Very good, excellent value with 3 course evening meat and breakfast included which were both very good. Sensible £10 charge for the dog which is much better than other Holiday Inns. There are a lot of building works next to the hotel, but no noise in the evening and didn’t start early in the morning.

The property is quite elegant but we would not stay there again as almost the entire hotel was taken over by a wedding party (apparently a very frequent occurence). We could not have dinner in the dining room but were offered room service or a meal in a draughty alcove off the lobby and were told the doors were all being kept open to allow the children to run in and out!! Fortunately we were assigned a room away from the loud band music which apparently was likely to continue until 1a.m. When we checked out the following morning our car was covered with bird droppings but a very helpful employee, Mohammed, got buckets of soapy and cleaned it for us.

Pleasant enough if a little dated. There were two weddings during our stay, and the reception was literally in reception and the bar and dining room were in use for the wedding which left no option for guests. There are no adjacent properties, bars or restaurants, so you have to travel to MK or Newport Pagnell itself.

The hotel is currently rather odd to get too due to huge roadworks out of their control. The building is beautiful with loads of parking and EV charging available. Check in was smooth and the room was typical holiday inn style but just starting to show a little bit of age. Breakfast was wide ranging buffet style and all good quality. Our only complaint was the bed, it sunk into the middle and was one of the worst I've slept on. Ok for one night though. All in all a good experience just a little rough round the edges.

Lovely friendly staff. Clean rooms. Breakfast had a good variety and food was piping hot. We took our dog and were allowed to sit in the bar - adjacent to the restaurant - to eat breakfast. Road at the front of hotel still dig up so you have to go a long way round to get to hotel. Would recommend.

No heating, staff seemed uninterested in this. Or fixing it. I tried phoning for reception to fix it and was told that the phone lines are broken. It had black mould on the walls and was generally in disrepair. And utter lack of care for the building.

The service we got and the value for money suited our needs. The hotel in general is in need of a spring clean though, especially the radiators on the common areas. The room we had on the ground floor was very clean, commendable to the housekeepers

This is a lovely hotel in the quiet part of Milton Keynes despite being so close to the motorway. My only slight criticism is that some of the rooms are in need of a refresh of their furniture. The chairs in one room were scruffy and was an actual conference type dining room chair rather than a relaxing comfortable one. The breakfast was brilliant and we had more than enough choice and allergies well catered too.

The room which was 54 very nice but the air con unit even when switched off had water running behind it all through the night. Complained two nights, so no attempt to sort it and couldn’t move me, complained on checkout no reaction not even a sorry So decent hotel but not ROOM 54

I gave 4 stars only because I didn't use the restaurant and bar. This justifies the missing last star. An induction is needed for a comfortable use of the shower. I struggled to find out how to use it.

Very tired room, bathroom had no toiletries in (missed off). Air-conditioning is retro fit which regularly kept pumping water every 5 mins, futhermore bed very uncomfortable

This property says 24 * 7 front desk. I reached this property 1am and there wasn't there. My booking date and check in date was having 2 months difference. I called this property when I booked it and they said there will be someone and at time of actual check in there was no one. Expedia came to my rescue where I was relocated to another property within an 1 hour and I loved my stay.

This is a great stay if you are travelling up the M1. It’s just off the motorway but away from the noise, with the window open you can hear it in the distance but not a problem with closed windows, which can be an issue if you are closer. Really comfortable bed, friendly staff. And a relaxed quiet feel to the hotel. The only reason I gave staff 4 stars was IHG need to put more than one member of staff on in the evenings. I had to wait 10 mins for the poor guy serving behind the bar to come and check myself and another guest in, with other people waiting with queries. He was left holding the fort. Otherwise, a fab little find!

Lovely friendly staff. Clean rooms. Breakfast had a good variety and food was piping hot. We took our dog and were allowed to sit in the bar - adjacent to the restaurant - to eat breakfast. Road at the front of hotel still dig up so you have to go a long way round to get to hotel. Would recommend.

My wife unfortunately slipped while exiting the shower. Gill Boulter and her staff were so attentive and helpful while the medical emergency was dealt with. I cannot speak too highly of them.

