The property is a house with about 4 to 5 bedrooms. Each bedroom is a guest room. Expect to share 1 washroom with 4 to 6 strangers. The place is fine if you are only looking to crash for the night. Don't expect much more. The only advantage it had was that it was a low cost stay and had free parking. However note that since random strangers could be using the parking spots, your car could be blocked by other guests. The place is about 40km from Ottawa. If you are driving to the property at night, expect a long dark drive with no street lights for long distances.

A house. Very affordable. Could take the whole family. Difficult to locate on a GPS . You need the ap on site. A little missing in terms of towels etc. but manageable. Laundry free and of better quality. The whole unit is very large.

Good: The Signature room we stayed was very spacious with ensuite full bathroom. The house is brand new and very clean. Sharing the house with several guests was a little awkward but each room has locks and sound proof was pretty good. King size bed was very comfortable. Host was responsive and helpful. Close to Ottawa and Gatineau park. Compared to similar hotel rooms, the value was exceptional. Caveat: The house is in new residential development. There is a beautiful shared kitchen and dining area but since this house is rented out to several guests, it was tricky to cook proper meals. If you plan to eat out or take out, that would work perfectly. Overall: We thought Signature room could have chairs and a little table since it has more than enough space but otherwise our stay was comfortable, and we were happy we found this place. We think it is a better alternative (and better deal!) to hotels and motels.

Furst, it wasn't mentioned on website that an additional deposit would be required at check-in. It was returned at checkout. Second, there wasn't any type of entertainment at the property. It was very quiet, but decent sleep. Third, in the town of Russell most dining close at 9pm. Nearest dining would be Ottawa, drive back is unlit country roads.

The place looks very new and it’s clean, the Moazzam was super good and he is reachable 24/7. The place is surrounded by great nature and it is very quiet and cool place to relax and enjoy your stay.

Unfortunately, the refund was not issued automatically after checkout, and I had to follow up to receive it. Also, the rooms are not soundproof, so we could hear noise from adjacent spaces, which may be a concern for light sleepers.

So far so good! I arrived after the cut off time for check in, but Moazzam accommodated me regardless. He’s very helpful and polite, and I liked him immediately. A true gentleman and excellent host!

I had to pop in and out for work, and my experience was great. The place was affordable, easy to get to, and my host was gracious and flexible. Definitely recommend this as a place to stay.

The property is a house with about 4 to 5 bedrooms. Each bedroom is a guest room. Expect to share 1 washroom with 4 to 6 strangers. The place is fine if you are only looking to crash for the night. Don't expect much more. The only advantage it had was that it was a low cost stay and had free parking. However note that since random strangers could be using the parking spots, your car could be blocked by other guests. The place is about 40km from Ottawa. If you are driving to the property at night, expect a long dark drive with no street lights for long distances.

A house. Very affordable. Could take the whole family. Difficult to locate on a GPS . You need the ap on site. A little missing in terms of towels etc. but manageable. Laundry free and of better quality. The whole unit is very large.

Do not miss this bed & stay. This property was so comfortable. First off, the property is in a very quiet residential are, you basically won't hear a peep after 7 in the evening. The house is immaculately clean, the room is very private with an electronic lock on all doors, so it is very safe. The property is completely stocked with full complete kitchen, dishes, everything you could need. The bed was very comfortable. I would highly recommend this property especially if you had a situation like family from out-of-town or something. You could potentially rent the entire house to yourself. The back yard also backs onto a large park with walking paths that I noticed local neighbours walking their dogs and such. Just a very nice property in all aspects.

The place looks very new and it’s clean, the Moazzam was super good and he is reachable 24/7. The place is surrounded by great nature and it is very quiet and cool place to relax and enjoy your stay.

Furst, it wasn't mentioned on website that an additional deposit would be required at check-in. It was returned at checkout. Second, there wasn't any type of entertainment at the property. It was very quiet, but decent sleep. Third, in the town of Russell most dining close at 9pm. Nearest dining would be Ottawa, drive back is unlit country roads.

The guy will not put the heater up. It’s far away from everywhere limited transportation it’s in the middle of nowhere. The guy will give you a blanket instead of putting the heat up and he’s very cheap and asked for $100 deposit and didn’t wanna give it until I insisted.
