Be aware that they charge for parking and it's just an open air lot. They say they will waive the fee which is only $10 but you have to join their loyalty program. I would have rather they included the parking fee in the overall room fee instead of telling me I had to join their program and then they wouldn't charge me parking.

They probably could have gotten a better score but they only had one elevator working which is terrible when you are on the top floor. Also make sure you understand that when you make the reservation that there is no free parking you have to pay to park.

The hotel was a pigsty. Trash cans overflowing, one being behind the registration desk. The floors were dirty and it smelled like trash. After talking to the front desk, they didn’t care that we were disgusted by the filthy conditions. When we got to our room it was dirty so we returned to the front desk and had our reservation canceled. There was no way we were going to stay in this filthy place.

Go somewhere else. Not a good start when you’re checking in and told you’ll have to shell out $12.00 more per day for parking. Our next impression was the huge cockroach on the wall of the bathroom. Huge. It left me with an ick of unclean for the rest of the stay. The mattresses are old. No memory foam here. There was a cricket or cicada in our AC unit which was going off ALL NIGHT LONG. I had to turn on the AC to make it quiet a little but then there was the roar of the ac unit all night. The free breakfast was unappetizing. There was little effort made to make anything look Like you would want to eat it. Then I noticed the little stuff. Musty old smell. The elevator creaks in a way that makes you wonder if there might just be something going on. Carpet and decor are all really dated and worn. Reminds me of my father’s old suit. It was probably nice once a few decades ago. But now it’s threadbare in a bunch of spots, the cut and style are out of fashion, it has that smell like it’s been in the closet for a long time and you’re not quite sure what might be living in the sleeves after all this time. Might be time to get a new suit. Meanwhile, go somewhere else.

Rooms are clean and well apportioned. Staff are friendly and helpful. If I stayed here again I would make sure I was on the east side of the building away from the convention center. The constant thump of music till 2am was maddening. Add to it the guests in the main foyer cheering like it was the Superbowl till 2am sandwich me into a very sleepless night. I tried contacting the front desk using the qr code but I'm not sure it helped.

Staff was kind and courteous. The accommodations, while clean, weren’t comfortable. The beds were firm, pillows were too squishy and the water pressure in the shower was almost nonexistent. The hotel staff were very kind in sending some goodies to help us celebrate our 2nd anniversary, which was a sweet gesture.

Hotel was conveniently located for purpose of our trip. Room was comfortable and quiet. I did not like that we had to pay a daily parking charge. It looked like the hotel had sufficient parking for its residents. Most hotels I have stayed at do not charge for parking or offer a sticker to place on car dash to signify you are a hotel guest.

We stayed here to go to a concert at the Mesquite Rodeo Arena. It is literally right next door and so easy to get to and from the arena. The front desk staff and the other staff I saw or talked to were kind. The bed was firm, but comfortable. My daughter and I felt safe and slept wonderfully.

The staff at the front desk we very nice and informative of the items available. But the cleaning staff were in a rush. We got our room extended until 12:30pm, I guess it wasn’t explained to them. Check out is at 12pm but they still came into the room at 11:55am. They knocked on the door and before I could get up or answer they opened the door while my guest was naked. she quickly closed the door but we ended up leaving because they were uncomfortable.

I originally had a reservation with a hotel down the road, but they randomly canceled my reservation after I drove two hours to Mesquite. I was able to get a reservation here last minute and when I showed up, they gave me a complementary upgrade because they had a last minute cancellation. The staff is amazing and the hotel is even more amazing. We have stayed here multiple times and it is always perfect.

We had the best customer service experience with Mary and Becky, from the front desk. Very attentive, friendly, polite and personable. Very welcoming and made us feel at home. Even gave us courtesy tickets to the rodeo since we were celebrating my boyfriend’s 50th birthday. Overall, all of the staff were great and very polite.

I was not happy with my stay at the hotel. The front staff was unfriendly or helpful. After traveling from Florida I was unaware of a 4 o'clock check in instead of 3. I have never been to a hotel that did not accommodate a member to check in early. The front staff was not helpful and refused. When finally checking in the person was rude. I got my card to check in and it would not work. I went back to the front desk waited again in line and explained the card would not work. She said "it should " gave me 2 more cards and called the service man. Now with 2 new cards and the service man the cards still did not work. The man had to go back to the front desk again to get 2 more working cards. I am 69 and this is unacceptable with having to carry my luggage back and worth.

