Elegant lobby, rooms a bit old, swimming pool not accessible. Not the first time i book a hotel also because of the pool and it is not usable. This info must be stated when placing the bioking.

We had a wonderful stay! The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating, especially Sophie from the front desk she consistently went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Her genuine care really made a difference in our stay. The breakfast was absolutely amazing with a great variety and quality. We also really enjoyed the pool area clean, relaxing, and well-maintained. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for great service and a comfortable stay!

This is our second stay with Crimson. Booked 3 rooms again. The staff are accommodating and assisting. The issues we encountered during this stay is that there were no towels in the bathroom. We had to follow up multiple times for it until it finally came before midnight. They also ran out of towels by the pool pretty quickly. It was a Mother’s Day weekend. One would think they’d be prepared for it. But it was still a wonderful stay. Will come back again.

The staff was very nice however not enough staff to service this size hotel. The hotel needs a thorough cleaning with all glass toppers lifted and cleaned properly. Rooms are comfortable, beds nice and soft, showers are very nice with excellent water pressure. There are no soap trays - what a mess. Upholstery in rooms (chairs, couches) need cleaning. Hallway carpet is lifting everywhere which is a trip hazard. Overall a nice place that needs cleaning and more staff. Service times are very slow. Phone's in some rooms dont work

If you are a quiet person, please remember don’t ever take 1425. I could hardly sleep for first 2 nights because it was horribly noisy! Cars horning, engine, all night!! It was a really big room but too bad they do not even have soundproof windows! I got lousy after 2 nights so I asked to change the room, so I picked 1006 because she only gave me 2 rooms to choose, which both of them are rooftop views with 2 beds anyway. It took an hour to complete the change. I finally got all the stuff settled and realized there is no hair dryer in the room, no hand towel, and air-con sound so loud like if it were leaking. I went back to reception to tell them all about this. I was very disappointed with this situation and definitely frustrated! If I ever travel to Manila again, I will definitely not consider this hotel again!!

I was met at the airport, assisted with luggage, guided through the check-in process, and welcomed at the Executive Lounge with sincere warmth after a 25-hour journey. Throughout my stay, every department—concierge, security, lounge, dining, housekeeping, transportation, and management—has demonstrated remarkable attentiveness. Staff remembered my preferences, noticed when I hadn’t eaten, checked on my well-being, and even helped me when I felt unwell. The breakfast and dinner teams worked seamlessly during busy periods, always with professionalism and kindness. Housekeeping added thoughtful touches that made my room feel like home. Even when small issues arose, management resolved them promptly and with care, turning potential frustrations into positive experiences. Not a good place The buffet diner was not good and very over priced select bad had to ask them to bring out food when the bows were empty and no one attended to it Very limited choices and no menu only buffet 3tines have stayed 2 times o go to my room and no furniture no desk chair and the room was so small you can hardly move I guess that’s why no furniture Not good for the money they are charging. There are better places for less

This place is not worth the money the restaurant down stairs for the evening only had brunch on weekends and it is not worth the money there are better places in the area and mall for a lot lest money and better good I have ck into this hotel two times because of business reasons in the area Both times I go to My room get late flight in so late ck in 8pm and I go to the top no furniture in the room only bed no chair for desk or to just sit in No furniture how can you work at the desk as need without not one time but two times never stay there again and the rooms are so small you can hardly turn around in it Not good

the proximity to the shopping areas and access to public transport, the cafe Lounge Staff (Tine), the Security guy (Amor), the pool guy (Kiko), the Cleaner (cecille), the only thing that a little bit upsetting is that , there s no DECAF coffee for Diabetic guests, the Cleaner on the 10th floor - does not give us all the amenities that we got when we were on the 27th floor, the promise Merienda Cena buffet every friday and saturday is not regular and has little to offer

While some equipment were aged, hotel room and equipments in the room were kept clean. However, the bathroom of the public area such as ground level and leobby were not kept clean. Most likely some of the customers not using properly, but I didn’t like it.

Have been staying with Crimson for many years and now changed to Quest Plus. Everything remains as good but always room for improvement. Staffs at Executive Lounge are well trained.

It's been 46 years since I visited the Philippines! I enjoyed my stay at Quest Hotel. The staff are very friendly and they're always there for me whenever I need their assistance.
