電車、バス、トラムでのアクセスが良い。建物は古そうだが部屋の中は綺麗に掃除されており清潔だった。チェックアウト後に無料で荷物を預かってくれたので助かりました。部屋に冷蔵庫がなく、ホテル内にコインランドリーがなかったことが残念。朝食付きのプランで連泊したが、メニューが同じ(ソーセージとゆで卵、パン数種類とシリアルのみ)で種類が少なかった。またワルシャワへ訪れた際には利用したい。

Good points - location for city centre and stadium. Breakfast was OK Bad points- like an oven, no fans available. Window opens 2 cm. Noise from Fans outside when window open sounded like an underground train constantly. No sleep for 2 days. Smoke alarm covered with plastic bag. Pillow was like an empty case. Unless. Shower weak and cubicle only big enough for anorexic dwarf. Staff couldn’t give a care. Would not recommend this hotel. Unless you are a very slim dwarf whose deaf.

Clean and functional room, everything working as it should but poor view into other high-rise buildings. Staff were efficient and fairly friendly and buffet breakfast was really enjoyable. Would stay again and recommend as a budget-friendly option next to the main train station.

Room and bathroom were tight for two people. No kettle in room for tea/coffee. Bathroom floors pool water with each use, both inside the bathroom and onto the floor in the room. Shower head needed to be hand held as wall positioning wasn’t adjustable. However it was clean and reasonably close to Warsaw sights and main attractions.

Clean comfortable room, very good breakfast. One problem, the bathroom definitely needs a bath mat, which is lacking, the floor of the bathroom gets wet from the shower and is very slippery, there is even a warning sign there, "slippery when wet".

Hotel im Zentrum gelegen. in der Nähe des Bahnhofs. Gute Anbindung zum Flughafen. Geschäfte und Restaurants in der Nähe. ruhiges Zimmer, Das Badezimmer ist wie auf einem Schiff, etwas lächerlich und fällt mir nicht auf. Dusche sehr klein. Im Badezimmer lagen lange Haare (Frauen) von anderen Gästen. Morgens um 9:40 Uhr klopft es an der Tür und der Mitarbeiter fragt „Zimmerservice“. In einem Land, in dem die Amtssprache Polnisch ist, Englisch? schlecht. Für den gleichen Preis hatte ich ein anderes Hotel zur Auswahl. Ich habe es nur wegen seiner Lage ausgewählt. Ich werde ihn kein zweites Mal wählen

Staff friendly and helpful within limited range of services offered. Limited facility with small rooms and tiny bathrooms and no way to keep shower in stall, with single soap dispenser outside the stall. Central location but very noisy with loading dock under bedroom windows walking us early and outdoor drinking parties keeping us up at night.

The hotel doesn't deserve a 4 star rating it just looks like a 4 star hotel from outside inside the story is different the room was microscopic and empty not even a bottle of water like all other 4 star hotels and the worst part was the bathroom it was like the installed a cabin in the room it's the worst bathroom anyone will encounter if you are alone then it's ok but if you are with someone it's very very uncomfortable they wanted to accomodate as many room possible in the structure

Uhøflig personale i resepsjonen. Stod og ventet i flere minutter mens to stykker stod og snakket sammen i resepsjonen. De anerkjente ikke at jeg stod der en gang. Rommet var veldig lite. Badet var også veldig lite. Ingen mulighet for å henge opp dusjhodet, så måtte stå å holde på det. Kom vann på hele badet etter en kort dusj.

The rooms were tidy but cramped for space. If the bathroom door is open, the exit is inaccessible. It was good for one-night stays. The service desk is outstanding, friendly and warm. I cannot say enough about them. The restaurant was also terrific.

Einfaches Hotel direkt an einer "S-Bahn-Station", 15 mn. Fussweg vom Cental-Station. Funktionales Zimmer, kleines Bad. Frühstück OK aber verbesserungsfähig was Qualität und Auswahl angeht. Freundliches Personal.

A neat hotel in a good location especially for public transport. Slightly small rooms but a good use of space. Access to the sink in the bathroom is limited by a very large hair drier. The rooms are being update and I had one so every thing was in as new condition. There was a small amount of noise from the builders and its a pity Hotel.com didn’t warn about this.