This is a lovely hotel in the quiet part of Milton Keynes despite being so close to the motorway. My only slight criticism is that some of the rooms are in need of a refresh of their furniture. The chairs in one room were scruffy and was an actual conference type dining room chair rather than a relaxing comfortable one. The breakfast was brilliant and we had more than enough choice and allergies well catered too.

Very good, excellent value with 3 course evening meat and breakfast included which were both very good. Sensible £10 charge for the dog which is much better than other Holiday Inns. There are a lot of building works next to the hotel, but no noise in the evening and didn’t start early in the morning.

This is a great stay if you are travelling up the M1. It’s just off the motorway but away from the noise, with the window open you can hear it in the distance but not a problem with closed windows, which can be an issue if you are closer. Really comfortable bed, friendly staff. And a relaxed quiet feel to the hotel. The only reason I gave staff 4 stars was IHG need to put more than one member of staff on in the evenings. I had to wait 10 mins for the poor guy serving behind the bar to come and check myself and another guest in, with other people waiting with queries. He was left holding the fort. Otherwise, a fab little find!

The hotel is currently rather odd to get too due to huge roadworks out of their control. The building is beautiful with loads of parking and EV charging available. Check in was smooth and the room was typical holiday inn style but just starting to show a little bit of age. Breakfast was wide ranging buffet style and all good quality. Our only complaint was the bed, it sunk into the middle and was one of the worst I've slept on. Ok for one night though. All in all a good experience just a little rough round the edges.

Some of the staff really don’t want to be there and make that clear! Food needs improvement. Corridors noisy. I was charged for all rooms in my group and one room was charged much higher than the booked rate. Rooms are basic and hotel very tired. IHG need to get their act together. Hotels used to be a good standard but since civid they are really poor standards.

Just a lovely hotel,very friendly staff, very clean room , and the rest of hotel was spotless easy safe car park, just a beautiful place , definitely be coming back soon for a night away, the restaurant was absolutely amazing the food was first class, and Kiki and sya made sure we had everything we needed thay are a assist to your hotel...thanks again Colin

Greeting from reception staff was business like. Room was okay, as was ensuite. However food at location was really good. I had an evening meal and a buffet lunch, really tasty.

The property is quite elegant but we would not stay there again as almost the entire hotel was taken over by a wedding party (apparently a very frequent occurence). We could not have dinner in the dining room but were offered room service or a meal in a draughty alcove off the lobby and were told the doors were all being kept open to allow the children to run in and out!! Fortunately we were assigned a room away from the loud band music which apparently was likely to continue until 1a.m. When we checked out the following morning our car was covered with bird droppings but a very helpful employee, Mohammed, got buckets of soapy and cleaned it for us.

Pleasant enough if a little dated. There were two weddings during our stay, and the reception was literally in reception and the bar and dining room were in use for the wedding which left no option for guests. There are no adjacent properties, bars or restaurants, so you have to travel to MK or Newport Pagnell itself.

The room was very clean with a lovely modern shower room. Breakfast had a lot of choice and was just ok. Wasn't impressed with the wooden sticks instead of teaspoons though. The staff were very nice, helpful and polite. Very good customer service. Unfortunately someone was selfishly smoking in one of the rooms and kept setting the fire alarm off from 6am for 4 hours.

I chose this hotel because it has air conditioning. Unfortunately there was a fault with the system affecting all the bedrooms. Fans were offered and the room wasn’t too bad but it was disappointing that the system wasn’t functioning properly. Other than that the staff were pleasant.

Rooms were clean aside from a couple of spiders in the bathroom and a bug in the bathmat, but felt a bit dated e.g. worn carpets and no socket near the bed. Corridors felt similar with wallpaper peeling off walls. Staff were great, friendly and helpful. Air con only goes down to 19°c and kept coming up with an error message but worked well enough. WIFI surprisingly fast and evening food great.

Decent location, good parking and a nice overall look to the hotel. Breakfast was decent but they seemed a bit understaffed. Rooms were nice, a bit dated but clean. Staff were friendly but struggled to help with a few things. Was slightly annoyed they weren’t showing the World Cup even though they had special deals for it at the bar / restaurant.
