Mont Royal Suites - M11

Très bon séjour dans un appartement très propre et calme, au sein d un quartier très sympathique. Lits t Particulièrement confortables. Je recommande vivement

El depto muy bonito, limpio y con buena decoración. La ubicación está muy buena y las camas muy muy cómodas y lo mejor es que no hay ruido.

Room was not very clean, 3 flights of stairs before you get to your floor. Had to call several times, communication was not amazing. Price and location is great. If you have to park your own car - good luck :) Its not really a hotel, more like Airbnb, but with less things to do when you check out. There is nobody on property, everything is codes, texts, emails, which is nothing wrong, I was just expecting more hotel experience the way it was listed on website.

Everything wonderful but little tips about cleaning... The air vents in bathroom are quite dirty full of dust wich make me intrigue about the filter inside the air exchanger ... ( Sorry old habit from a jobs ) Other than that everything was wonderful

Almost everything felt awkward with the way this room was set up. Somehow the two bedroom unit didn't even feel large enough for two people. It kind of felt like someone just shoved furniture in without considering how people would use the space. The beds were fine enough (if you like softer mattresses), but the couch in the living area might be the most uncomfortable piece of furniture I've ever sat on. There was also friction dealing with the operational management. It took two days to replace the battery in the smoke alarm that kept beeping (or they replaced it with a dead battery after the first request). Also, our request for a late check-out was only rejected an hour or so after the system approved it and we were too far from the property to return in time for the normal check-out time. Overall, we did not have a particularly restful or enjoyable experience at the apartment. We had stayed there once before and like it, but at this point I don't know that I will be going for a third time.