Hotellet er lavpris og ikke luksus, men det fungerer. Det er lidt ucharmerende, men ok. Beliggenheden er måske ikke super central, men det er meget tæt på busser, sporvogne og tog og da byen alligevel er for stor til bare at vandre i er beliggenheden i praksis rigtig god.

Det var rent og greit, men å bo på der rommet, var som å være på en innvendig lugar på danskebåten. Sengen var ren, men fryktelig å ligge i. Blant alle andre hoteller jeg har bodd på har jeg aldri opplevd at resepsjonisten på hotellet ikke klarte ikke å bestille en drosje for oss. Det er faktisk sant!!! Det er 3 hoteller i samme bygg som dette hotellet. Velg heller en av de andre. Jeg flyttet over til naboen etter 1 natt.

Etwas weiter von Zentrum, aber es gibt gute Anbindungen mit ÖPNV. Für einen Kurzaufenthalt sehr geeignet. Sehr freundliches Personal. Leider dass ein Lichtschalter und eine Lampe japut war, hoffentlich dass diese achnell repariert würde.

It was the worst hotel I've ever been to. On the first evening I was attacked by a drunk woman at the hotel patio, security didn't react. Second, I asked the receptionist to wake me up at 6 as I had to go to the hospital and she didn't do it, as she said "she somehow missed it". She was too busy watching youtube on her work computer. The card to the room wasn't working few times, I had to go downstairs to the reception every day of my stay and ask them to charge it again. The worst nightmare happened on the last night when I realised I've been bitten by bedbugs!!! This hotel is an absolutely awful, dirty, disgusting place with careless staff and insects in the room. Plus broken shower and no cleaner for 4 days - nobody bothered to take rubbish away from my room, top up toilet paper or change towels.

Uhøflig personale i resepsjonen. Stod og ventet i flere minutter mens to stykker stod og snakket sammen i resepsjonen. De anerkjente ikke at jeg stod der en gang. Rommet var veldig lite. Badet var også veldig lite. Ingen mulighet for å henge opp dusjhodet, så måtte stå å holde på det. Kom vann på hele badet etter en kort dusj.

The rooms were tidy but cramped for space. If the bathroom door is open, the exit is inaccessible. It was good for one-night stays. The service desk is outstanding, friendly and warm. I cannot say enough about them. The restaurant was also terrific.

This was a great place for us to stay while visiting the city to see Taylor Swift! It is not in the center of the touristy stuff but there is public transport or you could walk if you feel like it. It is small and the bathroom is tight, but overall it is a good value for the space and location

Hotellet er lavpris og ikke luksus, men det fungerer. Det er lidt ucharmerende, men ok. Beliggenheden er måske ikke super central, men det er meget tæt på busser, sporvogne og tog og da byen alligevel er for stor til bare at vandre i er beliggenheden i praksis rigtig god.

Badezimmer ist so klein, dass es keinen normalen Zugang zu Waschbecken gibt und sich in der Dusche zu drehen ist nur schlanken Gästen möglich. Frühstück ist karg, der Frühstücksraum so eng, dass man bei einer größeren Zahl an Gästen nicht vernünftig frühstücken kann. Dann bildet sich vor der Essensausgabe eine Schlange. Leider höchstens für eine Übernachtung zwischen zwei Reisen zu empfehlen. Ansonsten besser nicht.

Lato, koniec czerwca, temperatura w ciągu dnia ponad 30 stopni w cieniu, nocą ponad 20. W pokoju brak klimatyzacji a okno otwiera się tylko uchylenie. Brak możliwości jakiegokolwiek odpoczynku po 12 godzinnej podróży ponieważ w pokoju nie da się oddychać nie mówiąc już o spaniu. Łazienka, ciekawy wynalazek, lecz mało estetyczny, materac wygodny, śniadanie słabe. Całe szczęście, że spędziliśmy tylko kilka godzin a nie kilka dni, przy tej cenie zdecydowanie nie polecam.

I have no major issues with the hotel and the staff as they were friendly and accommodating. The reason for my poor review is the lack of air conditioning or a fan to move the hot air in the room. There was no water in the room, no hand soap

I have no major issues with the hotel and staff as they were friendly and accomodating. The reason for my poor review is lack of air conditioning or even fan to move the hot air in the room. I had a sleepless night before long haul flight so not happy with that. Even bigger concern is how elderly people deal with that heat as this conditions could be very dangerous for them. Managment needs to look into it as it was not hotel room but sauna. Thanks
