Hotel facilities and comfort far exceeded our expectations for the price we paid. Room was cleaned daily. Thank you Jessica from the front desk for the assistance while checking in and throughout our stay.

Meget fin overnatning til prisen og især med rejseformålet at være ude og opleve meget. Jeg ville ikke gide og hænge ud på hotellet, vi brugte det kun til at sove. Nogen af dem jeg rejse med så en kakkelak på deres værelse, men så fik de straks et nyt uden diskussion.

The Fragrance Hotel is a modern and spotlessly clean hotel in the Novena district. The staff are very friendly, helpful and we enjoyed our stay.

Very much budget accommodation - tiny rooms and combined toilet/shower bathroom style. It smelt very strongly of bleach/cleaning products. Not terrible but I wouldn't stay here again. The location is not fantastic either but fine for one night if you aren't spending any time in your room.

The rooms are clean and air conditioning is working well. The hotel staff is extremely friendly and always willing to help. The rooms size is Singapore standard, but you're going there to explore the island, right? ;) The hotel is located in a more residential area, but very well connected with frequent and fast public transportation. Good and very affordable food can be found around it.

Ich hatte ein Zimmer mit Fenster für zehn Nächte und da ich schon mehrfach in Singapur übernachtet habe, weiß ich was man für diese Preisklasse erwarten kann. Leider stört es mich dann, wenn die sogenannten "low hanging fruits" nicht erfüllt werden. Das Zimmer machte oberflächlich einen sauberen Eindruck, aber bei genauerem hinschauen wurde ich dann doch eines anderen belehrt. Haare und leichter Dreck in allen Ecken und auch nach mehreren Nächten wurde dies nicht besser. Das Wasser wurde nur lauwarm und war meist eher kalt, etwas das mich nicht störte da ich am Abend gerne eine kalte Dusche nach einem Tag in dieser Hitze nehme. Die Dusche ist sehr klein und man steht beim Duschen über der Toilette, der Boden bleibt nass und rutschig falls man später wieder reingeht. Größere Probleme hatte ich mit der Hellhörigkeit der Zimmer. Leider hatte ich während eines Haupteiles meines Aufenthaltes jemanden auf dem Stockwerk der sich nicht darum kümmerte. Das Hotel kann dafür zwar nur sehr indirekt etwas. Aber für Leute mit leichtem Schlaf wird es hier Probleme geben. Das gute zum Schluss: Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich. Die Handtücher waren immer sauber. Die Lage ist OK, aber nicht perfekt. Busstation vor der Haustür, zur Metro mit Einkaufszentrum ca.15 Minuten schnellen Ganges. Food-Hawker oder auch Starbucks und McDonalds gleich ums Eck. Der Preis ist günstig und für einen kurzen Aufenthalt als Solo-Reisender würde ich dieses Hotel wieder buchen, sonst eher nicht.

The room and bathroom were super tiny but clean. Check-in was quite fast, but I was required to manually submit all the passport scans through a third-party system (Trevo), which I didn’t like. A quick check revealed that many hotels in Singapore are using the same system. The main issue with 2-3 star hotels is that soundproofing is virtually nonexistent. So, if you’re young and drunk enough to fall asleep easily, you’ll be fine. But if you’re older or a light sleeper or travelling with kids, this hotel is not for you (as most of the 2-3 star hotels)

There are so many great things about this hotel! 1. Convenient location with easy access to public transport (bus and MRT), F&B, and others (there are 2 small shopping malls opposite). 2. Room size was bigger than I expected. 3. Clean room and linens. And the main highlight of my stay, was their front desk staff named Jessica! She has made my stay truly warm and inviting, and is so helpful as she wrote down how to get to my destinations, recommended places to eat and go to that are near the hotel and my destinations, and so much more!! If there are any improvements, I would only say the hot water that is not so consistent throughout the usage, and for some reason there is always the small water bugs that are present in the bathroom (but very little like one or two). Not sure why the bugs are present cause the bathroom is clean and there is no smell whatsoever. Overall, definitely coming back here and highly recommended for short and long stays!!

As always we had a pleasant stay. Great staffs especially Jessica and Gracean ( I hope I got his name correctly spelt ) Patdon me if I didn’t. The hotel is so conveniently located as this time around we only took the busses and MRT to move around. Applaud the Singapore government for the efficient public transportation system.

Check-in at 3pm was a little late. I stay for 8 nights and have to pray every morning that they remember to make up my room. After the first night, was waiting in the room for makeup service till 5pm. Then went to receptionist to request for room makeup and was told the service staff had left. They asked whether did i put a do not disturb sign, then asked whether did i put the makeup room sign......all sort to excuse. My very first time staying in hotels throughout my past 20 years travelling where the makeup room was missed by hotel. With this experience, i know now what the difference is between 2,3,4,5 star hotels.

Staff were all helpful and friendly, notably, Jessica L, who went out of her way to took care of our things on our last day. She and Vina and Sarida?, made the effort in directing us how and where to go.

I had a problem with my room and I had a EXCELLENT service from Delwin and his manager Michael. I am verry happy about the service. Thank you!!

For a budget hotel, I gave it 5 Stars: It’s conveniently located right next to a bus stop. Plenty of eateries nearby & neighborhood shopping malls within a short walk away. Manager, Jessica, was friendly along with their other staff members. The only unpleasant experience was that my white T-shirt went missing even though it was placed atop my luggage away from the other linens. Likely that the room service lady mistakenly took it as one of their linens for cleaning. During check out, this was reported to the manager and she had submitted an email to their laundry service in hopes that they will find it and have it return back to the hotel within a few days time. After all, i’ll still be in Singapore for a few more days at another location and therefore, I can go back to the hotel for my missing T-shirt if found. Time will tell & keeping my fingers crossed.

Bus stop right next door. A lot of food / restaurant walking distance. Staff very friendly. Asked something from front desk, be my door less than 2 minutes. Small but convenient. Thinking about the overall Singapore hotel price, this worth it.

Io e la mia amica abbiamo alloggiato per un paio di notti , stanza piccola ma dipende sempre da quello che paghi quindi ci è andata più che bene ! Bagno piccolo e pochi mobili per appoggiare le cose. Pulito e ordinato , personale gentile e disponibile , inoltre avevamo la Fermata del bus davanti ed è stato molto comodo spostarsi
