Vast Cay Schloss mit Privatstrand, Whirlpool-Pool und Spielzimmer

We loved the house! It was the perfect accommodation for the 23 friends and family we had in town for a wedding. The bedrooms were very nice and comfortable, and the outside area with the pool and grill was one of our favorite parts of the property. The game room was also great for the kids and gave them a fun place to hang out.The check-in process was super easy, and communication with the host was great. We had an issue with the outside TV not working, and they had it replaced the very next day, which we really appreciated.Overall, it was a wonderful stay and a perfect place for our group. I highly recommend this property!

The overall stay at this property was incredible! The walk to the beach was just about 5 minutes. The pool and hot tub was a lot of fun ! Also they had so many beach chairs and a wagon for us to use at the beach if we needed it! The game room also was I huge hit and the house was clean. The host responded very quickly to any complaints I had. The only reason I give 4 stars is because both sets of the washer and dryer had problems! Great house

The listing talks about a garage for extra parking but the garage is now another bunk room in the house. It was a great house overall for our large group. Very clean, lots of room, and close to everything. I would highly recommend this listing. Excellent property!

Great area

The rental was a great size to accommodate our family of 9 adults and 7 children. Loved the fact every floor had a bunk bedroom for the children. Used the bunk bedroom on the first floor for storage as the room was originally the garage and w/o a garage there wasn’t any place for wagons, strollers, toys, etc. In my opinion having the bunk bedroom on the main floor was not an asset b:c if you put quests in that room - potentially 4-8 there was only 1 small bathroom to accommodate them. I would have preferred to see the extra BR on the 1st. floor divided into a utility room and the remainder added to the living room as the common space was not very large for the amount of people the house can accommodate. Discussed the cost of heating the pool with the rental company prior to our arrival which after some research found it was quite a bit higher than the average price in florida. Had some problems w/ regulating the heat in the pool/hot tub but the company had it fixed ASAP. Appreciated having 2 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers ( although the ne was not working properly) and 2 laundry areas. . Overall enjoyed the house and area. Would definitely stay there again.
