Bellissimo Hotel, Trademark by Wyndham Near Foxwoods Casino

Great place for mini vacation.

The room was clean. No bad smells! While walking to our room you could feel divets in the floor under the carpet. That needs work. Pool is small but was clean. Had breakfast at the “restaurant” the next morning. Coffee wasn’t good, got it from the free coffee by the breakfast bar and it was better. They give you 10% off breakfast and a free app coupon if you go for dinner. Which is nice! We’ll have to try dinner next time. The only real complaint was noise. There were signs everywhere about being noisy and being warned, and then removed from the property if you were. But it was pretty bad up till about 1:30 am I said something at the front desk the next morning, and he acknowledged that they had to send people to quiet down. He also said that there’s only a few people working here so it’s kind of hard. So that needs to be worked on as well. But all in all only seven minutes from the casino, we would definitely stay again. Very good price price point compared to others!

Our room was dirty, a dirty sock was underneath the nightstand. 2 water bottles were found in the room and there was old candy underneath the couch. It makes me wonder if the sheets we slept in were clean or if the whirlpool tub was sanitized priperly. This is a presidential room and is supposed to be one of the more luxurious rooms to stay in. We didn't notice until we were checking out and making sure we didn't leave anything behind. If we had noticed during check in I would have asked for another room. The associate at the front desk was kind and understanding, he did apologize for the inconvenience and said that he would have the manager email me. I still haven't received an email however. My husband and I go here every year to celebrate our anniversary, it has been our favorite place up until this experience. We will be considering finding another place due to these circumstances and if no resolution is found.

The staff were AMAZING, spa like tub in the room was heaven

Thermostat wasn't working and called for repairs, still wasn't working and room stayed at 75 degrees.