Firat time staying in a hotel and im very pleased i chose this location. Reservation was easy and simple. Check in was fast and veey friedn with lots of information for someone who is new. Romm was veey cleaned and organized. Comfy bed great view. Bathroom is very clean good water pressure with all the things you will need. Im very please with my stay will definitely recommended and come again if im around the area. Free breakfsst was delicious probably got there late so no sausages ut thtas my fault. Only complain i will say its the elevator i stayed on the six floor and the bitton woukd not work or theres some issue with the elevator that i was waiting like 7 minutes for the elevator to arrive so i just took the stairs. But other than that im happy with my stay.

I stayed at the property to attend an out of town basketball game. The staff was friendly and helpful, room was very clean, and the property was cared for. Not the most picturesque neighborhood, but convenient to the highway and East Dallas. If I needed to be in that part of the city for a future game, I would def stay there again.

Hotel was conveniently located for purpose of our trip. Room was comfortable and quiet. I did not like that we had to pay a daily parking charge. It looked like the hotel had sufficient parking for its residents. Most hotels I have stayed at do not charge for parking or offer a sticker to place on car dash to signify you are a hotel guest.

Ideal location for Rodeo. Small pool and gym. Disappointed that given there was nothing around it and in the middle of no where you where still charged for parking.

We stayed here to go to a concert at the Mesquite Rodeo Arena. It is literally right next door and so easy to get to and from the arena. The front desk staff and the other staff I saw or talked to were kind. The bed was firm, but comfortable. My daughter and I felt safe and slept wonderfully.

We stayed for the State Fair Heifer Show. It was close enough and had restaurants close by. The hotel was in a good location. Very easy to get to the Barn. The room was clean and comfortable.Would recommend.

While our visit was short, the staff were friendly and attentive. I realize the breakfast was free, but it was rather plain. There were no eggs, the sausages were cold, and the gravy turned cold within a minute of serving. The waffles were the favorite. The bed linens although clean, scratched. Maybe too much starch or bleach. The room was spotless. Overall enjoyed our stay. Hampton is our favorite hotel, but this one lacked the homey feel.

The stay includes breakfast and they served a more extensive variety than I have seen offered at other hotels. The room was very clean. It had a bit of a smell when we first arrived but the air purifier in the room took care of that pretty quickly. The linens smelled musty as well but once we requested fresh linens it was fine. Great free breakfast buffet with a lot of options. Coffee and hot tea are available at all times in the lobby.

Nothing in particular. One elevator not working. First room had defective toilet (repair guy was great, helped us get a new room). No restaurant close. No frozen dinners in stuff for sale in freezer. Breakfast the worst for this level hotel in our 7 week, 6800 mile auto tour.

This hotel was wonderful! The room was very clean and spacious. My husband is disabled and there was plenty of room for his wheelchair. The breakfast had a great variety of different dishes. The staff was overly helpful, from check in to making sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast staff was so friendly, greeting us as we walked in and making sure we had everything we needed. The hotel was well maintained. We will definitely book here again.

When I was checking in at approximately 6 PM, I asked the desk Mark is there anyone in the hotel that could possibly help me I’m disabled get my stuff out of the car up to the room. I’ll pay them $40. She said no she was the only one in the whole hotel. I find that hard to believe or just really poor management. I get to the room it’s a two room suite with two queen beds. There are zero lights in the living room. There’s two in the little kitchenette. There’s one chair at a dining room table for a room that’s supposed to sleep six the only other chair is in the desk in the bedroom that you can’t move it because it’s stuck between the bed and the desk the bathroom was fantastic. It’s beautiful it’s clean. Everything was clean, but the furnishings are like 1980s in the living room the fold down couch cushion SAG I’ve got a little aluminum table beside the couch and two rolling cushions in front of the couch air conditioners work great it smelled like somebody peed in my coffee maker so I had to call Walmart and have them deliver a new one for me. Because I was told by the desk that they didn’t have any more coffee makers.

The rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast is really good. You do have to pay for parking which was a little confusing. Since it's connected to the convention center it's a little confusing that you need to pay for parking so we did ask after overhearing someone else that was confused also.
