in den Frühstücksraum kamen, waren alle, alle wirklich alle mit schmutzigem Geschirr bedeckt. Es ging sehr lange, bis mal jemand die Tische zum Teil abräumte. Das ist sehr schade. Auch die Kaffeemaschine für so viele Leute finde ich, ist viel zu wenig.

Really bad , the hotel is old , room heat was not working fine , the hair dryer didn’t work, the parking lot is behind the hotel and took forever to understand the English of the front desk lady Really disappointed it was our first time at Edelberg and for the price paid wayyyyy better other places

Bra läge. Någon minut att gå till tågstationen, mataffär bredvid och även gångavstånd till liften (i alla fall när man reser utan barn). Skidbussen stannar precis utanför hotellet. Stort rum (superior) med balkong, fin utsikt. Trevlig reception och mycket god frukost. Finns bagagerum och sista dagen kunde vi ta en dusch nere på spa:t efter skidåkningen. Mindre bra: Väldigt varmt på rummet (och jag brukar alltid frysa) och rätt hårda sängar.

Die Zimmer war zu heiss und wir konnten die Heizung nicht herunterdrehen. Nur in die Bad Zimmer war das möglich. Es hat zu wenig Kopfkissen, nur eine per person. Sonst war alles in Ordnung

Same with the hallways, when you're in your room, you can hear when people are talking or walking around in the hallways. The restaurant for dinner is outstanding, and the breakfast is great, too.

Wonderful hotel, amazing staff, Incredible breakfast. Checked in late night and had trouble finding parking...Shiela was gracious enough to walk all the way down, guide me to the right slot and made sure I was set for the night. Never had such personal and attentive help at any hotel!

If all you care about is having a clean place to stay, this is fine. However, if you want the restaurant and bar to be open when it’s supposed to be open, have your room cleaned and not have hotel staff force their way into your room yelling while you are naked do NOT stay here. To add more color, I was using the shower, the steam from the shower set off the fire alarm, we opened doors and windows it stopped within a minute. A few minutes later there was loud banging at the door, my partner opened it as I was naked. A member of the hotel staff was there yelling “What are you burning in the room?” My partner said it was steam from the shower, the staff yelled let me in and my partner said it’s the shower, she is naked. Ignoring this, the staff member forced his way in and I yelled “it was the shower” holding a hand towel in front of my naked body. He then abruptly left, said nothing, no apology. Then, within a minute another person started banging on our door (recall the alarm is no longer going off and had not been for several minutes). This person tried to force their way into our room as well but when told it was shower steam just yelled “you cannot shower with the door open” at us and left. I have never experienced such terrible treatment from hotel staff in my life, I will never return. The lack of an apology is unacceptable and if fire detectors are that sensitive a warning needs to be given. A stranger forcing their way into my room while I’m naked is what I’ll remember

Florian the manager is excellent and understanding . So was the other gentleman at the front desk. Upgraded us to suite and it had excellent view of Mount Titlus. Location of the hotel excellent and close to station, mountain and shopping.

Idealer Standort

A very nice two night stay in Engelberg and at the H+ Hotel. It’s perfectly located, with good-sized rooms in generally good condition. I have stayed before and would do so again. Decent value for the price.

Amazing location! Only couple of minutes walk from Engelberg station. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel that will take you to Furenalp, Bruni and Mount Titlis cable car station. Sein childrens park and wasserfall. So one location and so many places to visit just within few minutes bus ride. I would strongly recommend Hotel H which have restaurants downstairs and many more within couple of minutes walk. Also big supermarket right next door. Had amazing experience ! Thank you Expedia

Gute Lage mitten im Dorf

Das Hotel ist in Engelberg sehr Zentral, 3 min zum Hauptbahnhof, 10 min zu der Seilbahnstation, Richtung Trübensee oder Titlis. Auch alle Einkaufsmöglichtkeiten zu Fuss erreichbar. Eigenen Gebührpflichtigen Parkplatz. Innenpool und Sauna gratis Tolles Frühstück..sehr freundliches Personal. Kann man nur emfehlen.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich an der Rezeption empfangen. Unser Zimmer war großzügig und modern. Wir hatten einen Balkon zur Bergseite, mit einer traumhaften Aussicht. Leider ist derzeit eine Baustelle zu der Seite raus, es werden Pflasterarbeiten durchgeführt, die fast abgeschlossen sind. Hat uns aber nicht weiter gestört. Der Poolbereich ist sehr schön gestaltet, das Wasser ist angenehm, um einige Bahnen zu schwimmen. Wir waren an dem Tag die einzigen Gäste im Wellnessbereich. Das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet. Es ist für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Der Frühstücksbereich ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Ich bin schwanger und hatte morgens nach einem entkoffeinierten Cappuccino gefragt, was überhaupt kein Problem war und mich sehr gefreut hatte. Da wir Halbpension gebucht hatten, konnten wir in dem Hotelrestaurant ein 3-Gänge Menü genießen. Man hatte beim Hauptgericht die Auswahl zwischen einem Fisch, Fleisch und vegetarischem Gericht. Das Essen war ausgezeichnet und wird besonders schön angerichtet. Positiv hervorzuheben ist hier wieder das Personal, sehr freundlich, aufmerksam, schnell und dabei diskret. Und auch hier ist man problemlos meinen Essens-Wünschen und Nachfragen aufgrund der Schwangerschaft nachgegangen. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Es waren ein paar erholsame Tage für uns, vielen Dank dafür.

Location and staff were great. Front of house staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was underwhelming - buffet was not topped up during service period. No kettle in room but when asked it was delivered super quickly. The restaurant attached to the hotel (Urchig) was terrible.

Ne mérite pas ses 4 étoiles, une honte ! Insonorisation inexistante, pas de personnel au spa, fin du petit déjeuner à 10:00, à 9:30 plus rien à manger, ni pain, ni beurre, ni confiture, rien, un scandale. 375€ la nuit pour ça !! Du vol tout simplement

Nice location - is the only positive thing about this hotel. Worst breakfast buffet ever apart from a buffet at Egyptian Hotel in 1989. Almost everything was missing 40 min. before buffet closing. Not even salt was available. Housekeeping knocking and opening door at 08:01. Front desk manager reimbursed parking fee - due to “unacceptable poor breakfast”

We just want to thank the staff for the upgrade and nice accommodations. The view from our room is breathtaking. Buffet breakfast every morning was awesome, lots of options of hot and cold dishes. Happy to come and stay here again. We appreciate your kindness and wonderful service.
