Front desk staff was super helpful and considerate. Room was a bit dated. Breakfast was great as the staff bring it directly to your room.

We stayed here for 2 nights. The room was spacious and clean, the staff was nice and helpfull. But, this hotel has a few weaknesses. First of all, and it's very strange no one else is mentioning this in their reviews, if your neighbour is using the jacuzzi, the noice is bad. Our neighbour used it several times a day, as late as 11pm. Big x-factor. We did not use the jacuzzi, even though we paid extra for the room with one, as the jacuzzi is old and not very appealing. Second, when taking a shower in the evening there was no hot water left. I can only assume that the hot water was consumed by all the jacuzzis on the hotel. The breakfast was basic with bread, eggs, jam, juice and hot drink. No fruits. The location is ok, you need to walk for a while to get to either Miraflores or Barranco centers. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. The wifi wasn't working in our room or in the breakfast area. The cellular 4G was very good though. We paid approx 300 soles a night, which is fairly cheap, though I would not stay here again. We moved on to another hotel for our last days in Lima.

The hotel building is in desperate need of updates. The furniture and much of the plumbing and electrical are dated, and worse of all, the windows are single-pane and are not tightly fitted. The windows are a particularly problem because the hotel is in a noisy area and the noise comes right into the rooms. Our room also had a window that did not have proper curtains, which allowed light into the room. Not recommended if you're a light, or even average, sleeper.
