Holiday Inn Milton Keynes East M1 Junc 14 by IHG

Booked last minute. No real complaints. Breakfast could have been warmer.

One night stay with work, food was lovely, nice happy staff serving food and drinks, nice selection for breakfast, very comfy bed and quiet location.

Rooms were smelly Very noisy No hot water following day

Parking was easy enough reception staff give us a nice welcome. The room was a bit dated the bar was not that good at all the beer was flat. It’s the worst pint of Guinness i had in my life and it’s so over priced.. Breakfast was great, good variety

The hotel room was adequate. Pillows were hard, and no plug points by the bed. Main light didn't work and one of the electric sockets was taped over. Room was very hot, so needed the air con on all night which was very noisy. Bathroom had been recently renovated and shower was good. Staff were appalling. Grudging, rude, incompetent service.
