A large hotel set in a country setting but close to Leamington Spa and Warwick. Staff in reception very welcoming, friendly and efficient. Staff in Bar and restaurant were friendly and efficient. Plenty of parking and good to have electric chargers for our car. Very comfy bed. Floor boards a bit creaky but we were in the manor house part which had lots of character.

Breakfast extensive choice, also catered for gluten free & alternative milks available Only small issue was the swimming pool changing rooms; there was lots of hair on the floor. We had a great time as a family staying in the family deluxe suite. We used the pool facilities on both days of our stay. The splash time hours were really good so it allowed us to explore the area but still use the facilities. Breakfast- good selection kids had plenty to choose from. Overall great hotel and we will definitely be back next year same week as it was great location for access to the NEC

Hotel was great and parking great too. I got upgraded on my 2nd night which was a lovely large room. Everything met my expectations. Food was OK. Bar staff seemed a bit miserable.

Had to check in late due to travel challenges, but the check in process was great and the staff excellent. One minor issue with cleanliness (hairs in the bath and a dusty room) but the hotel is lovely and we had a great overnight stay.

Booked a deluxe room. It was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Breakfast included, which was a good breakfast, fresh and good quality with plenty of choice. Hotel is well maintained throughout. Staff all very pleasant.

The rooms are very dated and very poorly lit. If you want plan to use your room for hair and makeup then bring a lamp as it’s impossible otherwise. Found a toenail and hair band on the carpet so cleanliness is not a strong point here. Was annoyed to see the main car park closed because it was full with event guests so we were forced to park down the road where there are no car chargers.

Booked as part of a short family holiday, visiting nearby attractions. The hotel is well located for visiting Warwick and the wider area. Staff were welcoming and friendly, main building retains period features and communal areas are well kept. Bar and restaurant were good, with good service and reasonable food (though on the high price side). Leisure centre was fair - a very nice to have facility, especially when visiting with children. Staff were friendly and helpful. Few downsides. Rooms in the main building can be noisy. First floor rooms get a lot of noise from the bar downstairs, fire doors in corridors also bang continuously. Rooms would benefit from update - carpet worn, cosmetic damage to bathrooms and room. Room temperature controls didn’t work well.

The hotel was really nice and spacious. I went with 2 friends , so we shared a room. Just note that if you have 3 in a room, you will get a seperate camp bed and not a proper bed. However the main beds were really comfortable. Bathroom is modern and spacious. The only issue with the room for me was the lights. Unfortunately it felt like the lights were wired correctly. If you get up in the middle of the night to use the toilet, the bathroom lights seems to be connected to the whole room, hence waking everyone else up. The pool is quite small and was full of kids, so just bear in mind your timings of using the pool area. All in all though we had a great time. Breakfasts were good also.

The hotel itself was good overall - perfect location for university of Warwick open day - comfortable beds and room was spotless. We made use of the gym too - but our room (3) in the main Manor House was not such a great location. You could hear guests socialising in the area at the bottom of the staircase late into the night (beyond midnight) as the noise carried upwards! Be great if guests drinking later were asked to stay in the bar area beyond a certain time as we struggled to get to sleep. Sure the other areas of the hotel were much quieter. The water pressure in the shower in our room was pretty weak too.

The hotel looks to be newly refurbished. Our room (447) was very clean and tidy. All furnished and finishes looked new. Bathroom large only small problem was step into bath. I’m only 5 ft so very big step over bath side as slightly too high and wide. Grab handles provided. We had family room large super king bed the settee made up in to small double. Plenty of electric sockets with USB very useful. Air con worked well and liked complimentary drinks bar in fridge. Very quiet room. Staff all friendly and helpful. Had great evening meal and breakfast plenty of choice.

Very nice stay. The guy on the desk who checked me in was very funny and friendly. I swear I was upgraded to a king room but I’m not gonna moan about that 😂. The room was very clean apart from the massive coffee/tea stain on the wall. My only quibble would be for the bath is very high for someone who is only 5’2. Like that is a massive step coming out of the shower.

Had a really good stay with my husband, mum and our disabled son. The staff couldn’t do enough fir us when we took him swimming, they organised a room near the pool for us all to change and put out ramps for our sons wheelchair. Special mention to Amy for helping us.

Unexpectedly travelling on my own staff truly excellent, welcoming and supportive. Everywhere was clean and sharp. Used the gym each morning had breakfast on one and there was a wide selection available. Great location.

