Excellent staff very friendly. Food divine opted to eat in every evening. Beds very comfy and room kept very clean. Free bus into town am. But bus stop just outside for local service. Swimming pool was big enough and the jacuzzi relaxing. Didn't use the gym but looked extensive.

Location, ideal for No. 71 bus to airport and other island destinations from Grange Top. Hotel offer 2 departures each morning and 2 later return runs in a 16 seater mini bus into town which is complementary. They also offer on certain days at 1300 a free tour around the island. There was a good selection for breakfast. Evening meals where good quality and value. Booking is recommended, it was full both Wednesday and Thursday nights that we dined. I would recommend staying here the staff are very helpful and nothing was to much trouble.

After a last minute flight cancellation and trying for multiple reshufflings (while combating the cold from hell) we were rescued and welcomed by Sajani (reception) and Natalie (food services). Comforted and fed and sheltered. Beautiful hotel, pool, steam room and welcoming staff.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They did everything they could to make our stay enjoyable. All of the facilities at the hotel were as described and very convenient. It was in a great location and easy to get around the island. We did the free bus tour from the hotel with Mick, who was great and very kind, going out of his way to help us. I’d highly recommend the hotel. Thank you for all you did.

A really nice hotel, hotel restaurant staff were very friendly and welcoming - especially as I was travelling alone (e.g. giving me choice of tables in the restaurant). The indoor pool is really good and the hotel is a walk/short cycle from St Peter Port centre

Lovely stay in comfortable hotel with excellent facilities and food/drink options. Booked at relatively short notice but pleasantly surprised by quality on offer. Spa facilities excellent, as was the food and drink. A 20 minute walk from St Peter Port centre but this suited us. Will definitely visit again!

Beautiful property and staff. Everywhere in the hotel is so well looked after, decorated and furnished. Plenty of areas to just sit and enjoy a drink, the atmosphere and views of the garden. The staff were so friendly, caring and helpful and genuine - you never felt they were doing things just because it was their job to do so. It was a real pleasure to stay and I would highly recommend it

Very comfortable, clean, excellent food, room was quiet, position of hotel made walking to town and the harbour very enjoyable. All staff were friendly and professional. I have already recommended Les Rocquettes and I will definitely stay there again.

Exceptional staff from reception to the bar and the restaurant. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The hotels public rooms and bedrooms are furnished to a high standard. Spotlessly clean everywhere. The food was great, tasty and plentiful. Definitely a return trip soon.

We had a very enjoyable long weekend stay. The staff were excellent and the room kept immaculately clean very nice chambermaids. Downstairs restaurant and bars looked liked they had been newly refurbished, great swimming pool.Our only downside was our room it was very dated and lacked facilities which didnt reflect the price we paid .The bathroom was very utilitarian , more suited to a public building than a hotel. Despite this we would stay again just hopefully not room 311!!.

The whole complex is well thought out. There is plenty of space to sit and relax both inside and out. Our room was clean and comfortable. The restaurant was reasonably priced and the food good. The breakfast was excellent and ample. The staff were all helpful and friendly without exception. The pool was fabulous and was again well thought out with a paddling pool attached to the pool. We also used the sauna and jacuzzi. There is a bus stop outside to St. Peter’s Port. The area is lovely. Would be more than happy to return here again.

Very nice in reception and the Oak bar, I was in room 207 on the 4th floor. Go figure. Room very dated. Not damaged or anything, just felt like it was done up at the turn of the 21st century. Wifi in the room was woeful, as was it in reception and the lower bar area. Not good enough for catching up with work. Food was lovely, service was great by everyone there.

The new part of the hotel and restaurant is really lovely and modern but they seem to have forgotten about the rest of the hotel. Looking from the outside, the rooms face the carpark and look like a motel. The rooms other than the bathroom, have not been modernised at all. There’s no air conditioning which made the nights rather uncomfortable even with the balcony door open. This also wasn’t an option in the day as we have a toddler. The bed and pillows definitely need changing as they were rather uncomfortable. Everything was clean and the rooms made up nicely everyday. The restaurant was also very clean and very modern as I said. Food at breakfast was good but the buffet could have done with more variety, especially for children. Service was mostly very friendly as were the staff at reception. It was very expensive for what we got so I doubt we’d stay agaib.

It was fine. Room had no air conditioning / heat control, so needed to keep the balcony door open to stay cool. No water in the room. Staff were excellent - very friendly and helpful.

The staff were superb, extremely friendly. The gym and pool were good. Breakfast was good, nice selection of bread and pastries, good quality too. Hot breakfast also available from the menu. Rooms are a good size, a little dated, i was concerned there wasn't aircon but there's a patio door which was sufficient. Downside is there can be traffic noise early in the morning. Room decor is a little dated and carpets being old is hard to clean. Overall, would stay again.

