Reserved this place for the pool and found out once we got there that the pool was closed (even though it’s still being promoted). There also was thick dark black hair all in the towels (I’m blonde). Besides that it was fine but not worth the price. I’d just pay a little more for a pool and/or cleaner place

Pool was unavailable with no warning , fire alarm was set off at 6 A.M and woke everyone in the hotel up. Other then that it was ok but the overall experience was poor because of those two things

Not as advertised. Went in expecting a functioning pool and laundry services. Stayed 3 days and pool was closed every day. Also in pictures is a laundry room showing coin operated laundry room. Asked the front desk, and he said that the laundry room is not advertised, not listed, and I was confusing it with the hotel next door. Front desk manager followed us around as well, always watching us which was very upsetting. Front desk manager also gave us 2 towels for a 3 day stay, and we would need to come back to the front desk and ask for more. It was very odd, was not a fan. Would not stay again.

Pool was closed due to "need part" according to manager/owner (only guy who ever worked during the day). I am never going back and I go to Davenport for a race ever July. Sign on the pool door said, "Pool closed today" but the sign looked old like it had been closed for weeks. Total bait and switch. Elevator also had a sign that said out of order. Total lack of upkeep. Mismanagement.

The room was filthy. Booked a suite, did not receive a suite. Originally was given a King Room in which the sheets had not been cleaned. There were stains all over everything. Asked for them to clean the room, they ended up putting us in a different standard room that was so entirely small and just as filthy as the original room.

Upon check in my first room was not clean: mold in the frig, food around and inside the frig. Tub was dirty and bathroom mirror was dirty. Mold or some type of growth around door in bathroom… counters were not cleaned and more… terrible conditions.. staff changed my room, second room was somewhat better, still found women’s hair in the bathroom …

People at the front desk were nice and helpful . They do everything they must do BUT hotel is very dirty - EVERYWHERE. I was afraid to step on floors, take shower, elevators, curtains in our room had huge holes !! Sorry to delivery bad news

We found the facilities to be in very poor condition. Excessive Wear to Flooring and bathroom damage in our room and in common areas. Staff ESL, friendly but difficult to understand. Found dust and crumbs around the television and the bedding was torn and lumpy. Definitely going on my “Never Again” list!

The bed was somewhat comfortable which helped, shower had decent pressure but that’s about the best I can do for positives. Walls with holes, paint and wall paper peeling, water damage noted on ceilings/drapes, air/hear sounded like plastic blowing in the wind when on, something splashed on wall not cleaned, couch looked like someone peed on it with huge stain, and smoke detector had a plastic bag over it. Felt very dirty

Check in was relatively quick and easy. I was advised that there was no wi-fi password, just click on it to connect. I was unable to get on the wi-fi at any time during my stay. In addition, I found tiny ants infesting the room. They were on the desk, the bed, in the bathroom, etc. Also, the drapes and the shower curtain had some insect related holes that were certainly large enough to qualify for repair or replacement.

The WiFi was worse than dial up. I asked at the desk and was told it was working for him... I downloaded a 60 min podcast. It kept failing every 20 seconds to 2 minutes. Took 4 hours to finally download with me having to restart about 200 times. Since I work from my hotel this was unacceptable. Had to use my phone hotspot

It was very dated. Rooms were damp. I booked a single queen bed room for 1 and got a double and stated for 2. Did not get an invoice to turn into work. It was clean. Pool looked clean and nice.

It was close to where I needed to be, but it is rundown and in need of updating. The carpet in the halls and my room were quite worn and stained. The bed was lumpy, the pillows flat. Breakfast was not the best, and there was no fresh fruit, not even a banana. The pictures online look nothing like the real thing. The desk clerk was very nice and the lobby/breakfast area were pretty clean. I will never stay there again though.

Room was spacious all that was needed. Advertised room rate is not completely true as weekday prices increased towards the weekend. The weekend rates are further increased from there also. Breakfast was great with numerous options available. Probably one of my best Hotel stays ever. Would return again.

