Nice hotel, very clean, nice staff and lovely food in the restaurant, would definitely stay again.

Not clear in advance that this is unmanned and the checkin is tedious - not what a want when I’m travelling in business.

This is a hotel that is staffless, and has no front check in desk. It totally relies on technology for checking in and out, and that is a problem in an area with weak Wi-Fi. I would not stay again. We had a problem when we arrived with not having sheets, pillows, and blankets on a pull out bed gor my granddaughter and it took several hours of trying to contact a live person to get them to come to the "hotel", and fix the issue. Although their advertising says someone can assist you daily until 10pm by phone, we started calling at 4pm with no luck. We had to call their emergency number to get help. Also be aware there is no elevator or any accessibility accommodations on this property.
