Great overall. Good clean hotel with great food and service, great location and my jr suite was huge, parking garage was really easy to get in and out, not so tiny like most hotels. Employees were very nice and friendly. The only thing was not so great was the firm mattress but my wife said it seemed fine to her.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast with a selection of local produce which we enjoyed. The only thing that could be improved was the lack of any chairs on the balcony, probably due to its size, however, this was resolved by speaking to reception staff and there were two chairs on the balcony the following evening. Grass area with sun loungers was relaxing and well maintained, as was the pool. Shops and restaurants nearby and approximately half hour walk to Marbella Old Town and 5 minutes to the beach.

Excellent value for money. Whilst certain parts of the hotel are coming up for upgrade it is kept immaculately clean and this more than covers for dated aspects such as the older darker wood v the newer lighter wood and light paint decoration/furniture in the dining room.

Price / quality ratio is very good. The room was clean and comfortable and large enough to get some work done, for business travellers. Car parking is on site at a cost, but the parking spaces are of good size. Breakfast was very good with a wide selection of fruits, yoghurt, bread, croissant, cereal, fruit juices and hot food. A few minutes walk to restaurants and shops along the Marbella strip. Boxes ticked and I look forward to a next visit.

Horrible, este hotel no dispone de climatización en temporada de invierno pero resulta que la temperatura de la zona es 17 grados que no es suficiente para enfriar la habitación por lo que tuvimos que dejar la ventana abierta y amanecimos congestionados. This property was not what it was shown in the pictures the room we stayed was not modern or remodeled and they have pictures of ocean on Expedia, it was 15 minute walking distance from the ocean The pictures they have up on Expedia is completely different room than the one we stayed, they have pictures of more modern rooms The room we stay was very old, and the Room acces was from the lobby We asked the Front Desk if he could get us a different room it was not where it was shown in the picture, but they refuse to change our room For the price we pay for this hotel. It was definitely not worth it.

Ett stort ocharmigt hotell med personal därefter. En VÄLDIGT lång incheckning där kvinnan påpekade att det inte är incheckning förrän 15. På andra hotell är detta aldrig ett problem utan bara att man kanske behöver få vänta tills rummet är klart. Rummet var bra, sköna sängar, mörkt och tyst läge. Lätt att parkera då hotellet hade parkeringshus under. Tyvärr fick man stå i badkar för att duscha Dock ligger det med bra läge för promenad till centrala gågatan som har ett stort utbud av restauranger

Room was ok, bathroom looked worn. Staff were rude, unfriendly, impatient and unhelpful with the exception of 1 single member of staff named Daniel. The only staff member who was happy, polite and willing to converse. I am well travelled and have never been to a hotel where staff have made me feel so uncomfortable by their blatant rudeness. Several occasions I felt as though they weren't even listening to me. I was there to celebrate my birthday and it was a sad experience.

Comfortable stay, clean room, good service. We stayed here as a base of visit around Costa del Sol. Its on a quiet residential road. Parking is onsite but one can just as well park on the road outside since its free. The check-in was easy.

We have stayed at the NH Marbella many times over the years, its a great location if you want both Old Town and Puerto Banus, only a 10 minute walk to the beach. However, the hotel is now quite run down and does not meet the standard of a 4 star hotel. I think i will wait for refurbishment before returning.
