Homewood Suites by Hilton Indianapolis Carmel

Good value, friendly staff, room was nice and spacious

This stay was just okay. The breakfast was really great and the location was convenient. But the bathroom was so tiny and it was a strange set up how the sink was outside the actual bathroom. It was in the actual room, so you woke everyone up while getting ready. Not ideal for multiple people. The heat also wasn't working in our room, only blew out cold air.

We did not get the room we booked. We booked a 2 king suite but when we got there it was 1 king and 2 other beds (not sure if it was queen or double). I went to say something and they didn't have an answer for me and told me it's a 2 king room. I'm like no it's not, you can go look. I brought it up at check out, too, and got the same response. Nobody knew anything. The breakfast food was good. The cleaniness was ok.

Heated pool was cold, hot tube was broke

Very clean, staff was very friendly and accommodating.