The front desk staff were fantastic, check in was floor less. Only problem I had was no heat in my room , when down front desk they couldn’t have been more helpful, it only took about 5-10 minutes to sort. Cannot fault any of the staff. I would stay again happily and recommend it.

staff and service: not very well trained, stretched over table and diner to deliver condiments and food instead of moving around to the clear space, tried to remove wifes plate while still eating her meal. A large hotel set in a country setting but close to Leamington Spa and Warwick. Staff in reception very welcoming, friendly and efficient. Staff in Bar and restaurant were friendly and efficient. Plenty of parking and good to have electric chargers for our car. Very comfy bed. Floor boards a bit creaky but we were in the manor house part which had lots of character.

This is a lovely hotel right between Kenilworth and Warwick. Given the more rustic appearance of the hotel, the rooms are actually quite modern and mine had a large 50” TV in the room as well as A/C, which is often a rarity in British hotels at this price. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We had a great stay at Chesford Grange, staff were friendly and helpful, and the good mix of public areas. The room had everything we needed and a choice of dining options. The location suited us as it is central to many attractions but a car is necessary as it a little remote, worth the drive though. We would like to praise Tamara on reception she was very welcoming, friendly and helpful, always had a beaming smile, just what you need in a receptionist.

I loved this hotel. Beautiful location and driving distance to a few local towns. You need a car. Hotel was lovely and very rural. Staff were great. Room was lovely. We will definitely return. Highly recommended

Unexpectedly travelling on my own staff truly excellent, welcoming and supportive. Everywhere was clean and sharp. Used the gym each morning had breakfast on one and there was a wide selection available. Great location.

Fantastic hotel. Friendly staff though out the stay. Room very clean as was the whole hotel. Bar staff made fabulous cocktails. Breakfast extensive choice, also catered for gluten free & alternative milks available Only small issue was the swimming pool changing rooms; there was lots of hair on the floor. Also the pool staff need to pay more attention to the guests behaviours, male guest shaving at the side of the pool then using showers to rinse. Future guests need to be made aware of the restricted use of the pool due to swimming lessons.

Great stay, great rooms, great food - pizzas to die for and great staff. But they need to think about putting an entrance exit near the the side of hotel near the car park as it is a long way to reception and back down the side to your car. Not great for the elderly who are a little unsteady on their feet and have a long way to walk

We had a great stay. Staff were wonderful, the room perfect and the evening meal excellent. The buffet breakfast was disappointing. Poor quality ingredients which felt they were chosen on being "cheap" which was a shame. The management team should try the breakfast and ask if they would be satisfied especially if they had paid more than £300 for B&B for one night.

Upon arrival it was easy to park. The desk clerk that checked us in was friendly but did not give us good information about the use of the leisure facilities despite us asking about them. The room was nice but I found the bed uncomfortable, waking up several times though the night. The pool was small and very busy. The restaurant felt a bit like a work cafeteria but the burger I ordered was really tasty. Someone in my party had the schnitzel which was also well cooked and was very enjoyable. Breakfast would have been improved by serving real tea and coffee rather than from a DIY machine. The decaffeinated latte was really unpleasant. The range of food on offer was good and my child found plenty he enjoyed. All in all I felt the hotel food and beverages were overpriced for the quality. I thought the room was value for money.

Lovely property and good location for exploring nearby towns, but out of the way in countryside. Great rooms and affordable. Food was ok. Bar and service lacked some finesse for a hotel of this calibre, with cocktails as a dreadful ready mix and staff rather uncoordinated. Wedding overtook communal areas but wasnt warned as a guest. Facilities were very good. Enjoyed pool and gym. Book early for spa as we missed out foolishly.....games room for kids and games available to use Would definately return.

Wonderful staff, so friendly and helpful. Dinner and breakfast excellent, afternoon tea the only disappointment - large thick sandwiches covered in relishes and sauces and the cakes were overly sweet - though the scones, cream and jam were nice. On a practical note, the slope down to the restaurant needs a rail.

The hotel is extremely close to Kenilworth, Warwick and Stratford on Avon, which makes it an ideal location. The room we had was comfortable and spotlessly clean. The meals were good and an excellent choice with the buffet restaurant.

On the whole this was an excellent one night stay. The room was excellent and comfortable but would have benefitted from an information folder with for instance sheets on the bar and restaurant menus. The main difficulty was the car parking facilities. The parking spaces were so small it was genuinely difficult to get out and later get in to the car. Also I was extremely lucky to find a space at all and although a notice stated the car parking spaces was full there were no instructions visible about an alternative parking venue and I had to ask at the reception. However despite this I would stay again

The air con did not cool enough. The room keep 24-25C the whole night even I used the cool function and the highest wind. We were sweating all night and cannot sleep well the whole journey. I would not stay in this hotel. I was paying >£150/night. This is totally a bad holiday
