Fir Mountain Escape - Fantastisk udsigt, floden og Mtn. Udsigt, boblebad, nyindrettet

The home was clean and tidy when we arrived. There was a bit of a hiccup with getting in, but was able to work with the host to get us the correct door code. Unfortunately the AC units did not function, and the service people were not able to get them working for our stay. A concern noted is the back deck (which has a great view) is rotten is parts and feels unsafe. The grill was usable after burning off all the of excess grease from the previous renters. Overall we had a good time but would not rent here again.

Lots of room. Beautiful views. Very well equipped kitchen. Great play area in daylight basement. Everything was in good order. Scenic area with orchards and forest. Close to town.

The house was everything as described. Plenty of room for everyone, plenty of bathrooms for everyone to get ready at the same time. Lots to do on site with the games available to the guests. Cozy setting in the woods on a very quiet road. Close to town and conveniences for getting out and seeing the sites.

Fully equipped kitchen and plenty of linens. But the overwhelming attraction to this property is the location. Our daughter’s wedding was at The Orchard venue, 2.9 miles away. We were about 6 miles from town which was very convenient. The house is large, four comfortable bedrooms and 3.5 baths. Wooded and quiet. View of the valley. Big family activity room with ping pong table and foos hockey table. Plenty of games. An office area and wash room. It’s quiet and the property has beautiful fir trees. Would definitely stay there again and look forward to returning to Hood River again.
