We love staying at this Holiday Inn Express. We always stay here on our way 'down South'. It is so convenient to access from the motorway and has so many amenities. Car parking is easy - right next to the hotel. If you feel energetic the walk into Warwick (Castle etc.) is very doable! We walk into the centre and back again and we are both over 70. Our room was on the ground floor this time and it was very quiet and in this hot weather we appreciated the air conditioning. The bar is well stocked and there are lovely snacks available, as well as a full restaurant. Breakfast is of course complementary and is excellent. Special call out to Trisha who made us feel very welcome.

The hotel was clean and well appointed The staff were extremely helpful and willing. The false fire alarm at 5am was not helpful and the car park is too small for the hotel if it is fully booked.

Everything was as expected and especially good for the price paid. Bar food and drink a little expensive and a really poor selection of beer. Staff friendly and helpful. Everywhere spotlessly clean. Good selection of food for breakfast. Will definitely be back!!

Usual standard offered from this Holiday Inn Express. Room was reasonable. Noise from M40 was apparent at night. However the tertiary glazing made it bearable. The AC was noisy so not used. Bedding possibly too thick for time of year but adequate. The greeting at Breakfast was somewhat abrupt with the member of staff showing no friendliness and probably not really wanting to be there. However the choice of breakfast items was reasonable. Parking was £5 per night and easy to use. Overall an excellent location for visiting the northern Cotswolds. Be mindful of heavy traffic at rush hours whilst accessing the M40 and A46 roundabout.

Staying in the hotel for Crufts at the NEC Birmingham with one dog.Everything was very good. There were lots of dogs with their owners as the hotel was only 20 minutes from the venue. The staff were very accommodating and breakfast was served early for those who were competing. All the staff were very friendly and helpful which made our stay relaxing and stress free. The only slight downside is that there is a McDonalds just passed the hotel in the same area and you have to be alert as some of the cars come in at speed even though there are speed bumps. Overall a lovely stay in a lovely part of the country.

Hotel is comfortable and clean, plus it’s in a great location for all attractions in the area. Within 25 mins drive of Cadbury World, 15 mins of Stratford on Avon and 5 mins of Warwick. Parking got busy after 7.30pm, and it was a bit of a struggle to find a space, but overall a good base for a family break.

Nice clean bed and clean bathrooms. Trish at reception was fantastic. Nothing was too much bother, very helpful alongside her colleague on local advice about Warwicks restaurants.

Hotel was lovely but bathroom floor tiles cracked and wall tiles had been broken and patched up in toilet area. Looked very messy. But didn't impact our stay which was very enjoyable.

Hotel was clean, room was the ideal location for exploring Stratford, Warwick and Leamington Spa. Staff are polite and hardworking. The free breakfast is a bonus worth having. Staff here worked hard to clear tables and replenish the buffet selection. Overall a good value hotel. Highly recommended.

Good things about this place. Easy to get to, friendly staff. Bed is so comfortable, i am actually looking to buy one! First time ive woken up without backache. Lovely dove toiletries. Breakfast delicious! Bad things.. you pay for parking, bathroom was a bit grubby. Bits were missed & lots of dust behind the door. Questionable marks on the tiled wall. Shower water pressure not good. More of a dribble. The aircon was dodgy. I wanted to warm the room up as it was baltic outside and in. Followed the instructions it didnt get warmer & fan still blowing out cool air. It then showed a malfunction. Turned it off in the end. I dont know why, but holiday inn always put their plug sockets in the most bizarre places. Never by a mirror or by the bed! You have to move the kettle for a cuppa cant charge your phone next to the bed & cant look in the mirror whilst drying your hair! Last time this happened, i asked for an extension lead, which was provided. Next time i go away, unfortunately holiday inn wont be my top choice.

Hotel room was spotless and receptionist staff very helpful. Breakfast is everything you could wish for. Only disappointment was the adjoining Harvester has gone to be replaced by McDonald's.

It’s ok for a night but I wouldn’t want to stay for a long time. Staff were pleasant and knowledgeable. Pull out bed was very springy and uncomfortable. Mould on the ceiling above the air handler. When you turn the bathroom tap on it smelled like sewer. Breakfast was good. I think the hotel just needs some renovations and maintenance.

On the whole the stay was as expected, though the mattress on the bed had probably seen better days (sagged in the middle) there was quite a lot of road noise and you had to pay for the on-site parking. Also this is ca 2 miles from the centre of Warwick and so you need to drive somewhere to get food / entertainment (though we knew this when booking so stayed in the town until late)

Great for families with young children. The family rooms are really convenient - my 8&2 year olds share the sofa bed and my husband and I have the double. Comfy mattress. Decent shower. Breakfast is great value! My children love it! The lady who takes you to your table is lovely and gives the kids lots of attention. Only issue we had was the air con was either hot or cold with no in-between which was a bit of a pain. However we’ve stayed many times and will certainly stay again!

