Tivoli Lodge

Absolutely love this hotel! The beds are so comfortable, love the rooms with the fireplaces, the views, the hot tub, everything is amazing! Park and walk the rest of the time you’re in Vail!

This hotel was a massive disappointment for being listed as 4 stars. Though I understand it is “off” season, the lack of disclosure about what services were available along with dismissive and plainly disrespectful staff made the stay terrible.

This was an experience that we haven't had before. Since it was the off season and we got a discount through hotels.com, we were able to afford one night on our way back to Nebraska feom Salt Lake. As soon as you pull up, a friendly face greeted us, happy to help with whatever we needed from parking options to helping us with our bags. The gentleman who checked us in was just as pleasant and helpful. It is a stunning hotel...the room was spotless, and ours had a balcony and a fireplace, along with a kitchenette. The bathroom had a nice shower as well as a deep soaking tub. A nice touch is that there was a huge tv with a roku. They have a hot tub available to guests, and breakfast for an additional fee. We wish we could have stsyed longer! Just prepare for any meals you want delivered-they are very pricey, as is to be expected in a resort town. Just a beautiful place!

End of the year they didn’t really care about the guests much at all. It was actually quite funny. The staff had a shocking ability to not say any words to people when you talked to them.
