An extra luxury are the two bathrooms and two balconies where you can sit outside, especially in summerIn 2019/2020, a new 10-person gondola lift was built, which is located directly next to this house. You can step into this lift, called the ZellamseeXpress, to make the crossing to Zell am See-Kaprun, defying Schmittenhöhe. If you go skiing for a day in the Saalbach area, the downhill run is also located right next to the house. The lifts in the Saalbach-Hinterglemm ski area can be easily reached with the free ski bus. So if you go on a winter sports holiday here, you have two beautiful and large ski areas right at your feet! You only have to walk a little bit, so it's almost a ski-in, ski-out location!But it's also a good place to be in other seasons. The famous places Zell am See, Kaprun and Saalbach-Hinterglemm are only a few minutes away. On a hot summer day, you can take a refreshing dip in the Zellersee near Zell am See.