Thoroughly enjoyed the stay from the moment we arrived until when we left. Room was clean, tidy and larger than expected. Bar area was busy (which was nice) but service was not an issue. Breakfast ran low on food a few mins before closing time (should have gone to eat earlier). Staff always friendly and helpful, much appreciated.

A great place to stay for anywhere near to the m40 around junction 15. Stratford Upon Avon is only a 15 minute drive away and Bicester Shopping Village is around 40 mins drive away. The staff were all very friendly and very helpful. We had a minor problem trying to pay for the car parking, as it was a self service machine, which didn’t quite work like, how it was explained to us. but the Reception staff were keen to help us and got it sorted out. The breakfast was brilliant and the room was comfortable and quiet. I would stay there again, and I recommend it to others.

Checking in was easy, the staff was nice, hotel was quiet, parking was easy, the breakfast was good, but upon checking out I was told they didn’t charge me enough for the room and insisted on charging me more money. Many people pick hotels based on price and this was deceptive on their part.

We stayed over night at the hotel, the hotel we in a good location from the motorway and not far from warwick however we were able to check in 30 mins early ! we booked 2 rooms for 5 of us , the one room was ready when i asked when our other room would be ready the staff were very unhelpful and they said they were short staffed so couldn’t check in to much later! apart from the unhelpful and slightly rude staff the stay was ok

We love staying at this Holiday Inn Express. We always stay here on our way 'down South'. It is so convenient to access from the motorway and has so many amenities. Car parking is easy - right next to the hotel. If you feel energetic the walk into Warwick (Castle etc.) is very doable! We walk into the centre and back again and we are both over 70. Our room was on the ground floor this time and it was very quiet and in this hot weather we appreciated the air conditioning. The bar is well stocked and there are lovely snacks available, as well as a full restaurant. Breakfast is of course complementary and is excellent. Special call out to Trisha who made us feel very welcome.

Hotel is comfortable and clean, plus it’s in a great location for all attractions in the area. Within 25 mins drive of Cadbury World, 15 mins of Stratford on Avon and 5 mins of Warwick. Parking got busy after 7.30pm, and it was a bit of a struggle to find a space, but overall a good base for a family break.

Room was great, staff were great. Constantly under pressure during a very busy breakfast, hotel obviously full but they were short staffed. Trying desperately to keep customers happy although having to supply what can only be described as a substandard breakfast. Many items missing, and the rest was cold, no milk until finally topped up, and the staff were bearing the brunt of the complaints. But as I said, they were glaringly short staffed!

Thoroughly enjoyed the stay from the moment we arrived until when we left. Room was clean, tidy and larger than expected. Bar area was busy (which was nice) but service was not an issue. Breakfast ran low on food a few mins before closing time (should have gone to eat earlier). Staff always friendly and helpful, much appreciated.

parking was easy as was the signage to the hotel. The staff were very welcoming and the room was fine, the shower was excellent. Breakfast was okay, the sausages were somewhat dry, only one choice of type of egg, could have had black pudding as an additional item, otherwise fine.

Everything was as expected and especially good for the price paid. Bar food and drink a little expensive and a really poor selection of beer. Staff friendly and helpful. Everywhere spotlessly clean. Good selection of food for breakfast. Will definitely be back!!

The air-con was customisable and the breakfast was great. If you didn’t fancy beans, hash browns, sausage, eggs, tomatoes or bacon, you could have croissants, cereal, toast with many spreads or fruit. They also had a great selection of coffee and tea. They had ketchup, HP sauce, salt and pepper in shakers. Finally, you could have soya milk and vegetarian sausage (on request)

The hotel is the usual unattractive building used by large lower cost hotel chains. Easy access by car. Requires payment for parking. Staff friendly and helpful. Rooms are dark with windows too small for room size. The room layout is very well considered for access with walking aids. Hotel access for those of us with mobility problems is excellent. The bathroom is the best I have experienced in many years of travel The designer has really achieved my top recommendation. A well designed wet room with excellent drainage. Grab rails and all essentials are very well positioned without creating spacial problems. Room is large enough for transfer from w/chair, scooter etc to toilet, or shower seat. All rails,seat,basins are well anchored to ensure safe use. Extra sink next to toilet is excellent for hand wash before using mobility aids. Appropriate choice of flooring, safe and comfortable. The designer should advise other installers as this room is such an excellent example of how it should be done. Thank you.

Staff can’t do enough, really good, downside bit since I was here breakfast option had dwindled, in the room the aircon didn’t work but we had a fan but you can’t beat aircon, also shower could not be adjusted to height level , it needs replacing,
