Hawthorn Extended Stay by Wyndham Wichita

Nobody was manning the lobby when I first got there and the bell to ring someone didnt work, so we had to wait outside until someone showed up. The rooms numbers were not lit up so it was difficult to find the room. For an extended stay, you would think there would be dishes in the room but not even a single fork available. The security latch on the door was missing and the peep hole was blacked out. Had to kill 2 cockroaches found in the room. Had I not pre-paid for the room and if I wasn't already traveling all day I would have left and found another hotel. I ended up moving the couch in front of the door because I didn't feel safe.

Didn't eat breakfast. All was good. Love the rooms n how they are.

The suite was fine. The offered breakfast was awful. Stale muffins, no fruit or yogurt, no water available. Pitiful .

My room had a full size bed and not kings size bed that's what I booked it for the side door needed fixed had a little opening also the main door was hard to close and lock had an little open as well on the bottom part so I wouldn't recommend it I would rate the place 3 star they didn't even have morning snacks muffins, fruits

Nice people at the front
