No soap in the sposo in the shower, very basi the 3rd bed

Fair enough. FASTEST CHECK-IN EVER! On my arrival, i said my name, and poff i had the roomkey in my hand, and all done! No city-tax, no registration of name and number...!! More a Highway Motel, than a Hotel, but afforable, FREE parking!!, close to Autobahn, but still quiet. Clean and spacius room, like most Motels. But its not a 7-star Hotel, with pool, sauna, Fitness-room, I dindt get the Wi-Fi to work, was a Hot-Spot-thing, so i got connected through my iphone, not a problem for me.

I liked the location, the large-scale parking, the cleanliness, the breakfast at the Bistro, the quiet and green area around the Motel. Our miniature-poodle was also happy! Thanks!

Overall Hotel is good, staff is friendly and rooms are clean, the only problem I see is staff will not be available after 10pm, so if somthing went wrong (lost key or not working etc) then you need wait for the next day morning to resolve the, no point of contact during emergency times.

We have booked our stay with hotels.com on the way to a family funeral. We were hold in traffic and arrived around 11pm just to find hotel completely closed, no one answering the phone (btw the number on my reservation email was a private number of unhelpful staff member). Very annoyed as we were travelling for good 16 hours (including Channel crossing), tired, stressed and mourning. Last thing i wanted was looking for alternative accomodation, especially after as already paid for our rooms. It never crossed my mind that hotel on motorway services might not have 24/7 reception. AVOID IF YOU CAN'T BE SURE YOU WILL ARRIVE EARLY!!!
