Wykeham Arms

Trevlig och charmig pub med fantastiskt god mat och bra vinlista. Rummet var rymligt och mysigt inrett, men sängen var hård och man kunde knappt vända sig utan att väcka hela huset. Vi visste inte att man behöver adapter pga annan typ av eluttag, försökte låna i receptionen för att ladda mobilen, men de hade ingen. Borde finnas i varje rum eller att låna ut vid behov. Men annars var vi väldigt nöjda och mycket trevlig personal och bra läge, riktigt nära katedralen.

The Room was very big as was the en suite bathroom. It was spotlessly clean. It had a mini fridge, which provided fresh milk for tea/coffee which was a nice touch and a bottle of cold water. Breakfast choice was excellent and very tasty. We would not hesitate to stay here again

From start to finish this was a cut above. I arrived early but was still able to access the car park and when staff heard I'd travelled a long way I was offered a reviving cup of coffee. The menu looked great (as did the beers on offer) but as I was attending an all day event I didn't get to try the Wykeham Pie. I did have breakfast which was excellent and extremely good value. My single room was comfortable, clean and perfect for a short stay. Staff were always on hand and incredibly helpful. The atmosphere was welcoming, friendly and the memorabilia in the bars fascinating. As for the loo......a work of art. Without any hesitation I would come back and highly recommend. Hospitality at its best.

Absolutely fantastic - the rooms are lovely, the bar area is also really nice, the staff were super friendly and the food is great!

Stayed here for our wedding anniversary. We had an upgrade on our room which was lovely and all the staff were really friendly and helpful. We had a lovely meal in the restaurant and great breakfast before we left - all cooked perfectly.
