We stayed in an executive retreat with two dogs and it was perfect. A real haven of comfort and tranquility. The only improvement in the retreat would be an oven tray for warming food, so that's pretty minor! The resort is lovely and has something for everyone. A perfect, relaxing holiday with pets.

We had an absolutely brilliant stay and the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and considerate. The hotel was sensitive to our needs and located us in a room that was quiet with lots of space. Pool facilities are great especially in main hotel where sauna and steam were working. Brambles restaurant fab for dinner and cruize restaurant great breakfast. Best breakfast buffet I've ever had .ever.

I stayed at the resort for one night. Everyone should know that the advertising is not accurate. There is no hot tub in the spa and there are no additional amenities such as ropes and shower shoes. It’s quite slippery so be careful! Also for some strange reason, you’re charged a pound to use the locker which feels ridiculous after paying so much money for a room and so few amenities at a spa. In the room, there’s no bottled water. There’s also no store on the properties. I bought a bottle of water at the restaurant and it was 7 pounds. Nearly the cost of a cheap bottle of wine! Resorts in this price range are usually more inclusive of basic needs. If you have children that need space to run around this is a good place but if you’re an adult looking to have a luxurious stay, this is not the place.

Wonderful hotel in a beautiful location. Lovely pool and restaurant with lots of choice at breakfast and dinner. Easy walk into town or to Brodick Castle. Highly recommended! Also recommend Mogabout tours

A really good hotel that had great facilities. Two restaurants with excellent choices. Two indoor pools - one just for hotel guests (the other for guests in the lodges). Several comfy rooms for chilling. Lovely grounds for walks and close enough to walk to Brodick. Everywhere is decorated to a very high standard. The staff are a mix of local and world wide - all very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The whole hotel is dog friendly. Highly recommend

The hotel was modern clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was fantastic and all other meals served in the restaurant was served with a smile and very very quickly. The swimming pool was nice and was never too busy. The room was spacious and clean. We will definitely use this hotel again.

The hotel was great. Lots to do for the children, beautiful location and surroundings. The staff were all warm and friendly. But the room above us was exceptionally noisy; we complained on our first night but the noise didn’t stop. If the bedroom had been quieter it would have been perfect!

We stayed at the Auchrannie resort for 3 nights. Staff are very friendly, proactive and helpful. The hairdryer broke and we had a new one delivered within 5 minutes. Our children made excellent use of the pool and breakfast was well stocked and delicious. The room was really hot but there was a fan which we plugged in and that sorted that problem. Would def recommend.

We stayed at the Auchrannie resort for 3 nights. Staff are very friendly, proactive and helpful. The hairdryer broke and we had a new one delivered within 5 minutes. We enjoyed our stay a lot, especially as the weather on the island was poor for 4 of our 5 day stay. Our bedroom was spacious and the bed was very comfy. We would have preferred a larger window, especially as the view was lovely, and the room temperature was quite warm at times. To improve, it would be nice to have more luxurious toilet roll and paper towels, as these were thin and felt cheap. Also, consider the positioning of the pickleball courts, as the ball has a long way to travel to the wall, and provide a pickleball net. All the staff were courteous, professional and hard working. We would love to return! It was great having access to the pool and a comfy lounge.

We stayed in a ground floor room in the main resort and had a person in the room above constantly walking around for over an hour in the evening and the morning from 7am. The floorboards in the resort are very creeky and there appears to be no sound proofing between them. I wore headphones and is still sounded like there was a thunderstorm going on.

We had an excellent 6 day stay in the spa resort hotel. The service was impressive, nothing was too much bother and all staff were consistently helpful, kind and keen to deliver to whatever was needed. The breakfast buffet was best I've ever had . Smoked salmon and haddock with poached eggs no extra charge. Cruize restaurant all geared up for families and Brambles restaurant evening service was superb. We went 3 times . Definitely recommend this resort, you pay a bit more for sure but the quality is top notch.

Amazing stay in the retreats! View of the mountains was serene, woodburning stove and hot tub were perfect for chilly nights and the grounds were immaculate. Will stay again for sure.

Wonderful hotel in a beautiful location. Lovely pool and restaurant with lots of choice at breakfast and dinner. Easy walk into town or to Brodick Castle. Highly recommended! Also recommend Mogabout tours

A really good hotel that had great facilities. Two restaurants with excellent choices. Two indoor pools - one just for hotel guests (the other for guests in the lodges). Several comfy rooms for chilling. Lovely grounds for walks and close enough to walk to Brodick. Everywhere is decorated to a very high standard. The staff are a mix of local and world wide - all very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The whole hotel is dog friendly. Highly recommend

We had an excellent 6 day stay in the spa resort hotel. The service was impressive, nothing was too much bother and all staff were consistently helpful, kind and keen to deliver to whatever was needed. The breakfast buffet was best I've ever had . Smoked salmon and haddock with poached eggs no extra charge. Cruize restaurant all geared up for families and Brambles restaurant evening service was superb. We went 3 times . Definitely recommend this resort, you pay a bit more for sure but the quality is top notch.

We had an absolutely brilliant stay and the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and considerate. The hotel was sensitive to our needs and located us in a room that was quiet with lots of space. Pool facilities are great especially in main hotel where sauna and steam were working. Brambles restaurant fab for dinner and cruize restaurant great breakfast. Best breakfast buffet I've ever had .ever.

The hotel was modern clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was fantastic and all other meals served in the restaurant was served with a smile and very very quickly. The swimming pool was nice and was never too busy. The room was spacious and clean. We will definitely use this hotel again.

Amazing as always! Shame 1869 still not doing food, and they had run out of some of the components for simple cocktails (classic martini) the exec lodges are so relaxing, and we hope to be back again soon.

A lovely resort. We were only there for two nights so we stayed in the hotel. The property is lovely to wander around and we took advantage of the outdoor patios. Each floor had a washing machine and dryer, also equipped with an ice maker and sink. It was unclear at the time if we had to pay for the use of the pool (we didn't), but it seems to be based on what package you've purchased. We ate at the Cruize restaurant on site and everyone loved their dishes! Would definitely recommend!

We had a great stay. Lovely place, amazing grounds, A1 service. A little confusing at first because there is a resort side and house hotel side. But staff was great explaining and getting us a person to help with our bags. Had dinner at the Cruize restaurant absolutely delicious and fresh food. Rooms excellent, lovely clean and bed was amazing comfortable. We really loved our stay. One recommendation is that the glass door in the shower is too short and there is no way the floor outside the shower doesn’t get wet.