If it were not for the comfortable bed and pillows I would have rated this as Fair; the AC was sooooo noisy and only one setting (Freeze) I had to turn the unit off to sleep!! Fortunately the night was cool

The lobby and hallways were rather gross and very unclean. Our room did feel fairly clean, but the bathroom smelled like smoke and the room felt over-used (lumpy pillows, old furniture).

The one entrance to the parking lot was one massive pothole, otherwise the building was in good shape, was clean. The night desk staff was the most unfriendly I've ever encountered at a chain hotel. No eye contact, no banter, no smile, no welcome. And all staff should be able to clearly communicate with guests.

This place was not like no other hotels I’ve been in, they were not friendly at all. The works that work the front desk male and female were rude. The female didn’t understand that we have came a long way and couldn’t offer an earlier checkin, she pointed to the wall, where it said checkin and out times on it. I said to the lady, yes I know how to read and you couldn’t been more nicer on how to explain you don’t do earlier chekin for whatever reasons. Also the guy that worked around 3:30pm that same day of chexkin was very rude.

When were told we did not have rooms when we arrived even though we had confirmation number. We had to leave and find another hotel. Very frustrated!

While the property is dated, it was clean and the rooms were very nice. What makes this location great for me was the friendliness of the staff and their attention to detail in taking care of the customers.

It was old with worn out carpeting and bedspreads. It was clean and basically we got what we paid for as the rate was low. It was in close proximity to shopping, restaurants, and the freeway. And it did have a microwave and Fridge.

The room was clean. Building was older which was apparent from the outside. Staff not visible during my stay BUT the guy doing breakfast. We got to breakfast at 840 (it ends at 9) and there were some good options that were even hot and fresh, no fruit though. We didn’t get as much as my kids wanted tho because the guy was tearing it down by 850. We ended up stopping 30 minutes down the road for another breakfast because of this.

I was given a room that had not been cleaned after a previous guest. The attendant was quick to find me a proper room. The check in took longer than usual as the process did not complete due to some computer complication but eventually was handled. The room was very nice and was stocked with things that a traveler may need. I would suggest a bath anti slip mat however as it was slippery and a fall could happen. The breakfast had a wide variety of items. All was good except the eggs and sausages were cold in places. All the other things were fine. Staff was very nice and worked to make my stay pleasant. Room was very nice and quiet.

Good place to stay for a decent price. Friendly staff and breakfast was great! The guy who was running breakfast was very friendly and helpful with everything. We enjoyed the pool and the convenience the hotel had to surrounding activities. It could have been a little more fixed up, but overall a nice place to stay!

It was close to where I needed to be, but it is rundown and in need of updating. The carpet in the halls and my room were quite worn and stained. The bed was lumpy, the pillows flat. Breakfast was not the best, and there was no fresh fruit, not even a banana. The pictures online look nothing like the real thing. The desk clerk was very nice and the lobby/breakfast area were pretty clean. I will never stay there again though.

The hotel was good. It needs updating--bed and comforter were lumpy. Staff was very pleasant and accommodating. Breakfast was good and was always replenished, even until the end of time. Kichen staff was fantastic. We will stay again.

Pool was closed for construction. First room I went in smelled like an ashtray but Jason was a rockstar and quickly got me a new room with no issues. Well Done. Breakfast was good. Bunch of options.

Apon arrival we were met by a friendly front desk lady. Check in went well. The key work on one room but, not the other. After 15 minutes of trying, my guest were placed in different room. Our room smelled strongly of dogs. The bathroom was VERY un maintained. Grout in the floor was missing, tiles around the baseboard were damaged. And to make the stay even worse, there was a cockroach in the bathroom on the counter where my things were! Front desk was notified, the manger was not there, but he was told about it. He said he would call me but never did. I would of really appreciated a phone call from him. I would like to get my money back for the one room. The other one was okay. Did smell, but was okay. I will never stay at this motel again. Thank you for your time in reading this. Tricia Jenkins