Room clean, bed comfy, receptionist very helpful. Breakfast was good but the quality of the bacon was awful. Two rashers of fat! Looking around the restaurant everyone had the same and most didn’t eat it. Coffee served in cafetière but when pressed the plunger there was no coffee inside! instant coffee had been poured into it. Oak Restaurant was disappointing. Was asked to wait at bar for table but was forgotten about. Finally sat down after nearly 2 hours although there was a table free the whole time. Female bar person was miserable and unfriendly. Ordered fillet steak cooked medium which was large with chunky chips but the whole middle section was too rare. I sent it back and said it probably needed 5 minutes more. Waiter took it back, had a discussion about it with someone else, then returned later saying it had been cooked for a further 5 minutes! It was obviously all too much trouble for them. Poor service throughout, miserable and unhelpful. Would not stay in hotel again because of this Oak Restaurant - very disappointing experience and very expensive.

Oak Restaurant was disappointing. Was asked to wait at bar for table but was forgotten about. Finally sat down after nearly 2 hours although there was a table free the whole time. Female bar person was miserable and unfriendly. Ordered fillet steak cooked medium which was large with chunky chips but the whole middle section was too rare. I sent it back and said it probably needed 5 minutes more. Waiter took it back, had a discussion about it with someone else, then returned later saying it had been cooked for a further 5 minutes! It was obviously all too much trouble for them. Poor service throughout, miserable and unhelpful. Would not stay in hotel again because of this Oak Restaurant - very disappointing experience and very expensive.

Staff went out of their way to make you feel welcome. Receptionists always met you with a smile. Food was excellent and lots of choice Couldn’t fault the hotel, they provide free courteous bus into St Peter port plus Local buses were very good and stopped outside Hotel.

Terrible customer service, they will not accommodate for you if your travel arrangements are disrupted. In my case the ferry was moved at short notice to the following morning. I was not offered a move in the date of stay or a refund.

Exceptional staff from reception to the bar and the restaurant. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The hotels public rooms and bedrooms are furnished to a high standard. Spotlessly clean everywhere. The food was great, tasty and plentiful. Definitely a return trip soon.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They did everything they could to make our stay enjoyable. All of the facilities at the hotel were as described and very convenient. It was in a great location and easy to get around the island. We did the free bus tour from the hotel with Mick, who was great and very kind, going out of his way to help us. I’d highly recommend the hotel. Thank you for all you did.

Location, ideal for No. 71 bus to airport and other island destinations from Grange Top. Hotel offer 2 departures each morning and 2 later return runs in a 16 seater mini bus into town which is complementary. They also offer on certain days at 1300 a free tour around the island. There was a good selection for breakfast. Evening meals where good quality and value. Booking is recommended, it was full both Wednesday and Thursday nights that we dined. I would recommend staying here the staff are very helpful and nothing was to much trouble.

The hotel is located in a perfect place for exploring the island. It is located on a bus route and St Peter Port is a 20 minute walk. The staff are friendly and helpful and the breakfast is amazing. The pool is a perfect way to relax in the evening. I have stayed in other hotels on the island and in my option, Les Rocquettes is the most comfortable and perfectly located. I highly recommend.

The whole complex is well thought out. There is plenty of space to sit and relax both inside and out. Our room was clean and comfortable. The restaurant was reasonably priced and the food good. The breakfast was excellent and ample. The staff were all helpful and friendly without exception. The pool was fabulous and was again well thought out with a paddling pool attached to the pool. We also used the sauna and jacuzzi. There is a bus stop outside to St. Peter’s Port. The area is lovely. Would be more than happy to return here again.

We loved everything about this hotel. The staff were very helpful, the breakfast and dinner were great and the pool, gardens, room and bar were all in very good condition. There is hotel bus into town and also a public bus stop almost outside.

Room clean, bed comfy, receptionist very helpful. Breakfast was good but the quality of the bacon was awful. Two rashers of fat! Looking around the restaurant everyone had the same and most didn’t eat it. Coffee served in cafetière but when pressed the plunger there was no coffee inside! instant coffee had been poured into it. Lovely stay in comfortable hotel with excellent facilities and food/drink options. Booked at relatively short notice but pleasantly surprised by quality on offer. Spa facilities excellent, as was the food and drink. A 20 minute walk from St Peter Port centre but this suited us. Will definitely visit again!

Hotel has a large breakfast menu. It’s possible to have a lunch and dinner as well. Meals are delicious and they’ve a large drinks list too. If you want to explore local gins, cider etc. Staff are always very helpful and supportive. Customer service is excellent and they want to ensure that meals, drinks etc are to your requirements. We enjoyed a spa as well. It was refreshing to go swimming and spent time in a Jacuzzi after sightseeing all day. I’d recommend the spa especially if you walk a lot because it seems to help with tired feet. We also spent time in a large hotel garden. It’s a nice and quiet spot to relax. We were very lucky with the weather and enjoyed the heatwave. Hotel is not far from bars and restaurants and buzzing Guernsey atmosphere. It’s also possible to book a taxi if not keen to walk or take a bus. Reception does book a taxi if requested. I’d recommend this hotel because it has a lot to offer. Room is a good size and we also spent time in a balcony.
